We needed to stay locally over the weekend for 2 nights whilst the house was having a damp course installed. This hotel was just a few minutes from home and had received good reviews. The bedroom was comfortable but the bathroom was very old and tired with paint splashed on the tiles and a shower where the hose was locked by a ring to stop you being […] able to use it properly as a hand held shower for washing hair over the bath. Also if you raised the shower high enough to stand under the hose got pinched and the the water stopped coming out. In the restaurant and bar they were out of stock of both Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc, which is ludicrous in a 4* Hotel. Restaurant was cold and drafty and also seemed in need of being spruced up. Given that it was a winter weekend in a recession, the price seemed very high for what we got. Booked this as stop over point on way to France. Lovely restaurant - offer on whilst we stayed of kids eat free. Well cooked food etc Lovely pool - they provide the towels as you enter so no need to take yuor own

Checking out, the receptionist asked if we had enjoyed our stay. When i replied "Not very much," she smiled but wasn't interested enough to enquire what the problem had been. There were many. The room was spacious and well-appointed, the waiter in the restaurant was charming and eager to please - and that is all that can be said on the positive side. Prospective […] guests should be aware that this is a hotel on several floors with no lift. We were given a room on the top floor but there was no enquiry to see if we would like help with our luggage up several flights of stairs. That was just the first warning. In the bar for a pre-dinner drink the service was surly and unwelcoming. "Got to change the barrel" said the barman and left us waiting without apology. In the dining room, the booking we had been told by reception was necessary had not been made - and in any case it would not have been necessary. Having chosen from an unappealing and unimaginative menu, we waited forty minutes for our food to arrive. No roll and butter. Rip-off wine list starting at approx £17.00 a bottle. Service at breakfast was unenthusiastic and cheerless. We don't wish to be told to "Have a nice day" every five minutes but we do expect hotel staff as a minimum to look as though they are pleased that our presence is keeping them employed. Our impression here was of a lack of leadership fromm the top, of a manager who had failed to instil in his/her staff any sense of pride or professionalism. We will never stay there again. Went there on a family holiday. Great facilities, nice friendly staff. Kids loved it. Easy access to train/bus station for trips to London etc. Would go back again.

Perfect location when travelling towards Dover, was nice to be able to have a swim after a long day in the car. Good food from the bar!!

nice hotel and friendly staff. Location means that really you would need to have a car to get about as taxi fares to and from train stations add up.

Really good hotel in lovely countryside, it was well worth the money.

I had a one night stay. The room was good but the rest of the hotel was colder inside than outside! I had my evening meal in the hotel which was a big mistake. I had a "deluxe" burger but the only thing I could taste was the burnt charring which tainted the whole meal-I would've had a better meal at McDonalds and for a fraction of the price. My husband and I had our Silver Wedding celebration here and stayed that night with friends and family. We all had a brilliant time at the the very well organised party and thoroughy enjoyed our overnight stay and breakfast the following morning. Well done all staff concerned.

We stayed over night as we were visiting Brands Hatch which made it very convenient for us, staff were very polite and helpful, The double room was a smoking room not by choice but was all they had, and it smelled of smoke, also some stains around bedbase were visable and staines on carpet, Food was nice and choice of breakfast was great.

Good family room 2 doubles and a sofa bed and not too cramped even with all this. fridge. bit of a pain with the flights of stairs but its a sloping site. staff good and helpful, hotel clean and good. nice pool good size with floats etc. breakfast ok, good fruit selection but cooked not great. overall for a larger family spot on. would def go back

Our family likes to get away from London for a relaxing, peaceful country weekend. We always book into the Holiday Inn Sevenoaks as it accommodates the whole family and has an amazing swimming pool to boot. Myself and my wife stayed at the Holiday Inn Maidstone because we were attending a function at the Brands Hatch Thistle hotel that was fully booked. The Holiday Inn was only 6 or so miles away and we were both pleasantly surprised by the standard of the Holiday Inn. After the very simple check-in procedure, we decided to enjoy a drink at the bar. Even […] though there was a wedding going on, the service and attention of the staff was excellent. The bedrooms were very clean and modern and nothing seemed too much trouble and the choice for breakfast in the morning was excellent. nous avons passé un trés bon moment à LONDRE pour les périodes de NOEL,à l'hotel on a profité de la piscine,du sauna,du hammam.Sinon il faut compter environ 30min pour rejoindre la capital afin d'admirer les sites touristiques

Une adresse à garder pour nous Français, car hotel au bord de l'autoroute à moins d'une heure de Douvres. Le kent est magnifique. Chambre très spacieuse (nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants), très bon petit déj et diner sympa (gratuit pour les enfants). La pissine est vraiment un +! Nous y reviendrons!

Et Ude mærket og fint hotel fitness og svømmehal var et hit for børnene som et god afslutning på en lang dag. Ligger tæt ved Maidstone som kan anbefales at handle i. Vi vil komme der igen. 2 voksne 3 børn

WiFi ingår inte. Frukost ingår inte och var dessutom dålig. Stort bekvämt rum däremot.

Prima hotel in een prachtige omgeving.De kamer is prima en voorzien van alle gemakken. We hebben er in de avond lekker gegeten, een gevarieerde kaart en redelijke prijzen. Het ontbijt voor 2 personen kostte 27 pond. Dit is veel te duur want zo smaakvol was het niet en de keuze was zeer beperkt. Een dagje Londen is heel makkelijk te doen vanaf dit hotel […] want op 10 autominuten afstand is er een station (wrotham) en drie kwartier later sta je op het Victoriastation in Londen. Voor de prijsverhouding is dit een prima hotel. Het enige wat voor ons dus tegenviel was het ontbijt. Lisätietoja

Grand hotel placé près de 2 autoroutes mais au calme. Belle chambre.Horaires d'ouverture de piscine et sauna importants. Restaurant cher.
