The hotels's location is very convenent if you are travelling from Denver to the Rocky Mountain National park or visiting Boulder. The hotel is easy to find and the parking spaces are very convenient. The room was excellent! The shopping opportunities are great. A very pleasant stay!

They went above and beyond here. Good service, kept our bags even after we checked out so we could pick them up at end of day. Comfortable. Wonderful, especially for price!

Front desk was very very nice

Registration clerks were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything we could need including a ful kitchen. The price was very reasonable.

It was a great stay and so close to the mall. Breakfast could have been better, but not bad overall.

We needed a room with private bedrooms and got exactly that with this hotel. We had a kitchenette, two private bedrooms, and 3 TV's all for a very reasonable price. The place is pet friendly and if you need access to a kitchen during your stay, this hotel will serve your purposes.

great space, clean, comfortable, but trying to find the hotel itself was a nightmare, i am not familliar with the area as i am from the mountains and coming off of i-70 was just too hard, had to call the desk twice to get the correct directions, cause the internet was wrong. other than that it was fine

Great location with easy access to Boulder or Denver, in a good area with great shopping within walking distince. Hotel staff responded to every request. My dogs loved the space.

This Town Place Suites is conveniently located to Denver, Boulder and suburbs. We stayed here to don the tour of colleges. The only bummer was our room was not ready until almost 5:30 and it is not sound proof at all. Stay on a top floor! It was great to have two bedrooms !

The hotel was very nice, the room was great, the front desk...Not so much. The young lady that checked me in was the same person that was working desk in the morngin when I checked out. She was one of the most unfriendly desk people I've had the 'pleasure" of meeting. If the rest of the hotel & room would have been anything like the front desk, I […] absolutely would Not recommend. Very nice hotel with a great staff . The rooms were very comfortable and clean and a perfect size little kitchen for those that get tired of eating out. The beds were very comfortable, not too soft, not too hard. The price was also very affordable for what you get. We will stay there again.

We had a little kitchenette, fully supplied. Bkfst was limited in scope but fine.

Dirty, old, smelly, funky. I thought I was transported back to 1981 in a truck stop motel! Seriously, I travel a lot and this was a dump.

We stayed in the building across from the office.329 Upon entering the building to acess the elevator, there was a very strong oder in the hallway. Sewer gas; restroom oder; damp smell. Great place close to restaurants and shopping. my room was awesome.

It feel a bit like showing up after the party...The hallways were dirty, the stove not all assembled and the staff half asleep. Add to it the fact that the In room VM was out of order "for maybe a few weeks" and you have a place I would rather not frequent again. On the positive side you can walk to Walmart.

The hotel is very conveniently located to many attractions. The room was comfortable with a "homey" feel and was stocked with all the necessities. The morning breakfast with juice and bagels gave us a great start to our busy days. It was nice having separate bedrooms and a living area. Each room having its own T.V. allowed people to watch what they […] wanted. The table was large enough for us to eat and then to play family board games. It also had internet access. The cleanliness of the room was a small concern. A bottle of opened alcohol about 1/2 full was found on the window sill of one of the bedrooms. Luckily it was found by an adult in our family who disposed of it. The floor was not vacuumed during our stay as small pieces of dirt remained on the carpet. The T.V. in the main living area had distracting horizontal lines running through the picture on every channel, but the T.V.s in the bedrooms had clear pictures. The staff was friendly and the room was huge. They have a shuttle that goes within five miles of the hotel which is great because that is just enough to get to shops and restaurants in town. I was in for two nights on business and walked to the nearby shops, so the location is great for Broomfield (it's kind of in the middle of nowhere anyway). We were very please, again, with the rooms, the view - amazing, the friendliness of the staff. I cannot think of anything negative about our stay. Good rate from Hotels.com - perfect stay!

Upon arrival, we found the staff to be very friendly. The lobby was warm, welcoming and offered fresh coffee, fruit and recently baked chocolate chip cookies. A free Internet terminal is there too, plus printer. We were celebrating our anniversary and, when the desk clerks learned that, they placed us in a great 2-bedroom suite on the upper corner of […] the second building, overlooking the mountains! There were a total of 3 flatscreen TV's--plus a livingroom, full kitchen, dining table, and a desk in the master bedroom. We savored our 4 nights lodging!! The additional times we contacted the front desk were always pleasurable. Each day our beds were made up and towels refreshed. There was no problem with traffic noise or noise from adjoining rooms. The area is newly developed and the hotel is situated between Boulder and Arvada. There are tons of restaurants, a movie theatre, mall, plus Walmart right there. It's located just off Highway 36 so easy for getting around too. We visit family in Arvada at least a couple of times a year and this will now be our go-to hotel when traveling! The staff is wonderful here, very courteous and welcoming and helpful. We checked in early, and unfortunately accepted a room that was too close to the front lobby. The walls are too thin, and unfortunately we were woken too early both mornings by running and ball bouncing above us, and doors slamming outside our door. The only other shortcoming, is […] that this hotel is difficult to find, as the surrounding streets are all named either "Flatiron-something", or "Interlocken-something". We wandered around for 20 minutes one night till we found the place, and no, I had not had too much to drink! I will not stay here again without bringing my GPS! The Towneplace Suites were very reasonably priced, and we will stay here again. The rooms were very clean, the water was hot, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Great value, easy to access hiways and airport, restaurants and services nearby, I would come back. (We love Marriotts)

I don't usually post reviews but this hotel for the price was great! Everyone smiled, was helpful and didn't seem to hate their job. Rooms were clean and had been updated. Compare that to MOST motels at this level and this one stands out.

For the price and convenience for a long term - It was great to have a kitchen and small living area. Staff was very helpful in directions. Hotel was convenient to mall, Wal-Mart and gas stations.
