Its not a hateful hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms are old and the paint on the walls are thick, if you know what I mean. The day that I arrived there was no hot water, so that was fun. But over all it served its purpose. I slept then dipped the next day.

Room was humid and had weried odor there was a semi truck parked outside my room that ran all night it was really loud and got pretty much no sleep all night. Also none of the vending machines worked. Both of the receptionist though we're real cute and nice.

Good thing that we were only there to sleep midway thru our trip. We rented 2rooms for our trip to gulf shores. My brother and sister in laws room was in the "new" addition and smelled very bad of smoke, was not clean and had bare wires to all of the receptacles. The smoke detector was even hanging by wires. It was not even close to Nashville nor did […] it have a lounge as the internet says. I rented 2 rooms at the same time and they were quite a ways from each other. For the price I paid, this hotel was very serviceable. The breakfast was great, the room was clean, and everything worked. Somebody thought it was a good idea to engage their horn throughout the night every so often to lock their car, and with the cars being parked right outside the rooms that was a minor inconvenience. This definitely turned out to be a place I would definitely stay again! The help was very kind and helpful! The breakfast was good! The main building was very clean and so was our room! Easy access to Franklin! Real southern hospitality!

Very easy to find location right off interstate. Impressed by the breakfast items offered. Only one complaint that we had out of the 3 rooms for the one night was a huge bug of some sort in one of the rooms but we also realized that we were on the ground floor with outside entrances.

I stayed here two nights and I live here in the franklin area. The place is clean and service is fine. It's 20 minutes from down town if your not from here and want to know. I would stay here again.

Hotel is old style with outside corridors...clean and neat just older...upkeep is solid but it is what it is...very simple nights sleep...on way to Florida with 3 teenage boys and it was just fine...somewhat noisy but nothing terrible....was looking for cheaper alternative but be in Franklin area it this was fine

We got a great price on the hotel and it is right off the interstate. A hot breakfast that was good. Nice staff. The room was small, the toilet was very sluggish, and the bathroom door would not latch closed. All in all it was good for the price we paid.

The only negative was that the front desk clerk when checking in was not friendly. But overall our stay was great.

My husband & I absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Franklin. Friendly staff, very friendly & attentive housekeeping. Great breakfast. Very clean room, comfortable bed, and great wi-fi connection! Convenient location, close to many restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back and we will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Convenient location, clean room, nice facility. I was concerned after reading previous comments, but was very pleasantly surprised upon arriving and entering the room. Hot breakfast with walk-up and self service provided. Will book this hotel again.

had trouble unlocking our door with our cardkey. others also. otherwise comfortable, quiet on the back facing south, didnt hear hall noises. although the highway is busy the town of Franklin is quaint with great shops all walkable. we ate at Charlie's. we'll do all of it again.

Room was clean, but the coffee-maker had been removed and the hotel personnel couldn't understand that I wasn't missing a caraffe but the whole machine. The HVAC unit sounded like a "Mac Truck" whenever it started up. The ice machine in my building was broken and I had to walk in the rain over to the next building. We had a good night sleep & a fine morning meal. The room was a little small, but we didn't mind it. The purpose was a comfortable and safe overnight at a "fair" price. Done!

It wasn't bad but the mattress needed replacing. The room was very clean. The first night I had to be late because I was at a meeting and there was a vechile parked in front of my room. I really didn't appreciate that because I am older and a female. The next night I was on time and the spot was available but it was muddy and the other spots down the […] way were dry. I wondered if it had anything to do with being near the washer. But the room charge was very reasonable so altogether it was OK. I would recommend it to someone who needs a reasonable fee. I and my wife have stayed here several time on trips back and forth to Florida. We have always had great sevice, pleasant, and clean rooms. Also the breakfast is a great value!

The non-smoking room was actually a smoking room. No parking was available due to all the construction workers and truckers parking big Riggs. The girl at the front desk was sweet and tried to help butility we eventually left because of condition of rooms and no parking.
