Loved the breakfast buffet in the morning. The staff was great and the rooms were comfortable and very well kept.

Perfect hotel. No issues, excellent hotel to stay in.

We thoroughly enjoyed te room. The customer service and breakfast were great. They even checked IDs before issuing another key which is great for security!

hotel was nice but very much overpriced, breakfst buffet was just slightly better than a continental breakfast

Couldn't have found a better place to stay. Very pleased.

Nice room but odd layout. One day housekeeping did not empty our coffee filter, or give us clean coffee cups. All in all, it was a pleasant enough room. It was nice to have breakfast included. It was fairly good.

This was a very good visit. Everything at the hotel was exactly as advertised and expected. Cleanliness was superb as was breakfast. I would have liked wifi internet service, instead of the cable version. That's my only complaint. Otherwise, great stay.

The room was clean and well stocked with the necessary toiletries. well updated rooms with Flat screen TV- HD channels, breakfast includes eggs, sausage, cereals, bagels,waffles- very good.Will definitely go back .

Overall positive, the construction in the lobby was not well planned. Eating breakfast with men working steps away is not ideal. There was a lot of dust. I don't know why they didn't have them work in the mid-day hours only.

A little overpriced but it was clean and everything you could ask for.

The sink is separate from the toilet & tub, which is very nice for 2 or more people staying together. Also, the living room area is spacious and comfortable. It is a suite for the price of a room. Very nice.

The room was a spacious sweet and it probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The king bed was very comfortable and I could not have been any more satisfied with the service at this SpringHill Suites. Hotel was great - clean, well maintained, nice amenities. Would stay there again.

The room was nice and clean, but it had some problems with plumbing and the air conditioner. In the middle of the night the a/c wasn't working. Also, the toilet kept running all night and in the a.m. it didn't flush. We were only there one night so it wasn't worth getting up in the middle of the night and moving, so we endured. This Marriott was exactly where we needed to be; close to Vistakon and St. John Town Center. The complimentary buffet, all you can eat breakfast had several choices, including scrambled eggs, sausage, hot oatmeal, several kinds of bread, and you can even make your own waffles. The hotel overall was good. Maybe the room was a lttle small, like for example if you have more than one piece of luggage you don't have any space tu put it. Besides that, everything was fine. When I first checked in, they sent me to a nasty room that looked like it had never been cleaned. They quickly remedied that and gave me a new room. They also failed to correctly register my airline frequent flyer #, so it became a hassle to have to claim my reward points for this stay. They could definitely improve on this.

The location was perfect. Close to shopping malls, my relatives and eating establishments. The complimentary breakfast was just right.

Bed was a little hard, but other than that I would recommend this hotel to anyone for a number of reasons: location to restaurants, maintained grounds and pool, politeness of staff.

All the staff, from the Manager down were great. The room was very clean, seemed small. It was close to UNF...you could not ask for a better location. However, there is no sound proofing. You hear everything. If a door opens down the hall, you here it. If two people are talking in the hall, you hear it. I will probaly try a different hotel in the same […] area the next time.
