Everything worked well except wifi in the room. rates were cheap for what it was. super clean, modern and comfortable. Of course, hotels.com missed a reward on this one.

We went to pj for friend's wedding there. They upgraded our rooms to suite, which is very nice of them. We'll definitely stay in this hotel if we are coming to pj again.

With this price, you can stay at good quality hotel. Not a bad idea.

Loved the room deeply. But cannot say the same of the service there. Reception was not helpful at all when I wanted to use shower facilities to freshen up after checking out as flight was late at night. Thankfully, the spa at the hotel was understanding and let me use the showers for free. Has a long way to go in terms of customer service.

It was nice and comfortable. It would be nice to have some kind of shuttle service to the International Airport, seeing as they are located farther away. Overall, it was very comfortable and staff were wonderful.

rooms were clean n comfy. check in and check out was fast. I liked the spa facilities. only problem was - I think the japanese restaurant was too expensive

Satisfied, but would now opt to stay closer to the city center. Facilities and staff were fine, but the location is poor -- it's impossible to walk anywhere because the hotel is surrounded by freeways.

My only disappointment with the Eastin Hotel was that there were not enough bath towels. There was only one per person per day. In the tropics after a day shopping or sight seeing a shower is almost mandatory and then in the morning I like a shower too but the towel was still damp from the afternoon shower. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, spacious and comfortable rooms. No shopping around vicinity but within driving distance to Utama and Bangsar village.

I was several times in this hotel. This very well located for the office areas nearby. They have a shuttle service to take you several shopings and offices in the area. If you are looking for a hotel close to the orchard district but still affordable this is it. This hotel is in great condition and it looks like it may have been newly remodeled. Bathrooms are in incredible shape. The beds are very comfortable but asian (hard) you are walking distance to all the very nice shops in downtown singapore. I only had 1 very small complaint... when we arrived they told us that they were doing building maintenance, and it was possible got our room would have no power or air conditioning for up to 8 hours. Convenient location in PJ with free shuttle buses to the city centre and a number of other locations (I didn't try out this service though). Not good for visitors without a car or friends to take them around. Staff were great, friendly front-line staff at the concierge, check-in and out was smooth and quick. Enjoyed the free wi-fi!

4 stars is not enough , Yes it's 10 minutes drive from city center but this was a wonderful choise as the beatifull neighbour View , Calm sleep , Big rooms , good & bueatiful swimming pool , a tender stuff , and a Free shuttls to many attactive Malls , KL-cental , etc...

I arrived at 1145pm after a long drive from Singapore. I was told upon check in that there was no single bedded room though I had a prior booking. But to ,y pleasant surprise I was upgraded to. Deluxe suite room. The staff is really helpful and friendly.

It was a pleasant surprise. It definitely was value-for-money. Only problem is there's no "happening" around the hotel, but all malls are easily accessible via taxis and in-house hotel services. But really, I don't mind taking the hotel again next time. Cheap but comfortable (decent).

Good Biz hotel with nothing around the neighbourhood. However, it is saved by the free shuttle to all major shopping centres in KL.

We visited KL on 18 June and booked into the Eastin. Our first welcome was that we could easily check in hassle-free at 12noon after a long drive from Singapore. That was most appreciated. Furthermore, we were moved into a suite due to non availability of our deluxe booking. This was another pleasant surprise. The suite was wonderful. Great location for several firms IT related. Good jumping off location. Traffic in KL is a bit of a snarl so central location outside of downtown KL is great.

If you drive and don't mind the distance to KL city centre then this is a very good hotel situated in a not too busy business area. The room we got is big and clean. The shower is great, the water pressure and temperature is just nice. The complimentary apples placed in a basket along the corridor for guests to help themselves is a nice touch, make […] you feel at home. The air con in our room 1802 was a bit noisy although it was not bothering us too much. We were told by front desk that there was a 50% discount on the buffet breakfast but was disappointed when we were told by the restaurant manager that voucher was meant for dinner only. You can get cheaper and better local food at nearby eating places. We stayed at Eastin more than 10 years ago. We remembered it was comfortable even with children. Recently, we chose to stay in Eastin agaon - expecting it to be rundone & old. But not at all. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel still well maintained.

Stayed 3 nights. Room quite small and DUSTY. Inconvenient location for strolling out in the evening as it is "in the middle of nowhere" - urban sprawl - highways- traffic - isolated; and helluva long walk to anywhere for local eateries or shops if you have no car and not wanting another taxi trip after a long day out.. not somewhere for leisure tourism; […] Hotel had some nice restaurants, food quite good but expensive as compared to eating out and we were not informed of the offers of 50% off evening buffet for senior citizens. We asked for water with our meal and were given bottled water as well as a jug of water. We were charged for the bottled water. Good for function. We had to attend a reception at the nearby KL Golf & Country Club. It was convenient to get to the reception, but was expensive to return to the hotel by Taxi.

I didn't imagine Eastin to be as good as Westin. But yes it was! Especially i was impressed by the service i received. All room service requirements were attained within 2 mins! (of course excludes food items) Though the location was not perfect, yet we drove so that was not really a problem.
