lovely little hotel, ideal for a break away

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, I felt the hotel could have provided additional toiletries like handsoap, cotton wool, ear buds etc and the lighting in the bathroom was too dim around the mirror which made the application of make up rather difficult.

Hotel was in a great location for Blue Water Shopping Centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were able to get a late check-out so we could enjoy the spa for longer!

Hotel was exceptional but let down by poor room service food was poor and waiting 45 the following morning for a breakfast after ordering it in a quiet time

Hotel was ideal. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately let down by lack of staff to cover reception and the bar. Had to keep wandering around to find somebody to serve us. Rooms not ready early enough to accomodate wedding guests who wanted to change in time for the service after a long trip. Generally a very nice stay despite the above.

I found out after complaining of my room size I had been put in one of the smallest rooms! They did offer to move me but that was on my last night so not worth it, but I have been offered a fee nights stay and a second at a reduced rate. Breakfast the 2 servers are lovely the first morning was great the second morning the cereal selections 3 bowls where […] empty and where not topped up through the whole time I was in the breakfast room. But saying that breakfast is and was lovely. The manager did ring me up personally when I got home, which was very nice and said that this was not their normal service. Lisätietoja

The hotel is very close to Brands Hatch which is why I chose to stay there.The room was comfortable, though the bed could have been more firm.Breakfast was good .. full English was offered the first morning but only continental (good selection when restaurant not too busy) after that (I didn't ask for more because I had to be on track soon afterwards. […] The facility advertised air conditioned rooms, but none to be found. fortunately, the weather didn't require it!Would stay again and hope to use the spa facilities next time. We would certainly stay at this hotel again although the proximity to Brands Hatch race track itself makes for quite a lot of noise! We found it very good value for money.

I booked an overnight stay for my friend and I. We chose this hotel as it has a Spa so pre-booked a Spa Day with treatments ahead of our visit. We arrived slightly earlier than the check in time of 3pm but our room was ready. We stayed on the top floor (3rd floor) and had a very nice room although no view. The window had a film on it so we were unable […] to see outside, however on looking out of the open window all I could see was a roof below. A member of staff brought us an electric fan as there was no aircon. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. There was a flat screen TV, DVD player, hairdryer, iron, trouser press, kettle with tea/coffee so everything we needed for our overnight stay. Bathroom was very clean, good shower and bath with plenty of towels and complimentary products. We decided to book for dinner in the evening and went for the 3 course menu. There was a wedding function at the hotel who were using one of the rooms and bar so we had a pre-dinner drink in the small bar off the dining room. The meal was very good quality and the service excellent. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice again served in the dining room. After checking out we then went to the Spa and were shown around before being given our robes and slippers. The therapists were very good and the treatments excellent. The hotel was good, but out of the way and they were charging £9 for a glass of wine roughly the same price as a main course!!!

We have stayed at this hotel before but when we woke at 8am with the children, we were called by reception who asked us to keep our noise down! Do not stay here with kids or small children - the hotel is clearly aimed at couples who want to sleep all day, and drink all night.

We booked to stay in the hotel for convenience as my partner was racing at the nearby circuit early the next morning. Consequently we requested an early breakfast which turned up almost 20 minutes late and cold, after calling reception who said it'd be 5 minutes away. My partner had to leave by the time it arrived. Apart from this, the room was comfortable […] and the spa facilities were excellent. Food in the restaurant was good, even if the wine was a little pricey. The restaurant did not look great for atmosphere so thought about eating in the bar. Tables there not suitable for eating and prices of wine too high. Went out to a local pub. Breakfast in room great in morning and treated well in spa which you can use until 4 the next day.

A little off the beaten path near the racetrack east of London. Not too hard to find as there are signs to the track, but otherwise would have been very difficult. Nothing around the Spa to visit or see. The restaurant was very expensive for what you got and the restauant and bar staff were a little unsufficticated for the surrounding venue. We stayed in one of the rooms situated in the Mews Wing. We felt that they were a fairly new extension to the hotel. Would have been nice to have had a larger bed - the room is big enough to take a kingsize bed. Lovely bathroom- same shower as our own. Lovely fluffy towels. Excellent staff. Excellent food.
