Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu helmi 26, 2013Erinomainen sijainti liikkua junalla ja metrolla. Helppo ja halpa matka hotellin ja JFK:n välillä (n.45 min, 7,5 USD). Manhattanille n. 10-15 min metromatka. Hotelli siisti, huoneet tilavat ja hyvin toimiva siivous. Aamiainen perusamerikkalainen eli kaikenlaista pullaa löytyy. Bonuksena aamiaishuoneen kuumahuoma-automaatti, joka on käytössä pitkin päivää. Ruuhka-aikoina liikeenteen melua. Viereissä Mobil-huoltamo, jossa pieni sekatavaramarket. Seuraavassa korttelissa viinakauppa, pesula ja Deli. Lähin metroasema Queensboro Plaza (200m).

Hyvä hinta- laatu suhde. sijainti oli aivan loistava ja mikä itselle tärkeintä huone siisti eikä torakoita tai muita vierailijoita ilmaantunut. Toki huone oli erittäin pieni ja remontti vähän sinne päin tehty, mutta oikein siisti ja tyylikäs. Remontti oli vielä kesken, mutta huoneeseemme 20. kerrokseen siitä ei ainakaan häiriötä aiheutunut. Ystävällinen henkilö kunta.

We had 2 queen size bed and the room for four was big enough to overnight, but if you are going to spend more time in hotel room, four might be too many. This hotel is perfectly located when visiting MSG. We also walked to Empire State building and to Rockefeller center, but some could find this walking distance too long. There is a very delicious breakfast available next to lobby at $18, which we enjoyed both mornings. The hotel price was reasonable.

I can't say enough about this hotel. We were there for a cheer competition from Friday night till Sat. On Sat. morning the 10 year old we were with fainted in the hallway. The manager was just wonderful with all that was going on. She went out of her way to give me all the information and directions to the hospital as well as offering the shuttle to […] drive us somewhere while the ambulance took my friend and her daughter. "Okay for a short stay"
Stayed one night to attend Hostra event with my daughter. We are from Delaware so location and proximity was the most important thing for me. The hotel is very close to the expressway and Hofstra. The overall stay was okay. We really appreciated the local restaurant delivery to the hotel room. That was very helpful to tried travelers like us. It was a bit odd. I booked a non-smoking room. When I checked in, the clerk's first words were "Do you want a smoking room, by any chance?" I said "No. Definitely not. I hate smoking and definitely need a non-smoking room." When we got to the room, it reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Clearly a smoking room. Other than that, almost everything was okay. […] Average breakfast, average room. The air conditioner was as loud as a turbo-charged Maserati, as was the bathroom fan. "Bedbugs!"
While I want to be able to be positive about my stay, since the hotel appears very nice and well kept and the staff seemed nice, it's just really hard to stay positive when you wake up in the morning covered in bug bites. It was pretty horrifying. At first I thought it was just me that was bitten (I am the tasty one after all), but throughout the day […] my husband started finding bumps as well. Thankfully my 1 year-old appears to have been spared. Since it was already morning by the time we discovered the bugs and we were about to check out anyway, we just quickly packed up and got out of there. I informed the front desk as I was checking out, and while they were apologetic, they didn't offer a refund or anything. They simply apologized "for the inconvenience." Feeling absolutely horrified and disgusted by the experience I didn't want to linger and make a scene, so we just left. "Great value for the cost"
This was an inexpensive, but convenient hotel for a wedding I attended at Eisenhower Park. Only negative is was that we were expecting a King bed with a queen or king size pullout couch. Instead, there was an uncomfortable recliner. We were able to have a cot brought up, but still not ideal for 2 additional people to share. We made it work.Aito Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu

"The attack of the fire alarm"
The hotel was nice and situated in a convenient location but early in the morning the fire alarm went off. It went off for a while and nobody knew what was going on, so everyone went into the hallway. I rushed to grab and pack my bags to run out. i eventually contacted the front desk and they didnt know if we should evacuate or stay in the room but […] once i seen everyone go back in their rooms, i unpacked my bags. i complained at the front desk but they brushed it off. Having reserved a double room with two beds a very long time in advance for the State Championship Swim Meet, I was very surprised to arrive there at 3:30 on Friday afternoon and told that there were only king-bedded rooms left. When I insisted on the two beds that I had reserved and paid for, they found one on the first floor that wasn't even made […] up yet. Plus the number of swim parents and kids seemed to overwhelm them: breakfast was disappointing. Even the oatmeal packet was stale. "I slept great!"
Upon arriving at the Hotel I was greeted with smiling staff that were waiting to assist me. My room was neat and clean as was the rest of the Hotel. I was able to take the Hotel shuttle to dinner and the driver was very friendly, professional and informative. The hotel staff assisted me in getting a taxi on time at the hotel for my flight out of JFK […] on a very snowy day. Kudos to the staff at LaQuinta - I would definately recommend the hotel to my coworkers and I would stay at LaQuinta should my business travels lead me in that direction.
