Enjoyed the stay and the staff was great. The cable was fuzzy, the air conditioner was noisy and didn't make for good sleeping. I don't like to complain but I expected a little more, I to work in the service industry. I have stayed at many Hilton Gardens and I am not sure this one deserves to have the name Hilton attatched to it. It was clean, but it is in the middle of nowhere. My husband and I went to dinner did a little shopping then returned to the hotel to go sit in the spa hot tub whatever you want to call it. We got down there and there was a gentleman in […] the spa already and he said I am going to warn you it is very hot. I got in and I think I quit breathing for a second, I could only get in barley to my waste it was so hot, my husband sat on the side and put his feet in. I could only stay in maybe 10 minutes at max. I got out and I honestly looked like I had been sitting in the sun for hours! We went back up to our room changed and went down to the front desk, when we said something about it to the man at the desk he said oh that's weird, I don't know what the temperature is supposed to be? And I don't know how to fix it? And I couldn't even tell you his name because he had no name tag on! So if you just need somewhere to put your head for the night, it was a clean room, but don't see the name Hilton Garden and think you will have as nice of a stay as you have at Hilton Gardens elsewhere, because you will be disappointed! Beds are adjustable for comfort. Room very clean. Food in the hotel restaurant was very good as was the service. Staff very friendly and helpful. The chef made special breakfast sandwiches for us to go even though typically there is a morning buffet. She did not charge us the full buffet price since we only got breakfast sandwiches. My room (king bed) was spacious as was the bathroom. The bed was very firm, the way I like it. The room was neat and clean. I was very satisfied.

Great night, really enjoyed the sauna and exercise room.

My wife Tiffany and I were so very pleased with every aspect of our stay and we definitely will return. The staff and all of the accomadations were great and close to a lot of activities...Underground Railroad Freedom Center in Cincinnati, Kings Island, just to name a few. Thank you for an awesome stay at your hotel. God Bless.

Overall good value for the money. Fairly clean. We had some issues with house keeping. They left dirty glasses in room or no glasses at all. Had to remind to change sheets. Coffee supplies never addressed. Front desk friendly for the most part, They were helpfull on several issues.

Completely satisfied with my stay of 4 nights.

Very nice and far enough away from Cincy to be out of the hustle, but close enough to get in easily. Very quiet and well appointed. Breakfast was good, but a little on the pricy side.

Nancy at the front desk could not have been nicer. She help us check in a little early and moved our rooms so we all could be closer together. The breakfast was delicious and the rest of the staff was very courteous. IOur family would stay here again. Again nancy was great.

The staff was polite and welcoming. Enjoyed the food at the Grille, highly recommend the Quesadilla.

Hotel.com messed up our reservations and this hotel had no more rooms available for us but the hotel staff was trying accomodate us in everyway.

We had no complaints about the hotel except that when I had called them to ask the proximity to Lake Harsha they said it was 10 minutes away. It was 40 minutes away. Otherwise the sHotel was very comfortable.

Very comfortable. Near I-271, and Ward'sCrossing Road, which took me to Loveland, Ohio, only 4 miles away.

Staying at a Hilton Garden Inn has always been a satisfactory experience. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. One should be prepared to pay ten dollars per person for breakfast (better than typical self-serve) if the rate does not state breakfast included.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, and a very clean hotel. I will stay there again without hesitation!

We needed one night's stay, and we were very pleased with this hotel. It was located in a quiet area, but there was a small shopping strip across the street with a couple restaurants. It was attractive, seemed well-kept and had a number of nice conveniences. There was a refrigerator and microwave, which we did not expect! There was also free high-speed […] internet. The pool looked nice, but we didn't have time to enjoy it. The hygiene sample-sized products in the bathroom were Neutragena which was another nice treat. Of note, the hotel was described as "bathtub only" but the desk clerk and our room confirmed that there were showers in every room! The staff was friendly. The hotel was small but very nice. I thought it was a little bit overpriced for the size and style of the hotel. They offered a full breakfast buffet in the morning for $10 which was convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that there was an old, moldy coffee filter left in the coffee maker, so I was unable to make […] coffee the first morning of my stay.
