Close to CU. Staff super attentive, room large, comfortable nice bedding and clean.

I am not a BW loyalty member and was very hesitant to stay here - but, I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I was only in for one night but the room (bed) was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Even though I was only at the Best Western Boulder Inn for about twelve hours, I was very satisfied with my experience. The value was great. The front desk staff was very welcoming and efficient when I checked in and helpful in giving me recommendations about the area and nearby restaurants. My room was spacious, modern, and clean and met and/or exceeded […] all of my expectations. The complimentary breakfast was as good as or better than most that I have encountered--Seattle's Best coffee, eggs, bacon, toast, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. I plan on staying at the Boulder Inn on future trips to the area and would recommend the hotel to anyone else looking for a hotel with good value. The staff were very friendly at check in and the breakfast attendant was too! The room was very nice and the location was good, especially if you need to go somewhere on campus. It is also close to the interstate. However, it is kind of weird getting to the hotel itself because of the one way street. It isn't a big deal though. The photos of the hotel made the hotel look nicer and more modern than it is in reality. The hotel needs a makeover. Room was clean, but the hotel is loud.

We had an excellent stay here. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. If we needed anything they went above and beyond to make sure we had it. They are also working on getting certified -green which is great for guests and the environment. Would stay again.

Got a room last minute. When I got there the front desk worker got the confirmation from the printer and asked what floor I wanted to be on. When I told her the 2nd Floor, she said the regular room with a king bed I booked wasn't available, so she gave me the King Suite on the 2nd Floor without any additional charge. Nice place. Clean, comfortable, a quick drive to downtown Boulder. Location and outside appearance makes it look less-than-desirable, but we were quite satisfied.

This hotel is great if you are visiting CU. It's very close to campus. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The showers are GREAT!!! Great water pressure with the curved curtain bar so that it doesn't stick to you. Staff are nice and friendly.

Our first night we were given a room on the 1st floor right by the registration desk. Didn't sleep all night between the noise from people dragging stuitcases right outsiide our room, to the paper thin ceilings hearing every step our neighbors on the 2nd floor made, to the water pipes when someone took a shower, and then to top it off our room was right […] outside the breakfast room. This was a good value for the price. The room was comfortable and inviting. Breakfast was exceptionally good - I liked the breakfast burritos with eggs, cheese and sausage. I recommend this hotel highly.

Just across the highway from CU-Boulder campus, short walking distance. A handful of good restaurants within a five minute walk. Front desk gave me a "welcome bag" shortly after check-in, including juice, granola and chips. This was a nice surprise, as I didn't have time to stop and eat before heading off to my meeting. I enjoyed my stay at this BW. Excellent customer service (Diane) and a clean, comfortable room. Will be back!

Check in took a little longer than expected. Nobody at the front desk to get pool towels. Spa was dirty and had to go outside to get there. Cnstruction on the roof began at 8 am without any notice. Front desk didn't seem to care. Management was supposed to do a follow up call to discuss it and never called.

I had business at CU, and this hotel is 3 minute walk from campus. It was perfect, excellent, comfortable, and pretty stylish room, great TV selection, free wireless, coffee maker, fridge, and perfect free breakfast. Even the soda machines aren't overpriced. THe staff were friendly and helpful. I am definitely going to stay here again.

Hotel is great and affordable. Rooms are very nice. Not close to downtown, but was in a great location for what we needed. Would definitely stay again.

I was put in the worst location the hotel had to offer, even though I booked 4+ weeks in advance, overlooking a dumpster/parking lot and right above the hotel lobby. All night long, I could hear every conversation that went on in the area, slamming doors all night long so that I got no sleep at all. Complained the next morning and the 2 desk clerks […] were immature, rude, and completely dismissed my concerns and that they had no other room to move me to. Basically told me, 'too bad'. Next day spoke with another clerk - also very young, immature, and rude, laughed in my face, and told me that "all we are required to provide you is a room to sleep for the night." One of the 3 kids told me that they, themselves (the kid-clerks) arrange the room schedule on the morning of check in and that, basically, it is random. And with that, I was dismissed. Two of the 3 argued with me and told me that I did not experience what I had experienced! (i.e., "that's not true; that hasn't been MY experience; I disagree," etc.) Lisätietoja

This is an old "motel" that has been spiffed up a bit so as to not look as worn out as it is. That's all fine. The staff is the problem. The front desk clerk was argumentative when I asked about changing the length of my stay. The continental breakfast was awful and the morning we were there the president was speaking and they have a big television […] in the breakfast area broadcasting this. At 9:55, a hotel staffer came in and turned off the TV as several people were watching the president speak. She said he boss would get mad if she didn't turn off the TV at 10:00. When she realized it was only 9:55, she turned it back on and then turned it off again at 10. The speech was almost over and we asked her to please turn it back on and she said if she left the television on, people would stay and they need that room for other things at 10:30. Lisätietoja

Went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a pleasant one. The only problem I had was that it was not a non-smoking room as I had booked. The hotel said that those preferences weren't guaranteed.

Very good value. It is a little on the edge of town but the free bikes are handy and it is only $10 in a taxi to the centre (sept 2011) or about 45 min walk. Easy access to Colorado University and Chataqua national park. Very comfortable and staff extremely helpful. Eating out is best in the centre of town, locally only fast food joints. If you want to sleep, and noise bothers you, you might want to find another place. The walls and ceiling are paper-thin and you can hear every noise your neighbors (to the sides or above) make. It also happened to be a football weekend and the place seemed to be party central. The party above went on till 4 am, and then began again at 6:30 am. Most unhappy with having to sign acceptance of $300 penalty if smoke in non smoking room. Havn't smoked for over40 years and wife never. Being put in adversarial position with people you don't know with possible he said/ she said disagreement not a good way to start a restful stay.

Although the pictures make the grounds of the Best Western Plus Boulder Inn look much nicer than they actually are, the hotel redeemed itself the moment I entered the lobby. The front desk personnel were the best I have ever encountered - and I have stayed all over the US and world! They were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, and provided excellent […] recommendations and info. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with personal coffee makers and the ability to control the temp of your room (both very impt to me). Comfy beds, lots of pillows and a good shower too. While we were there, we saw new flat-screen TVs being installed in other rooms, which will be a nice addition. Stayed here for a campus tour. So convenient. Only a 15 minute walk to the center of campus. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was limited but sufficient. A good deal.

difficult to get to - GPS couldn't find it accurately - hotel is on an access road, but the address is on the main road; a little run down

Free breakfast was pretty good. Front desk staff was great. Rooms are generally dirty. Carpet turns your feet black from all the carpet dirt. Needs bed and carpet updates.

Stayed here when taking our son to CU - very convenient, clean rooms, nice pool area. Nice full breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Boulder.

We had a great visit in Boulder, much due to the comfort and location of this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, enjoyed the pool, hot tub, breakfast and use of bikes. Easy to get to CU campus and downtown. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel staff was friendly and the room was fine - not luxurious, but everything you need. The hot breakfast was fresh and yummy. When we first drove up, we thought, "Oh no! It's right by the road!" but we never heard the road at all.
