Lähellä oleva kirkko herätti aamuisin 5:00 ja kadulta kuului muutkin äänet huoneeseen. Huonekalut jne. kuluneita, suihkun hana heilui, mutta siistiä ja ystävällistä hlökuntaa. Englanninkielen taitoiset pväsaikaan töissä, retket ja kuljetukset, kartat onnistui. Hintansa arvoinen. Worth for the money. Clean and nice place. Not everyone from the staff spoke english even a bit. Church nearby woke us up every morning 5 am and you hear all the other voices from the street too. Trips and transport was like we wanted them to be. Kind and helpful staff. Some lights were broken in our room and shower wasn't newest one, but worked and did not bother us. Would recommend.

A small and quiet hotel in the center of Hanoi. A good location if you are interested in sights such as Hoan Kiem lake and the old quarter. Good service, working internet and well kept rooms. Only minus is the breakfast which is quite poor.

"Melia Hanoi - great guests relations"
The hotel is conveniently located slightly south of Hoem Khim Lake. It is walking distance to the Grand Cathedral and less than 10mins away by taxi to the Old Quarter. I stayed in the Deluxe Room which while adequately furnished, was in need of an update. The wallpaper was yellow and peeling off at the corners, the furniture scratched and a bit shabby. […] Definitely not for a luxury hotel! However, the service especially the front desk and guest relations were exceptional. Special mention to Ms Hiroi who was warm, friendly and helpful with information. Unfortunately for me, i was pickpocketed at the Night Market on my first night. The security and front desk personnel kindly rendered their assistance in making a police report which was a big help. The buffet breakfast offers a fairly decent spread. The hotel is over rated. Some equipment in the room are quite old and rusted. 3-star is max
"Excellent Choice"
This was an excellent hotel. It had nice rooms and very kind people working there. I was told that I would be charged 1/2 a days room charge if I checked out late. However, when I checked out, they did not add the extra charge. I thanked them for it and let them know that I appreciated it. Location is great for sight-seeing.

This a three star service hotel with a five star rated hotel. The porcelain shower stall had serious nicks, the room looked like it was holding up with its decor from the last twenty years and with a maintenance of the room to match. Cleanliness was quite good however. The Breakfast buffet was grand but full of low quality food (as close to cafeteria […] food you can get without calling it that). Being a Spanish chain, the house wine was a low quality Italian table wine rather than a decent Spanish Rioja wine. "今回で3回目の宿泊でした。"
毎回出張で利用していますが金額はいつもよりも高めでした。今迄はなかった事ですが夜になるとクラブ系の低音がわずかですが音がかなり遅い深夜まで響いていました。総合的には良いと思いますが今回は少し減点でしょうか。

Se trata de un buen hotel en el centro de Hanoi. Las instalaciones son amplias y correctas y el servicio muy amable. Quizás comentaría que las habitaciones son un poco antiguas pero están en buen estado.

ホーチミンに住んでいるため、寒さに不慣れな私たち。しかしホテルのヒーターは機能しませんでした。レセプションに申し出たのですが、暖まらず寒かったです。寒い土地から来られる方は大丈夫かも。 朝食は野菜が少なかったように思います。種類も多くありませんでした。
"ホエンキム湖に徒歩５分"
ホテルの質はとにかく良いです。スパとかもタダで入れますし、従業員の接客もレベル高いです。場所ですが、ハノイのベストスポットであるホエンキム湖に徒歩５分ほどなので、めちゃくちゃ近いわけではないですが、普通に歩けます。この中心エリアでの高級ホテルとしては最も便利だと思います。ヒルトンよりも若干近いぐらいですが、比較すると、西側（南西）なので、ショッピングエリア（Chieとかがあるところ）に近くて便利です。
"品質とにぎわい"
スタッフ、客室、カンファレンス、全てGoodです。朝食で、もう少し、ベトナム風メニュー（フォーなど）あっても良いかとは思いましたが、美味しいですので、ぜひ、朝食付きが良いです。（僕は間違って別にしてしまった） お客様の質も良いので、気に入りました。

"リーゾナブルな高級ホテル"
家族５人で滞在。小さな子供３人もキングサイズベッド、プール、朝食バイキングに大満足。テレビも国際放送たくさん。 チェックアウトも１２００なのでゆっくりできる。日本人スタッフもいる。Can't complain.
"everything was perfect except..."
家族旅行でハノイに行きました。このホテルを選んだ理由はプールがあったからなのですが、がっかりしたことがプールが夕方７時には閉まってしまうことです。いろいろ日中市内観光などして、夜プールで遊びたかったのですが、できず残念でした。 ほかは完ぺきでした。とても清潔でスタッフもとても親切でした。
hotel melia er et lækkert hotel og man spiser super godt på hotellet. Svarer til 5 stjernet hotel , lige pånær badeværelset på værelset. Det er ikke så stort og prangende og der er kun badekar. Ikke separat bruse nishe.

主だった観光地にも近く、フロントには日本人スタッフの方もいらっしゃって、とても親切でした。朝食もフォーを用意するなど、ビュッフェ方式ですが、メニューも豊富で朝から満足しました。

ハノイのシンボル的なホアンキエム湖まで徒歩圏内ですし、そこまで行ってしまえばあとはハンガイ通りやドンスアン市場などショッピングも快適です。 部屋は十分過ぎる程広かったです。 予約時に朝食は付けて無かったのですが、食べたくなり1Fのレストランへ、自分の怪しい英語も理解してくれたのかすぐに席に案内して貰えていただきました。席に座るとすぐにコーヒーよろしいですか？と聞かれて注いでくれたりこちらから声を掛けなくてもお代わりを聞いてくれたりとスタッフの気遣いも気持ち良かったです。 流石は元フランスの植民地なだけあってパンの美味しいのに満足です。 エレベーターは客室のカードキーを認識させないと動きませんし、セキュリティーの面でも安心感がありました。 カジノもありお好きな方には都合が良いかもです。 […] ホテルの玄関からロビーにレッドカーペットが敷かれている事があり外を見ると、フランスの国旗を立てた車列が・・・ このホテルのランクを物語っていました。 Lisätietoja
