The Novotel Bali Benoa was a great family holiday and was super relaxing. Our 4yr old loved both the kids pool and the kids club. The beach was quiet and safe and overall he met lots of other kids who were also staying at the hotel (many back for the 3 or 4th time). Given this we didnt have to spent too much time entertaining him and hence we could […] just relax. I'd recommend getting the family suite rooms rather than the deluxe so you dont have to cross the road (although there is a guard to help you). We also liked being in Benoa given it was quiet and far removed from the rowdy tourist scene of Kuta. Absolutely recommend going back. We will. Lisätietoja

Funny layout requires crossing a street to go to the hotel beach. Room a bit warm and on the small side.

The main reason why we stayed at this hotel was because of the internet and location. Well upon arrival check in took 30-45 minutes and I am an A Club member. We were told that the internet was by the hour or day so we paid for the days were were going to be there in cash. We received our user names and passwords and then went to our rooms. The comfort […] of the room was ok but the water for the shower was cold. We had books two rooms, one had hot water and the other did not. Our water for the showers were cold the two days of our stay. The location was great with plenty of restaurants and shops around. Everything was with in walking distance and if not then the hotel offered a taxi service for a small price. I would recommend the taxi as our driver was the best. The location of the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood great for people that are not into the night life. While we were checking out it was said that we didn't pay for the internet. So we ended up paying double for the internet. I have tried to email the hotel about this issue since we checked out at 500 in the morning to catch our flight back home and no response has been given. If you are looking for a hotel that has good pools and a private beach for a relaxed and laid back hoiliday in Bali, this is it. Approx 40 minute drive to the hussle and bussle of Kuta on a stretch of white clean beach. Typical 4.5 star hotel for cost for food, etc. If we didnt get a great deal through Hotels.com, , we would not have stayed as the room prices are a little excessive. Twin rooms on the smallish side but the grounds, atmosphere and great service at the Novotel more than made up for it! Luxurious tropical gardens surrounding quiet pools. A great place to lie down, relax and drink cocktails! Perfect getaway.

A bit dis appointed after find out our booked deluxe room is located a cross the street ( not in the beach areas as we saw on the website ). Hotel taxi charge a bit expensive compare to out call taxi ---20 -35% more expensive . but out off this overall was great especially the friendliness of Hotel staff and they are quite helpful especially in the […] business centre and front desk . Nice hotel. my 2 girls love the kids club, have lot of program for kids. nice pools. value for money. The only minus point is the plate at restaurant not very cleaned.

It was a beautiful hotel and kept in great shape. The breakfast was complete and filled us up. They had evening night shows which were very well done. The prices of food at the hotel were a little steep. We had a very comfortable room, however, our balcony faced the tennis courts and the septic tank. We a group of three families with kids stayed at Novotel Bali Benoa in May 2011 and can say that the experience was the most memorable one. We had three One bedroom private pool villas and they were exceelent. The best i like about the resort was it's always smiling staff. From reception people to room service, Spa , Restaurants, pools, beach all of […] their staff was excellent. The only thing with which i was not impressed was the depth of the In Villa private pool. This was our first stay at the Novotel Bali Benoa and we were very happy with the location, cleanliness, and standard of the rooms. Staff were very obliging and friendly at every exchange. Renovations were taking place during our stay. The main restaurant was closed and some of the beach front rooms were being worked on. This did not impact on us in […] any way. We enjoyed the other restaurants that Tanjang Benoa area has to offer. This is an ideal location if you are interested in doing any water sports whilst visiting Bali. Jet skiing, parasailing, banana boating etc are available right at the front door. Three lovely pools are also on site and offer spa, pool bar and lap swimming facilities. Old but, very well maintained. Polite and friendly staff. If you plan to bring a big group like I did, this novotel tanjung benoa is worth it.

although old, the hotel is clean and well maintained. the staff are polite too.

The hotel room we are styaing is on the other side of the road. Grand Mirage will be right choice in Benoa.

This was our 3rd stay at the Novotel benoa and we plan on returning there again for sure. Staff there are bright, cheerful and could not do enough fror us. Aesthetically just gorgoeous, 2 big pools including a lap pool which was good exercise for the ealy risers. The breakfst was just fresh and sumptous and finished late at 11.00 am, for those of us […] that liked to have a leisurely late start . Lots of Frangipanni and Bougainvillea trees in full bloom evewry where and even laid on your bed eveynight with a sweet dreams message. Just simply beutiful and very at at such ab affordable price. I spent hours agonising over which hotel to book. I had relatively low expectations of Novotel Bali Benoa because it was so affordable, but was pleasantly surprised. It surpassed all expecations and I was very sad to leave. Positives: - Great value for money. - Beautiful hotel, lovely gardens, in a serene location - Whilst large, the hotel has an intimate and balinese feel. - Rooms spacious, comfortable and private - Fantastic pools (numerous choices, one good for lap swimming). - Direct beach access (although coming from Australia, I considered the beach to be average) -- Great activities for all (gym, table tennis) - Breakfast good range of options Negatives: - The location was the only main negaitve. The hotel is a bit out of the way. For this reason it is probably not suited to those who want to be in the middle of the action and party. Another thing to note is that part of the hotel is on the other side of a road. I thought this would be a problem, but it wasn't. There is a nice man who stops traffic to allow you to pass. The pools on this side are nicer. Novotel Benoa is good hotel with a acceptable level of service. They pay attention to detail and I observed management constantly training and monitoring staff. The key points are addressed, cleanliness, responsiveness, etc. However, as a Bali veteran of more than 50 visits, I have come to expect a little bit more. Some consumer unfriendly practices […] remain. I wanted to pay for wireless for the duration of my visit (9 days) but it is only sold in certain blocks like by week. Lyxigt och härligt hotell där man kan bo hur länge som helst utan att lämna hotellet. Ok restauranger i närheten, endel riktigt dåliga men går att hitta guldkorn. Dålig strand.

큰아이들과 엑스트라베드없이 한방에 묶을수 있어서 가격적으로 만족스러웠음(소파베드와 킹베드제공). 위치는 조금만 걸어가면 레스토랑들이 많고 편의점도 있어 편리했습니다 해양스포츠를 즐기는 곳이 바로 십분거리에 있으며 아침식사 퀄러티도 좋은편, 한국사람들이 없어 김치는 제공되지 않음. 알클럽에 가입하길 권해서 가입했더니 30분 free발마사지제공. 풀장은 별로 크지않았지만 전용비치가있어 쉬기좋은 호텔.

Except a slow check-in, the hotel itself was remarkable and at a bargain price. We were in a bungalow near the beach. The rooms were decorated with taste, with inner and outside bathrooms. The only regret we had was about the beach, which is not up to the very high standard of the hotel itself.
