Hotelliin saapuminen taxilla oli helppoa, 15 min ja n 25euroa. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli joustavaa kuohuviinilasin äärellä ja saimme lisämaksusta huomeen merinäköalalla. Se kannatti, koska kuudennesta kerroksesta aivan mahtavat näkymät. Huone oli pienoinen pettymys, ahdas ja hieman kolkkokin, mutta kylpyhuone ja parveke ok. Emme syöneet hotellissa, vaan etsimme kotuuhintaisia rantapaikkoja joita onkin nurkan takana joka lähtöön. Siivous pelasi ja lakanatkin vaihdttiin joka toinen päivä. Iltaohjelmaakin oli, jos sitä kaipaa. Toisella viikolla hotelliin ilmestyi iso joukko venäläisiä ja naapurit pitivät TV:tä tosi kovaa ja myöhään. Ilmeisesti tulee venäläistä ohjelmaa, joka heitä tuntui miellyttävän. Jotakin itikoita oli huoneessa, koska sain 5 pientä lähekkäistä puremaa käsivarteeni. Paranivat kyllä viikossa eikä kutinakaan häirinnyt. Se siitä puhtaudesta. Ilmat suosivat. Kahden viikon aikana aurinkoa riittävästi. Voin suositella hotellia ihmisille, jotka eivät huoneessaan paljon oleskele. Kahdelle ahdas ja jotenkin epäkäytännöllinen. Sänky kuitenkin leveä. Huone 6023 näköalaan ihastuneet Lisätietoja

Hotelli on melko suuri ja palvelu on hyvää. Standart-huone oli vähän ankea, mutta kylpyamme kylppärissä (ja parveke) korvasivat sitä. Hotellialueella oli mahtavat uima-altaat niistä pitäville (ja naapuri hotellin Kleopatrankin allasta sai käyttää) ja kaikkein parasta oli vat ihan hotellin aidan takana olevat uimarannat, varsinkin kaikista paras Vistasin […] ranta. Hotelin edessä oli "siisti katu" baareineen, ravintoloineen ja monine kauppoineen. Viereisessä hotellisssa oli teatteri, jossa pyöri fantastinen flamenco-esitys. The Mediterranean Hotel has an ... interesting check-in and check-out process - mainly due to the time it takes - 30 minutes, which seems like forever when you just want to get to your room. It seemed very dramatic as well, with people hurrying back and forth and being very dramatic with each other. Same is true of check-out, worth leaving extra time […] to ensure you catch your flight. Having said this, it has a wonderful pool, surrounded by palm trees, it's rather beautiful, has a fantastic breakfast buffet, and it's in a great location next to the beach and close to a nice part of Los Cristianos. Lovely Hotel, public areas are lovely , great and clean , bedrooms are clean but need upgrading , in saying that i would defo stay there again .

The Med palace provides everything as described there are some poors bits (the beds are too hard) and some good bits (locations and pool are great) and some ok bits (the breakfast is passable and the rooms are ok). For the money we paid it was ok.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. It is part of a complex and we stayed at the Cleopatra [part of the complex] last september and much preferred this hotel. It is less noisy, friendlier and directly opposit the beach. My biggest critisicm for a 5* hotel is the beds are like laying on the floor!! Breakfast good and pool area superb

Good, efficient, well run hotel between Playa de Las Americas and Los Christianos. Check in was first class with a glass of bubbly offered during check in procedure - a nice touch. When we booked we were only able to secure a mountain view room but when we asked at check in if a pool view was available we were informed one had become available at extra […] cost, which we paid. Breakfast was excellent each day. We are on a keep fit kick at the moment and the hotel was ideally placed for sea front running. It also had a small gym and offered spinning and circuit training sessions. We were impressed with the spinning. Wanting a quiet holiday we didn't visit the night time entertainment on offer although we could hear it from the room but at an acceptable level. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. Lisätietoja

Great hotel close to the beach, already when you are welcomed in the reception by a glass of bubbly you feel pampered! Excellent breakfast - can recommend.

Ideally located for beach, shops and restaurants. Very nice staff and nice pool area. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Rooms ok but need refurbished since they look a bit tired. Plenty of UK channels on tv. Beds not very comfortable though.

Overall I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It has a great location. There was a very accessible gated exit to the main promenade. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed on a B and B basis and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The pool was a great size and well maintained. However, there […] are a few minor suggestions I would like to propose. The exterior finish to this hotel by no means reflects its beautiful interior design. To put this in context if I had seen a photo (which are very difficult to find for now obvious reasons!) of the outside of this hotel prior to booking I would not have stayed here. This is a shame as the interior and overall up keep of the interior of the hotel is excellent. Another small suggestion I would make is to upgrade the quality of the furniture on the bedroom balconies and also by the poolside. The furniture in both these locations was made of poor quality plastic and uncomfortable as a result. A final potential suggestion I would make is to perhaps keep the daily fitness aerobic sessions a little quieter and less intrusive for those not partaking. Though I feel the aerobics class itself was a lovely idea the loudness of the music for the full hour long session was slightly overbearing. This hotel was absolutely fabulous and I would recommend it to everyone. We had a most wonderful stay and we are looking to book again in february 2012. We cannot fault it in anyway. Well done.

Stayed at the Med Palace in July and found the hotel, resort and location excellent. The hotel staff were very pleasant from the day we arrived until the day we left and were very helpful . Its location is great for the beach, shops and nightlife, would recommend it to anyone thinking of a trip to Tenerife.

Rooms a little tired, but clean. Breakfast was excellent. Front destk staff very helpful.

In itself the room was very comfortable. What goes with the room makes it wonderful onsite parking breath taking interior lobby design its huge and decorated excellently. Where do I start, this appears to be a hotel that is not sure of its star rating and who it is catering for – The hotel is in a fantastic location, with the beach almost on its door step, and has plenty of restaurants, bars and shops all within minutes of leaving the hotel. When entering, the layout and facilities of the ground and first floor foyers […] are of a 5* building, however, the size of the rooms and quality of the furniture and fittings are 3 / 4 *. We stayed on a B & B basis and I can say that the selection of food on offer was one of the best choices I have seen (5*), however, the cooked food tended to be lukewarm and some of the quality could have been a little better (3 / 4*). There is a large outside pool, very clean, and while we were there the pool was always being monitored by a life guard, again probably 5*. The pool side would probably benefit by having more sun beds and definitely a few more parasols. We found the hotel personnel helpful and understanding although sometimes a little standoffish, our opinion was that they were always trying to ensure that you enjoyed your stay and that you should leave with a good experience of their hotel. The entertainment consisted of music, with dance and exercise sessions during the day in the pool, catering for the standard kids’ holiday package; most of the guests appeared to enjoy this. Evening entertainment included music, bands playing, some stand up singers and various other shows going on throughout the week. This mixed package seemed not to really cater for any particular group of people, and became a jack of all trades and did not really cater for anyone (3*) – I believe they need a new entertainments manager to re-focus themselves and to identify who and what audiences they should actually be targeting. The hotel was noisy at times (mainly music) but not loutish if you understand what I mean!!!!! We got to relax - this hotel has a brilliant kids club. Pool etc lovely, breakfast amazing. Hotel situated in a lovely place near to gorgous beach and nice shops/restaurants. Room was very clean, rather basic for 5* but didn't affect us (and we are quite fussy!)

Excellent location right on the beach (Playa del Camison) in one of the smarter areas of Play de las Americas, and very convenient for shops and restaurants (both "cheap and cheerful" and "better quality/higher prices"). Pool view room was fine, with a large bathroom (albeit a correspondingly smaller sleeping area). The hotel had a good location, and the people where very nice and helpful. but, the hotel looked pretty old from the outside and the rooms were old as well. What bothered us the most was the fact that all the rooms had twin beds, no Queen/King size at all even though Hotels.com had options at the reservation and offered different prices.

Hotel was lovely and as expected although prob not suitable for a young crowd. Great location just across from a wide range of lovely restaurantes too... 10min walk to veronica stripe! Our beds were made every day and fresh towels given Also. I would highly recommend this hotel for a nice relaxing holiday :)

loved the location of hotel beside beach shops and restaurants ,rooms more 3star then 4star shower not great. pool area fantastic,. had booked by phone and was agreed pool but when we got there we had to pay for same.but i would stay there again because of location

Die lage und der Preis des Hotels kann einiges weniger postives wieder gut machen. Eines vorneweg, 5 Sterne hat dieses Hotel nie und nimmer verdient, dafür unterscheidet es sich aber auch deutlich von den anderen 5 Stern Hotels im Ort. In Details zu gehen würde mir hier einen 5 seitigen Bericht abverlangen, drum nur soviel: wer gut und günstig Ferien […] machen möchte, ist hier richtig, wer Luxus und das etwas Andere sucht, entscheidet sich besser für eines der etwas teureren 5* Häusern in der Region. Et hôtel med god service, godt pool område med en del underholdning, bl.a. var deres vand aerobic meget underholdende og forskelligt fra dag til dag, den ene dag var det 3 piger der stod og dansede og sang på en scene men 2 mandlige unge instruktører underviste folket ude i poolen i 1 time. Meget underholdende og kigge på. Fodboldbane inde ved pool […] området godt hvis man har drenge.mange ligge muligheder og blød musik i baggrunden. området ligger klods op af strand så man kunne skifte mellem pool og strand dyk. Hej, Servicen på hotellet levede ikke helt op. Kan godt mærkes at der er krise i Spanien.

Bra läge, men förvänta Er inte för mycket av rummen som Svärmor sa.

Eit bra hotell, men litt slitte rom. Sentral beliggenheit i forhold til strand og resturanter. Veldig god frukost ! Reint rundt bassenget, gode solsenger. Her reiser vi gjerne tilbake :) Anbefalast.

Hotellet ligger ikke på 5stjernes level. Måske 4 el. endnu længere ned.Alle de alm. ting, der hører til 4-5 stjernes hoteller (safe box, køleskab, badekåbe)er ikke med i prisen. værelserne er ok, men slidte og det lugter af kloaken. vores værelse lå med udstigt til pullen og vand - udstigten var god.

Hotellet ligger veldig bra til og er generelt veldig bra, med egen fotballbane,treningsenter og ett bra basseng område. Den ene aktivitetslederen er det eneste jeg har å utsette på personalet på huset, tok ting alt for seriøst og satte seg selv alltid på det laget som var best. Det bveste hotellet på Tenerife, alt tatt i betraktning. I særdeleshet bra hvis man liker å svømme, flanere og danse til levende musikk.

Hotellet ligger perfekt.... Servicen er super god også et super hotel hvis man rejser med børn...;) super roomservice...

Hotellet og service var ganske bra men rommet hadde nesten helt tett sluk så vannet rant i store dammer ut på gulvet. Måtte benytte badehåndkle til å sperre av den store dammen. Frokostbuffet helt topp, service helt topp, renhold av rommet helt topp, beliggenhet suveren med promenaden rett utenfor hotellet på en side og rett ut i handlegate på andre […] siden. Nærhet til stort senter og mange gode spisesteder. Flott strand på nedsiden av promenaden, som ble renholdt hver morgen. Pool og område rundt poolen flott og stort pg renholdt hver dag. Glad vi betalte litt ekstra for utsikt inn mot poolområdet og ikke ut mot gate:-) Koselig å sidde på balkongen før utelivet startet. Hotellets standard sammenlignet med prisen er et af de bedste hoteller jeg har besøgt i ferie sammenhæng. Vi mødte venlighed overalt lige fra vi ankom blev vi mødt med champagne og ved check out var en medarbejder klar med taxa og bagage. Det var en fantastisk oplevelse som jeg gerne deler med min familie og venner.

We hebben een super vakantie beleefd omwille van het mooie weer maar ook het fijne hotel, je had echt alles vlakbij. Een aanrader voor iedereen die Tenerife wil bezoeken.

great breakfast! probably in the best part of playa de las americas.

Dro i september med dama, til Playa de las Americas, valgte dette hotellet og angret ikke 1 sekund. hadde ikke all verdens forventninger men ble positivt overasket. Hotellrommet (seaview) var veldig fint med et stort og fint bad. bassenget og omgivelsen var majestetisk og fin, statuene og palmene i og ved hotellet gjorde intrykket enda bedre. Beliggenheten […] var også super, 0 meter til stranda og 10 min gåtur til bargata..! En ting å merke seg dog, er servicen vi fikk. Hotellet hadde ikke registrert betalingen så vi måtte stå og vente 2 timer før vi fikk et rom, og alt vi fikk i mellomtiden var et glass juice.! en annen hendelse som trakk litt ned, dama skulle ned i baren på hotellet og låne en vinoptrekker da hun ble kalt blondie flere ganger av en bartenderjente som jobbet der. men siden vi ikke lar oss bry av småting så var reisen verdt alle penga..! vi kommer igjenn..!! Rigtig smukt hotel med gode faciliteter både for børn og voksne. Hotellets personale værner om gæsterne og for opholdet til at være uforglemmeligt. På hotellet er der mange aktiviteter, og indvilliger man sig i dem, er man sikker på at dagen bliver underholdende. Ett prisvärt hotell som ligger mycket bra till, nära stranden, restauranger och shopping. Hotellet har alla faciliteter som ett 5 stjärnigt hotell ska ha men känslan och kvaliten är som ett 4 stjärnigt. Förvänta inte er lyx. Poolområdet är stort och man får även tillgång till grannhotellet Cleopatras pool. Frukostbuffen är mycket bra, finns allt möjligt […] att välja mellan. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam. Rummet var lite trångt och badrummet var inte det fräschaste men helt godkänt. Det negativa var att de tar betalt för att använda kylskåpet. Borde ingå i rummets pris. Lisätietoja
