Hotel was very clean, convenient location and the rooms were quiet. Very pleasant experience!

Charming hotel, very helpful desk clerks. Room small but very comfortable bed and up to date bathroom.

You get what you pay for. I stayed alone and room was super small with too much furniture. Paint was peeling off walls. Decor was basic/cheesy. Best thing about room was flat screen tv & modern, updated bathroom though very cramped and dark/black tiles throughout which made me feel claustrophobic. Enjoyed the view of Montparnasse Tower from 5th floor […] balcony but could feel vibrations of metros underground. I loved the location of this hotel in the main square at foot of Montparnasse Tower. I had a second floor room facing the square. The bright lights of the advertising boards all around the place, the noise from the late revellers in the cafes downstairs, the rumbling of the metro going into the station located underneath the hotel and the fact that the room abutted the elevator shaft made it impossible to sleep. the location is great; […] the neighborhood is great and dynamic but lower rooms probably suffer from the same noisy problem that i encountered. i do not know about higher floors. Was positively surprised by this hotel. Rooms are small but not that bad at all, for Paris standards. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Just returned from a trip to Paris and stayed at Edouard VI for four nights. The staff was extremely nice and friendly, the room was comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size with updated ammenities. The only exception is the hair dryer - our broke and when we called the front desk they replaced our existing hair dryer with another broken one. Annoying […] but not the worst. The room is very small but clean and comfortable - bathroom is nice. one problem is that sometimes you can hear the Metro, but it is not that bad. the location is prime and just near the metro. hotel staff are nice and helpfull. free wi-fi. all in all for the price w paid i am more then satisfied.

The Edouard VI is a nice Paris hotel. While it's small (what hotel in Paris isn't), it is very well kept and clean. It is also pretty quiet as we did not hear noise from other guest rooms. We did not have any issues or problems during our 3-night stay here. The hotel is in the Montparnasse area right near the Tour Montparnasse. This is more of a business […] area than a tourist area; however, it is exceptionally close to the Paris Metro (lines 4, 12, and 13 are all convenient from here) so getting around the city from here is not a problem. One of the best rate Price / Quality / Location in the area. Staff very helpful, the receptionist kept on line for more than 10 mn to get me a taxi on one busy Saturday. Room clean, bathroom newly rebuilt. The tube access is just down the entrance. Really a good experience

Helpful and friendly service in both French and English highlights this very central location on the main place in Montparnasse. With a metro station entrance literally outside the front door, the Montparnasse train station and the Air France bus stops within three blocks, and regular bus stops close by, it is easily accessed and allows easy access […] to the city as well as to the airport. The one skyscraper in central Paris, the Tour Montparnasse, hovers over all, and while maligned by many, it does provide an easily seen reference point from much of the city. So, country mouse, you can always find your way back. Our regular room was a bit smaller than anticipated for the price--I have stayed in Montparnasse dozens of times and paid less for the same amount of space--but I found the overall quality of the room a bit higher and the decor a bit more refined. I chose this over my other less expensive neighborhood hotels as I was traveling with my wife and wanted her to be comfortable and she was quite content. The bed was comfy, the heater was quiet and reliable and the bathroom was modern and fairly spacious. Our window faced the large Place de Juin 1918, which is very busy, and noise was never an issue. Montparnasse itself is a great area, part of the artistic heart of Paris, full of restos, bars, theatres, more than 2 dozen movie screens, boutiques and one of the few shopping malls in the city. Art supply stores and a few galleries add value and flavor for me as an artist; the proximity of the Luxembourg Gardens and one of Paris' most famous cemeteries add an accent of deep history. Small but clean bedroom, nice modern bathroom. Situated very close to Gare Montparnasse.

Easy to get to on the Metro and good location for dining. Room was small, clean, and quiet with window closed. Good for a short stay, 2-3 days. Problem is that the management turned off all A/C and fans in the rooms which made the room stiffling (window closed) or noisy (window open) the time we were there.

This hotel was a great hotel in Montparnasse for the price. The carpet and paint in the hallways and stairs is a little tired, but the rooms were in good shape. The other night attendant was a jerk and acted too busy to answer questions. This was especially true when he was arguing with his wife/girlfriend on the phone. The neighborhood was great with lots of cafes and restaurants and near the metro and train station. There is also an Air France bus stop about a 10 minute walk that will take you directly to the airports for about 6 Euro. The downstairs cafe (La Marine) has great food and free WiFi. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The location was wonderful since it is literally a few steps from a major Metro stop.

At first I was surprised at how small the room was but it turned out great...comfortable bed and nice romm where the AC worked well. Since it was just a place to put my head dwon at night it was really charming and near a lot of cafes and bars which are open late.

This hotel is tucked between restaurants on a busy corner near the Latin Quarter. The hotel and the rooms have an older feel, but the style is old-world French so you don't really get a sense of the place being worn down or shabby. The shower in our room was absolutely wonderful- 6 spray nozzles to hit your entire body. The spaces are small, but nothing smaller than you'd expect in a European hotel. Location was convenient- a metro stop is right on the corner where the hotel is situated. Easy to reach all of your tourist destinations. Neighborhood felt very safe and bustling with places to eat. Front desk staff was okay. Don't expect to check out and have them hold your bags all day- their "hold" closet is very tiny. This hotel fits well into its price range. We would definitely stay again. The hotel staff was pretty nice until the last day as we were checking out. There is a metro stop really close to the hotel entrance, butas other people have commented you can hear it every few minutes, kind of like thunder off in the distance.

ホテルのフロントの対応も非常によく、大変よかった。

一泊はさんで、二泊しましたが、モンサンミッシェルに行くこともあり、大きいスーツケースを二個あずかっててくれました。 店員さんも気さくな人ばかりで、すごしやすかったです。 チェックアウト後もＷｉ－Ｆｉｉを無料で使わせてくれました。 おかげで、帰りのＦＬＴのチェックもできました。

We were very pleased with the hotel staff. They were nice and helpful. We first got a room which smelled like mold in the bathroom, so when we complained about it, they instantley gave us a new room. The rooms were small, but nice and with a TV. The only minus is the subway, which you can hear very well. A nice hotel in a great neighborhood. Right by the Metro, and lots of resturants and cafés within 100 meters from the front door. L'hotel corrisponde alla descrizione del sito Hotels. Abbiamo soggiornato io e mia moglie per 4 notti e siamo stati bene. L'unico appunto del quale eravamo comunque coscienti è che le stanze sono estremamente piccole. In compenso il bagno è molto accogliente. La pulizia generale ineccepibile. Insomma un 3 stelle vero senza pretese. È situato letteralemente […] sopra la metro di Montparnasse a pochi minuti da Torre Eiffell, Saint Michel e Senna. Il personale era disponibile e corretto. Sconsigliamo la colazione in camera dato che 14 euro a persona sono un po troppi e che a 30 secondi dall'hotel vi sono starbucks e altri bistró di ogni genere. Lisätietoja

間にモンサンミッシェル１泊を挟んで２回宿泊しました。モンサンミッシェル滞在の間、スーツケースをフロントで預かってもらいました。２回目の宿泊の時は昼過ぎ位に着いたのですが、すぐにチェックインさせてもらえました。 ホテルはモンパルナス駅から徒歩で行ける距離なので、TGV利用に便利です。大きな交差点に面していてカフェが多く夜遅くまで賑やかでしたが、滞在した部屋は大通りに面していなかったので意外に静かでした。部屋は狭く、２人分のスーツケースを広げるのがやっとでした。部屋の割にバスルームは十分な広さがあり、改装後なのかきれいで快適でした。アメニティーは使用しないのでチェックしていませんが、必要最低限のものだけ置いてあるようでした。ドライヤーはありました。

Vi fick ett rum på andra våningen mot innergården, vilket gjorde att vi helt slapp ljud från trafik och gatan. Dock går t-banan precis under hotellet, så regelbundet buller därifrån störde dygnet runt. Det är möjligt att rum på högre våningsplan inte märker av detta lika mycket. Annars bra och fräscht hotell med trevlig personal som gärna talade engelska […] (trots mina tafatta försök med skolfranska...). Bra läge nära massor med restauranger och butiker. Vi promenderade till latinska kvarteren på ca tjugo minuter för ännu fler restauranger. Frukosten på hotellet var typiskt fransk (d.v.s. kaffe och croissant), så för rejälare frukost rekommenderas restaurangerna på gatan utanför. Lisätietoja

A nice little hotel, not that far from the city center. Metro just next to the hotel, which is very practical when you get tired of all the walking. The metro didn't interrupt our sleep, but I can imagine, that it would be a bit loud at 1st floor. The staff were generally very friendly.
