Hotellihuoneessa ei ollut kasvopaperia eikä vesipulloja, kuten kaikissa muissa hotelleissa. Mietimme, onko 4 tähteä hieman yläkanttiin verrattuna moniin 2 tähden hotelleihin. Ero käyttämiimme hotels.comin 2 tähden hotelleihin ei ollut ihna niin merkittävä.

Huone oli erittäin siisti ja laadukkaasti sisustettu sekä todella tilava. Ympäristö ja hotellin puitteet ovat upeat. Hotellihuoneen hintaan sisältyy aamiaisen lisäksi alkuillasta tarjoiltava viini- ja juustovälipala. Suosittelen hotellia kaikille lämpimästi!

Very clean, helpful staff, convenient location. Unfortunately we were near the office, and heard people arriving at 3:30 AM, and then departing guests waited for a bus outside our door at 7:30 AM....made for a short night!

nice,clean,enough room,good location in napa.next door to denny's with 15% discount from hotel.very lovely staff,very helpful on areas to see.would stay there again.safe,quiet area.good for families and seniors.

Quick easy check-in. Clean room, good 4 out of 5 on sound insulation from neighboring rooms. Restaurant attached to Inn is convenient; also clean w/ good service. Refrigerator, TV worked fine, very convenient. Didn't use the pool, but saw that it was very very small. A bit pricey on for a Saturday night stay, but very convenient to shopping/ downtown […] areas. Note: downtown is a long walk. Easy check out. Lisätietoja
"Great place for wine tasters on a budget!"
My friend and I were looking for a place for a long time in Napa/Sonoma area. This one was the cheaper of the hotels we looked at, and I was concerned what that would entail. But it was exactly what we needed! Easy to get to the wineries, downtown, and we felt safe (both girls in mid-twenties). We considered paying more and staying at the Marriott, […] but glad we didn't because that would have been more of a drive. Thanks BW! Lisätietoja

"wine country"
convenient location to get around once we got familiar with the area. The stores across the street were nice to pick up anything we needed for groceries to clothes. It was close to downtown for an afternoon shopping trip too. Overall we were very happy staying at BW to start out our trip.

Bed was OK - But noise level between rooms was bad - You could hear conversations and other unmentionable activities going on between rooms

Very nice hotel. Clean and in a good location in Napa. We enjoyed our stay. We were within walking distance to many restaurants. I would stay here again.
The office and maintenance staff were outstanding in their service. I would definitely stay there again.
