Updated recently remodeled hotel and nice room with flat panel TV, complimentary breakfast, nice indoor pool, small but practical fitness center, computers and printer available to print boarding passes, etc., free wi-fi and friendly staff.

The best part of this stay is definetely the free breakfast! Fantastic selection, hot sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, etc. The kids would argue that the indoor pool was the best. My wife enjoyed the large spacious room.

It was pleasant & relaxing. The refrigerator temperature needed adjusting. Initially, it felt like room temp. After 2 replacements it was able to keep a can of soda slightly chill on maximum setting. I don't think they have a freight elevator because there is a wait, at times for the elevator, only to find that housekeeping is using it. But!!! The bed was sagging but other than that the rooms are clean and modern. The free breakfast is good too.

The hotel staff was very friendly and customer oriented. A quality that would make me a repeat customer!

Everything was great! The room was large - couch desk 2 sinks, the complimentary breakfast included everything. The staff friendly and helpful. I would definetely stay at a Hyatt again .

This hotel was a nice suprise. Rooms were clean and roomy and very accommodating. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay there again!!

The staff was friendly, the amenities were just what we needed, and the rooms were very comfortable - lots of space for moving around. I would definitely stay there again.

I highly recommend this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful!! My room was VERY nice, and the bed was super comfortable!!!

Nice place to stay, very helpful staff, good breakfast, swimming pool that is big enough to do laps. Ron was especially helpful.

This hotel was a hidden gem. Everything this hotel had to offer was perfect. The personless check-in went surprisingly smooth. The room was gorgeous and spacious. The service was impecable and food delicous. I would stay here over and over again.

We were disappointed that there was no hot tub but over all it was a nice hotel and we would stay again if we were in the area.

I live in Baltimore which is only 20 minutes or so away. I checked in for some rest. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Loved the TV. The hotel doesn't have a full kitchen so the food choices left quite a bit to be desired. However, the staff was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be staying there again.

The hotel staff was very nice, However, like many businesses these days, the hotel is clearly trying to save money on maintenance and amenities, and it shows. Our bathtub was worn down in places to rust, and felt uneven and rippling under foot. Clean, quiet, polite management

Since we first walked into the door we were greeted with generosity. Unfortunately for us our car broke down but fortunately for us we were at the Hyatt. They helped us with anything they could. Our car could not be repaired that day so we had to stay another night but we didn't mind. That night when we got back to the hotel to check in each employee […] knew exactly who we were and asked of our situation. They got us a room instantly at their very reasonable prices. The next day preparing to leave for the auto shop everyone wished us luck on our way out. Luck we needed but luck we did not get because our car still could not be fixed. The frustration from the auto shop was only bareable when we got back to the Hyatt. When we walked in as much as they were happy to see us they shared that the honesty that they would be happier if we were on our way home. As much as we wanted to go home the staff did more then they could to make it feel like a home away from home. I do not stay in hotels often but when I do in the future they will be compared to the above and beyond services the Hyatt has provided for us on our long weekend. Lisätietoja

We loved this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, and very clean. The continental breakfast was good, and the staff were all very friendly. It was all adults this trip, but my husband and I can't wait to go back with our children. We will stay here every time we travel to Maryland. As a plus we saw reality star/ rapper Diggy Simmons, who also stayed at […] the hotel. It was not on the harbor but there were plenty of stores and places t eat right around the corner. This was more than I had expected. We had a great time, the staff was superb! the decor in the lobby was fitting and inviting. I will use this place everytime my family and i visit MD.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and quite helpful. They offered to look up out destination for the next day in order to help us figure out our travel time. All the staff presented themselves well.

Needed a last minute hotel that would accomodate 5 people in a room. The room was perfect. Clean and had plenty of space for us all.

Though my husband likes the entire bathroom enclosed, I found it convenient for both of us to use the facilities differently at the same time. Breakfast was very good with lovely fresh fruits included and good coffee. We appreciated and used the shuttle service back and forth from the Metro so we could easily travel back and forth to the inner harbor […] in Baltimore. Thanks for a great stay! Lisätietoja

My husband and I stayed here for a short getaway from the kids. The room was so spacious and comfy, the staff was very accommodating. Not to mention the out of this world French toast served at the 24 hour cafe. We loved it and will definitely go back.

We have stayed at Hyatt Place before and like the layout of the room but this particular hotel was a little past it's prime. The room was worn out and dirty, especially the bathtub.

we would have liked the pool to be open during the day times. They were not open until the afternoon or evening. The bathroom also had a spill on the wall. Just a reminder to cleaning staff, close door and look as if you are the guest. Thanks

On the spur of the moment, we planned a trip to see the Preakness in 2011. I went to hotels.com and found this treasure of a hotel. The surroundings were perfect and the staff was extemely friendly. With food and beverages available anytime, we felt right at home. We will return to Hyatt Place anytime we visit Baltimore.

Hotel was very clean and nice. People who work there were very helpful in helping me find places I had to go.I would differently recommend this hotel to other people.

The hotel is located in an out of the way place so you probably wouldn't want to stay there unless you have business or an event in the immediate area. It's quiet and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and laid out nicely. The free breakfast is fine and there are snacks that you can buy 24/7 at the front desk. Our only complaint […] is that the beds are really, really soft. If you require a firm mattress, as my wife and I do, you may have a problem. I ended up taking an afternoon nap on the couch to make up for the lost sleep the previous night. But all things considered it's a good hotel, very convenient, and we will stay there again next time we are in the area to visit family. Lisätietoja

This hotel had everything I needed. I travelled with my wife and two young sons...one just three months old. The hotel provided me with a crib so I didn't have to worry about carrying one. The room was clean and nice and the staff was very professional and courteous. Checking in and out was also hassle free.
