We got an excellent rate for this hotel and it was fantastic to stay at. Friendly staff, very close to metro and good room/facilities.

The hotel is conveniently located beside a Metro stop and within walking distance of the Gare de Lyon. There weren't very many restaurants conveniently close. The rooms were very small but clean. It was very easy to get to downtown Paris from the hotel and the staff was very helpful in giving directions.

I can really recommend The Pavillion Bercy Gare De Lyon Hotel. We stayed for four nights and we were pleasently surprised of the comfort level of the room and the hotel in generel. The daily cleaning of the room was brilliant too. The price level was quite low for a double room and the room on the 5th floor had a nice view over Paris and over the small […] square by the hotel. And it had a small tv and a bathtub :) The hotel is seriously 25 meters from the metro station Dugommier so you can be at the vibrant Bastille Square in 10 minutes by metro. The Bercy area is also close to the wonderful Marais neighbourhood and the Oberkampf area. So don't worry about the location. There's also a lovely bakery/boulangerie 50 meters from the hotel. The only downside was that we were not informed about the fact that we had to pay a small city tax of a couple of euros when we checked out of the hotel. For us very good, we was looking for a quality-price hotel with a confortable site and clean. The ubication is very near of the underground and the personal are very nice and talk English

Room was a bit small, but to be expected in Paris. Room was very clean, including bathroom. Balcony had reasonable view. No tea or coffee making facilities in room, but breakfast hours were fairly long, so no real problems with that. Bathroom was very clean and well stocked. Very good shower. I booked this hotel for its proximity to the Palais Omnisports, where I was attending an event. It's a 5 minute walk, or 1 Metro stop, to the arena. But the Metro station right outside the hotel doors ensured that the whole city is at your disposal! The area is more of a neighborhood than a big tourist destination, and that suited me just fine. Wifi […] is free but only available in the lobby - the lobby is very small but I was always able to grab a spot. Room was small but very comfortable - beds were nice and firm. No clock, which was strange. When I first arrived, the room smelled of a strange room deodorizor, but fortunately they did not use that during my stay. A nice hotel, a little bit outside, but not a problem at all. With the metro next to the hotel, it was almost just as good as staying in the middle of the city. This hotel describes itself as close to Gare de Lyon - in fact it is close to Dugommier Metro Station which is great if you do not have luggage and fancy changing the Metro Line at least once from any of the Central points in Paris. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Accommodations were nice, and like any other in Europe, small. The bathroom amenities were very nice except it was difficult to get 2 towels for 2 people staying in a 2 twin bed room. Breakfast was extra but a good service and convenient. The location, although not in the heart of the city, was literally on […] the same corner as a metro station that got us easily to anywhere we wanted to be. The hotel was very pleasant, but it was quite far from most of the sights. As long as you're ok with that, this hotel is quite nice.

This hotel was just a few blocks walk from the Gare de Lyon and it had a lovely little balcony. The room was clean and the bathroom modern. There were only two small pillows, no drinking glasses and no tissues in the room. We couldn't get the internet (for a charge) to work in the room but it worked in the lobby.

The room was small and simple but was clean and well maintained. The hotel is not near much but the neighborhood is nice and there is a subway stop literally right outside the door. Well, we didn't cry, but we were frustrated. We are experienced (and humble) travelers that understand that there is a difference between American and European standards of hotel service. That being said, we don't expect anything more than a clean place to lay our heads. When the covers of the bed were pulled back, they revealed sheets that were unclean […] and a small bug. When new sheets were requested of the hotel desk, the clerk came upstairs to inspect the sheets and argued over whether we should also get a new top sheet and new pillowcases. We tried to explain that if the bottom sheet was not clean, chances were that none of the sheets had been changed. We were left with two new pillowcases and a new bottom sheet to change ourselves. After noticing that the supposedly "clean" sheets were also stained with blood, etc. we decided to leave well-enough alone. Regarding the sweat, this is not the best place to stay in the summer because there was only a tiny air unit - no AC. This is probably typical for Paris, though. It would have been nice to spend more time on our balcony, but it was filthy with both trash and dirt. The location was nice because the metro was literally right out the door, but expect a ride of at least 30 minutes to get to the Eiffel tower. Lisätietoja

The hotel was a bit far away from everything but well connected by metro (around 30 minutes to Concorde at Champs Elysees) which you could consider a good thing because you were away from all the tourist madness and prices that come with it. Definitely try the kebab place close to the hotel for a midnight snack:) Hotel room was clean and nice and service […] was also very good except for one guy (the non-white guy to be politically correct) who was super rude. He had a deadly look on his face when we woke him up at 5am to get back to the hotel. We afraid about that already before because he had just ignored all of our questions before. We selected this hotel as it was close to both Gare-de-Lyon and Paris Bercy station which fit our plans well. Stayed two nights, and except for check-in awkwardness, stay was pleasant. Very nice neightborhooid for just walking around, just outside of main tourist attractions (but they are 15 min metro ride away) great Friday market, Parc Bercy is BEST […] park in Paris and ALL LOCALS, Bercy Village was fun, Promenade delightful, and nice floating bars on the Seine 15 min walk from hotel. The hotel was very nice, however the rooms are small, but that is to be expected. The bath had a tub! It was right by a Metro station that took you to the Eiffel Tower stop without having to transfer! Only drawback was parking, was a mile from the hotel and although we knew we would have to pay, was more than we expected.

I booked a room for 1 and received a king size bed! The bathrooms were also nice (separate WC).

Room was small. For the price it met our expectations. Three stars... about right.

Let me start by saying that I don't expect a lot out of a hotel room that I don't pay a lot for. That said, this room exceeded my expectations somewhat. The room was very small! Hotel was in a great location, right next to the metro so it was easy to get anywhere in Paris. Staff was great and very helpful!

Cute little hotel and a good price. Very easy commute via the Metro to anywhere--Metro entrance just a few steps from the door. We were inexperienced, and got all around Paris from here just fine. Note that the write-up says that all rooms have balcony or patio, but you have to call ahead of time to make sure of that and specifically ask for a balcony […] room if you want one. Also, we signed up for a wake-up call the morning of our departure, but didn't hear it! (could be all of the wine the night before!) The room was nice enough and clean and had a little table and 2 chairs on the balcony. Staff was especially helpful and nice and even arranged our shuttle to CDG airport. If you are going to a concert at the Bercy stadium, this place is perfect, it is 5 minutes away from the venue (walking). The staff is so-so friendly, you feel you are in a 5 starts hotel and the room is larger than most rooms around the rates they offer. I have zero complaints! The only thing I can remember is that the room didnt have any power plugs […] to charge your phone,etc so you have to disconnect something in order to be able to charge your stuff. Trevlig personal, som är hjälpsamma och duktiga på engelska, området var super mysigt med tillgång till en stor supermarknad, bageri, tobak, pizzaslice, park samt att buss 87 mot champs de mars går presis utanför hotelet.

Plutot sympa , nous y sommes allé pour un concert au Palais Omnisport de Bercy et la proximité était vrt arrangeante. La chambre était confortable , et le personnel trés gentil et serviable ... bien qu'un peu trop "chic" pour les prestations proposées véritablement dans l'établissement. Mais sinon grande baignoire , lits confortables !! :)

Personalet snakker som veldig mange i Paris middels god engelsk, men de var veldig behjelpelige til å svare på spørsmål. Ene vakten ringte til og med opp en kveld etter spørsmål i resepsjonen rundt flybuss, da han på eget intiativ hadde sjekket ekstra for oss. Hotellet har veldig ok standard, sengene og håndklærne ble skiftet hver dag, rent og pent. […] Rommet hadde en litt gammel følelse, litt slitasje på tv-bordet o.l., men ikke ukomfortabelt. Forventer du the Hilton, kan du styre unna, men for alle med en middels standard er dette et bra sted. Rommet vårt var ikke det største, men vi var mest ute uansett. Vi hadde god plass til to kofferter under tvbordet inntil veggen. Vi hadde en liten søt flatskjerm-tv med masse franske kanaler (alt dubbet selvsagt). Vakt hele døgnet. Gratis wi-fi i resepsjonen. Ligger rett ved metroen/t-banen, superkjekt! Så selv om det ikke er midt i sentrum, kommer man seg lett rundt. I tillegg er det mini-bank rett ved. Og matbutikk. Og noen cafeer og pizzasjapper i området. Der er også en baguettsjappe rett ved som selger supergode, billige baguetter. Alt i alt er vi veldig fornøyde, til en meget god pris! Lisätietoja

Bien situé à 1mn du metro dans un quartier agréable avec cafés restaurant et commerces a deux pas. proche garde lyon . Accès Paris centre ultra simple. Très agréable pour visiter Paris puis qu'a deux pas du métro Dugommier. Personnel très agréable. Dispose d'une bagagerie pas très sécurisée mais bien pratique. Chambre propre. Salle de bain qui viellit, bois qui a pris l'eau, etc.. mais toujours propre. Peu de bruit (peut être car il y a avait peu de monde) mais une femme de ménage qui commence le ménage […] aux alentours de 10h30, pas agréable pour les gros dormeurs... good points: I spent 4 days in this hotel. Location is very good. Monoprix(big supermaket) is right in front of the hotel and few footsteps from the Metro. All staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and noiseproof. bad points: Wi-fi was not available for 1-2 days and even after it was fixed, wi-fi signal was very weak, so I could barely […] use the Internet. Hôtel agréable, bien insonorisé. Idéalement situé pour des RDV dans le quartier de la gare de Lyon (20 min à pied pour se rendre à la gare). Personnel accueillant, possibilité de mettre vos bagages gratuitement à la consigne.

Hotel très bien situé juste à côté de la station de métro dugommier. Service satisfaisant . bon rapport qualité / prix. On y retournera sans hésiter.

Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen, es is recht einfach vom Gare de l'Est erreichbar, da eine Metro Station direkt um die Ecke liegt. Es gibt auch einen Bäcker direkt nebenan und die wichtigsten Geschäfte im Umkreis. Es ist ein wenig laut, da eine größere Straße in der Nähe vorbeiführt, doch nicht weiter schlimm. Die Zimmer sind für Pariser Verhältnisse […] gut ausgestattet, jedoch hatten wir 2 getrennte Betten, die man zusammenstellen musste, was nicht sehr angenehm war. Über den Service können wir nicht soviel sagen, da wir nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt haben, aber die anderen Angestellten waren immer freundlich. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! 지하철Dugommier역에 거의 붙어 있고, 길 건너 모노프리 대형 슈펴등 매우 좋은 위치. 그러나 욕실 타올, 물컵, 비누 등 용품 배급에 지나치게 인색하여, 일일이 부탁해야 공급 되었음. 직원은 매우 친절. 공항 셔틀 교통수단 싸고 편리함.(파리 트레픽으로 인해 1시간 이상 지체되어 간신히 비행기 탔음)바스티유 극장 가까와 좋았음.
