Hotelli vastasi odotuksia tasoltaan ja mukavuudeltaan, mm. valtava parisänky ja ihana kylpyamme! Myös kulkuyhteydet lentokentälle ja metroverkkoon olivat melko hyvät. Ainoana miinuksena, että aamupala (ei kuulunut huoneen hintaan) pitää varata edellisenä iltana, mistä unohdettiin kertoa saapuessamme.

Hyvä ja siisti hotelli ihan Hanger Lane -metroaseman vieressä. Aamupala aika yksipuolinen, mutta lieneekö englannissa tapana. Osalla henkilökunnasta vähän hoono enklanti, mutta mitään ongelmia ei siitä silti. Voin suositella.

The hotel was surprisingly quite nice, except the toom really needs to have their TVs updated. The staff were amazing, always smiling and willing to help. The hotel is next to the tube which makes thing easy although a little deceptive as its not in Ealing, its in Hanger Lane, which has nothing of interest.

My daughter and I checked in this hotel for one night only. The receptionist was very friendly upon arrival and gave us all the information we needed to get to our destination the next morning. They even provided a wake up call. Beds were very comfortable but there was a couple of cobwebs on the ceiling over the beds that need to be removed. We went […] downstairs for dinner which was a big mistake. Thought dinner was pricey for what we ordered. I counted 5 chips on my plate )even though they were chunky thought there would be a lot more. Burger was spicy but nice. Daughters meal had to sent back as there was anchivioes in the pasta which was not mentioned on the menu. By the time her meal came back to the table I was finished mine. They were insisting they could not give her a plain salad. Don't know what the big deal was. A salad has to be one of the easiest dishes to prepare. The next morning was the nightmare when were told a taxi had been booked for us and a minicab arrived with no meter just the fixed price. A journed that should have lasted maximum half and hour took 1 hour and ten minutes to get to our destination. The driver kept getting lost even though he had a satnav and was going up and down the same roads 2 and 3 times. Eventually I had to tell him where to go as I was following the street signs. We arrived at her interview and exam 10 minutes late and both of us very upset. He was a nice man but as a driver he was brutal. I hope he has learnt a bit more of the destinations in Ealing and that it won't happen to anyone else. He should have known how to get to our destination within the half hour as planned. It wasn't the hotels fault but as they have a contract with the cab company they should check the driver knows where he is going and if not replace him. Staff very apologitic when we told them our story and got straight onto the cab company. They apologized and said it wouldn't be repeated. Hope not. The duvet and pillows were to dye for. I liked the location very convenient being close to underground station as well as bus stop. The hotel looked like new simple but nice decoration. Quite & make it best place after a long day The breakfast was good but the meat was mostly or all pork nothing mentioned as a choice for non pork eaters. Overall this a a great hotel set around 20- 30 mins outside of Central London. I used the hotel for a business stay, and overall, if based in the West End, this is a decent location (as above arounbd 20-30 mins to Oxford Circus directly on the central line). As an aside, the wireless internet is charged daily at high rates which is strange for a 4* […] hotel and tainted my stay due to the fact I had to request tokens and complete admin forms each day to connect. Great service, staff, room & overall would reccomend for anyone travelling into city - very satisfied. I will definitely stay again.

Considering we were next to a busy main road we were not troubled by the noise of traffic at all and the hotel was a comfortable haven to return to.

This facility is nicely renovated with clean rooms and comfortable beds, Unfortunately the good news stops there. On arrival they told me they could not exchange money for me to pay the cab. The service was cold, the bar gave me a hassle about charging to my room. The room was incredibly noisy the sirens from the nearby road came hourly all night long. […] Breakfast is only available as a buffet for 17 pounds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it was within convenient distance for our evening at the theatre. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed at hotel due to good reviews and location to Wembley Stadium. Booked a club room which was amazing (including TV in the bathroom!) Hotel was spotless and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Pleasant modern restaurant with good breakfast selection. Would recommend without hesitation.

You can stay there for business or vacation without any worries. Staff in front desk was helpful and welcoming. Rooms are bigger than we expected for London. Very close to the tube station that takes you anywhere. Breakfast was great. Would stay there again.

It cost GBP 14.99 for each 24-hour period to have Internet service in the room.........too expensive!!

Will use this hotel every time I can when visiting London. Excellent in all respects. I now realise that bookings voa Hotel.com don't qualify for Priority Club points so will book direct in future.

Great when travelling from the Midlands and needing an ovenight stay for work in London. Right beside the A40 (good soundproofing!) and next door to Hangar Lane Central Line station. Ideal in all ways - back there next week.

Chose this hotel because it is on A40 and near to tube station. Pleased with cleanliness of room and service of staff. Chose 3rd floor room on opposite side of A40 but no traffic noise. Breakfast well worth booking. Excellent customer lifts. Will use again for w/e break.

Went to London to see a show .Position of Hotel excellent as 2 min walk to Hangar Lane tube station .If Driving entrance to back of hotel can be confusing it appears to be a no entry sign.Had Dinner out but Breakfast was buffet style and with a wide choice more than enough to please,in fact I think I was a little too indulgent.Be aware there is a fee […] for parking but in mine opinon slightly below the average price.Hotel and position are good and Yes I would stay again. It's a good hotel, I'm a fan of Crowne Plaza, they always meet the standard of service. I'm surprised, however, to find the Ealing location is listed as "close to the airport" (LHR) when it's a LONG commute by car or rail! Everything about the hotel was welcoming and friendly without being intrusive. All staff in reception, restaurant and leisure centre were very helpful. Steam room was small but perfectly formed. Had a great experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, the accomodations we great, and didn't bring a converter for the power and they let me borrow one. This hotel is in a great location. It is 1000 feet to the central subway line which from there you can get anywhere in London you would want to see. Take a Taxi to and from the hotel to the […] Heathrow airport because it is the cheapest and they know how to get around. Highly recommend it as we got ripped off getting a car service! I thought that the hotel was really nice, well kept and comfortable. Check in was ok but nothing special. A little out of the way of London attractions which suited me but may not suit tourists. All in all very happy with the experience.

This hotel was very nice and we had access to the Priority Club room which supplied wine, beer, tea, coffee etc. If the hotel was closer to the centre of London I would definitely use it more often. However, if you need to be in West London then this is a good bet

stayed at the crowne plaza Ealing for the recent U2 gig at wembley-the first thing i would say,is if you are from out of London and not used to hectic roundabouts,then beware because you have to negotiate a bout 5 lanes of traffic to get to it,once you are in though it really is a nice hotel,very clean and the room was spotless,drinks a bit pricy but […] thats expected in a hotel in London.Food is very nice and go for the breakfast in with the price-top stuff,although there were about 12 staff on at breakfast time,some of them didnt seem to know what they were doing.Also beware a £10 charge for parking your car ,which isnt bad considering where you are but they dont tell you that till you get there. If you are going to Wembley then it is a short bus ride away,the number 83 from right outside the hotel is every 10 mins or so,until you come home,then there are none for about half an hour and then literally 10 turn up,if you need to walk it home,looks a nice safe area and takes about half an hour,we got in about half 12 and the bar was still serving. veldig bra, hyggelig ansatte og god mat. fine rom og bra rom service. Den ligger rett ved undergrounden, noe som er vedlig bra. Men i og med at det var bare var 2 resturanter i område utenom hotellets, var det ikke fult så bra sånn sett. vi hadde et bra opphold på hotellet og ser frem til å komme tilbake en gang nærmere sommeren

Prisvärt hotell, fint och väldigt rent rum, rätt så bra frukost (värd att inkludera i bokningen), hjälpsam/trevlig personal. Hotellets läge är nog enda nackdelen, eftersom det ligger lite utanför stan. Dock så är hotellet väldigt nära t-banan (Hanger Lane station; central line) som tar en till Oxford Circus på ca 20-25 min.

Bien qu'on ait paye le prix de la chambre supérieure, notre chambre ne correspondait pas a celle sur la photo! Apparemment, seule une partie des chambres supérieures sont comme celles montrées sur le site! Alt i alt et udemærket ophold, kan ikke umiddelbart sætte fingeren på noget negativt.. Man skal dog tage højde for at der ikke er det store udvalg af pubs og spisesteder i nærheden.. Tilgengæld ligger undergrundsbanen tæt på, så man kan tage en tur til centrum.. det tager ca. 20-30 min.

Vi hadde 3 fantastiske dager på dette hotellet. Deilige senger, god airkondisjon og sentralt i forhold til t bane. 20 minutter til Oxford Circus med Central line. Pris i forhold til levert produkt gjør at vi kommer garantert igjen til dette hotellet. Men husk å bestill twin bed hvis du ikke er fryktelig glad i den du skal ligge med.

The hotel was overbooked and I was for the first night moved to Crown Plaza in Heathrow, which however has a somewhat higher standard. Everything is on a intermediate level with this hotel and it is not an impressive experience by it self.

Hotellet har god standard til prisen fordi det ligger i london sone 3. Det tar ca 30 min til sentrum. Hotellets restaurant var en stor skuffelse. Vi spiste en kveld på rommet og en kveld i restauranten. Maten smakte som oppvarmet mat nærmeste kiosk og siden den tok 30minutter eller lengre å få maten, så kan dette faktisk være tilfellet. L'hotel est situé à 50 min du centre ville en métro et le trajet en bus est quasi impossible. Du coup il faut rentrer avant 1h du mat sinon c'est taxi et pas donné, 35€ pour 15 min de trajet! Bref, hormis ces petites contrariété, la réception de l'hotel a été géniale, il y a même du personnel parlant français et vraiment très arrangeant...
