This is an excellent value for the money. It's easy to to access off Interest 94 or 29in a shopping area, so there's plenty of restaurants. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The hallways could have used a good cleaning, but it was also January in North Dakota. The breakfast was fairly typical stuff.

Great hotel, great room, great location, BUT staff is very unfriendly and unwelcoming. A smile and a welcoming comment would go a very long way!

handy room for a smoker (open door to small patio).

there was always clean linen available and the continental breakfast was very good and lots of choice. i would recommend this hotel to any family or couple to stay at.

We stayed for two nights and found the location convenient for shopping. The front desk staff could have been more friendly. The fire alarm went off at 3:00 am and we were not given any explanation as to the reason nor were we given a safe signal that night to go back in our rooms. great place to stay if shopping in fargo..Great location.

The room was nice, just a generic hotel room. The room had a small fridge and microwave so that was nice. The breakfast was surprisingly decent, good selection of waffles, muffins, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, bagels and so on. Don't expect much in the way of customer service, the employees at the front desk hardly said two words to us the entire […] stay, we got more conversation from the maids while walking down the hall. I received good value! The pool hot tub and sauna were enjoyable, my room clean, the included breakfast was more than expected. The staff was friendly and accommodating. This is not a five star hotel but clean and provides good value.

Loved the proximity of the hotel-close to the main shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool could use a little paint. Continental breakfast was adequate. Would definitely stay their again

I was a little iffy staying here due to the cost, (you get what you pay for....) However that was not the case, in staying here. It was a great value. The only problem, was the hot tub was just to dang hot, almost to the point of burning, hot. Other then that a great value.

not sound proof, could hear people in the hall until about 1245am (stayed on a sat night), comfy bed, clean room, good location, nice breakfast

I was very happy with my room I had a king size bed and the room was very large and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and I love being next door to Red Lobster and Barnes and Nobel. This is the only hotel I stay at when I'm in Fargo.

Hotel was great - price was good, convenient location, nice room. A huge bonus was that the hotel was all non-smoking. The only downfall was the fact that they accepted pets and there was a dog down the hall that was barking incessantly for much of the day. Satisfied overall with the exception of the variety for Continental breakfast. No Fresh fruit or eggs available for those on restricted diets.

Convenient to West Acres but pretty old and not updated

I recently stayed at the Kelly Inn Fargo. It was a good stay. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub were clear. Continental breakfast was good. And close to a lot of stores. I would stay at the Kelly Inn - Fargo again.

Overall, not a bad place. Very conveniently located by West Acres Mall and many restaurants. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Bathroom could have been cleaner but wasn't bad, just strands of hair in the bathtub/shower. Great customer service. Had a nice pool area.

I was aiming for the new one as it was across the street from the office I was working in so the advertisement of addresses is the only thing I have an issue with. It was a little dificult to figure out wich was where. I do nto think the new one is listed yet. This one has a friendly staff, clean rooms and is almost as nice as the brand new one. For business travel the hotel was good. It's location was convient and the price was OK.
