I had booked my room two weeks in advance, and then showed up for check in three hours late and the room was not ready. C'mon son!!

the hotel didn't notify his customer about their defaillance to provide internet service. Otherwise the service was ok

The room was clean and comfortable, however there was a broken foot stool that only had 3 working legs and ended up tilting. If my stay was longer than 1 night this would of had to change.

I usually like Comfort Inns but this one needs a reno. The location is good, primarily a business area but convenient to expressways and interstate. The carpets in this place are horrible. The non smoking floor smelled of smoke and mold. Room needed an update. Sheets had holes in them. Comforters had soil stains and pen marks. The bed was comfortable […] and mattress appeared new. Carpet sticky and unclean. Small sugar ants everywhere. We checked in very late first night and back late 2nd night. I complained on checkout and front desk said they would have given another room. I feel the other rooms would have been the same. Housekeeping made up beds with same sheets, not an issue. But my friends forgotten used tissues left in her bed, still there in the sheets when bed was made. Rubber bath met left in tub, still there on return so I know it was not cleaned. air conditioning froze up. Did restart when shut down awhile. Please give this place a clean up and redo! Lisätietoja

Positives: Desk staff, very nice and helpful. Amenities were excellent and well maintained. Parking was fine. More affordable than hotels with same service. Negatives: Breakfast - would you like bottom of the pot cold coffee every morning? Room carpeting could have been cleaner. Room next door to breakfast kitchen? Just say no.

The carpet needs to be updated. The first day that I arrived at hotel, you could smell the smoke in the carpet. It had a very musty smell. The staff was very warm and pleasant. My family and I enjoyed the breakfast, and the room was clean. Overall, my stay with the hotel was very good. But just as a suggestion, please change the carpet. clean, convenient location, good pool area & better than average breakfast.

The room assigned to us is not worth for the price we paid. The room has a musty odor which I guess comes from the carpet which is rather old.Rooms need to be updated if they want to charge more. The television does not even have a remote. Overall, we are very disappointed and we'll never go back to this hotel, again.

The staff was great. The beds were a bit small for queen size I think its full sizes. No internet service has advertise had to use lobby computer.

We relocated to this hotel for two nights because we needed to escape paint smell at home. The bed was the most comfortable ever, very comparable to Marriott top line hotels. I checked the brands of the mattress and pillows to get the same for home. Can't say much about location, it was good for us being close to home, but for tourist purposes probably […] not the best one. Gym leaves much to be desired, there are only 3 older machines there and no freeweights. Breakfast must have been good according to smells, though we kept missing it. Stuff is friendly and helpful.
