Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu syys 10, 2012...they had disposable cutlery and plates, mugs etc for breakfast. Definitely something I wouldn't expect in a Holiday Inn! Not too nice to eat from plastic plates with plastic forks and throw everything away afterwards. Very disappointing. The breakfast itself was average, nothing special but filled the stomach for the morning. Staff in the breakfast area was very friendly but the front desks seemed a bit hesitant to do anything extra - no questions about the confort of the stay, just a nod saying everything's ok with the payment. The location is excellent and the room was huge, so extra points there.

Continental breakfast was included in our hotel rate. You can easily fill your stomach and continue your trip. They have a waffle maker and I friendly made a remark that they need some grease spray by the side. I heard that this was not necessary - spraying is done once in the morning and it is good for the whole the whole day. How come the other hotels have the spray there??? Come on.. Definitely would stay there again.

"Worst hotel experience I've ever had"
I was going on a trip to Montreal for my birthday, and booked 2 rooms at a decent price, pre-paid on hotels.com, for myself and friends. Once I got to the hotel, however, they charged me an extra $100 fee at check-in, and the lady at the front desk was very rude. Worst shower I've ever had in a hotel, very low water pressure with an inconsistent temperature. […] The TV remote didn't work. And, there were no heavy drapes in my room. The front desk clerk was cheerful and nice. Check in was easy. The elevators are fast enough and the parking garage had ample room for large vehicles. We went to a hockey game and the Bell Centre was about 2 blocks away. St. Catherine St was also 2 blocks away - several restaurants within the same distance - we ate at the Bar-B-Barn on Guy St, 1 block […] away and that was great. The only thing I was not pleased about was the shower water temp was not nearly hot enough. It was warm at best - so if you don't mind a fairly cold shower, this place is fine. The hotel is convenient for shopping, restaurants and bars. In a street facing room, the street noise could be loud in the night with sirens, car horns etc. There were some areas of the hotel that could use some upgrade but our room on the 8th floor was very comfortable. "Did well by me"
I was just in town for one night, but they did upgrade me to the "executive" floor. Very nice room, although the view wasn't much to the south (just of the condos next door). Location seemed pretty convenient, was able to walk to a good coffee spot on Mackay.Aito Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu

"Great hotel in downtown"

Just the parking guys didn't speak English and didn't want to try too. The other staffs were helpfully. Well located hotel, good food and bars around. The hotel is clean with good service. Our room was clean and comfortable.Aito Expedian asiakkaan arvostelu

"Affordable and Great Value for Downtown Hotel!"
UFC trip so was looking for close distance to Bell Centre. Great location 10 minute walk. Modern hotel, very clean. Stayed in a Standard King room, decent size. 1 block from Ste Catherine, 2 blocks from Bell Centre. Airport 747 bus drops off at the corner of Guy and Rene Levesque (hotel street) so was a 2 minute walk from the bus stop. Definitely recommend […] the hotel for downtown Montreal. "King bed room nicer than two queen"
I stayed two seperate nights the same week. The King sized bedroom had a larger tv and supplied a bath robe whereas the tweo queen bedroom had no robe and a smaller TV. Good value for its central location downtown Montreal.Aito Expedian asiakkaan arvostelu

"too old style for my taste"
The staff is great!.. however the hotel's decor is very old and the structure is old. maybe it's my personal taste but it's not modern at all. when i booked the room it was rated at a 10 but i would give it a respectful 4Aito Expedian asiakkaan arvostelu
