Hotellissa Willows Lodge on täydet kylpyläpalvelut, poreallas ja sauna. Langaton Internet-yhteys on ilmainen yleisillä alueilla. Tämän 4-tähden majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille, limusiinipalvelu ja AV-laitteet. Majoitusliikkeen (kylpylä hotelli) ravintolapalveluihin kuuluvat ravintola ja baari / aulabaari. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: hääpalvelut, tilaisuuksien tarjoilut ja liiketoimintapalvelut. Vierashuoneet.
Huoneissa on parvekkeet. Willows Lodgen 86 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on takka ja CD-soitin. Vieraat voivat käyttää huoneessa ilmaista nopeaa langallista Internet-yhteyttä. Televisioissa on parhaat kaapeli-/satelliittikanavat, DVD-soitin ja maksulliset elokuvat. Kaikissa huoneissa on työpöydät, tallelokerot (kannettava tietokone sopii) ja puhelin, useita linjoja, jossa on vastaajapalvelu; ilmaiset paikallispuhelut sisältyy huonehintaan (voimassa saattaa olla rajoituksia). Kylpyhuoneissa on erillinen kylpyamme ja suihku, kylpytakit, designer-hygieniatuotteet ja meikkaus-/parranajopeilit.
Kaikissa vierashuoneissa on jääkaappi, minibaari ja kahvin-/teenkeitin.Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat tohvelit ja pullovesi (sisältyy hintaan). Lisäksi pyynnöstä saatavissa oleviin palveluihin kuuluvat hieronnat huoneessa, allergiatestatut vuoteet ja herätyssoitto. Huoneen kunnostus on tarjolla iltaisin ja siivous on saatavissa päivittäin.

I stayed couple of nights in Seattle Pacific Hotel. The hotel was budjet level one and I was satisfied to the relationship between price and quality. I found the staff very nice and helpful. People who plan to stay overnight in this hotel should anyway know that there is heavy noise from traffic. I slept with earplugs. Breakfast was very simple but ok. The hotel located only few blocks from the downtown area were you could use free public transportation most of the day.

Palvelee hyvin asiaansa, jos joutuu yöpymään Seattlen kentällä. Pienoisbussi vie ja tuo hotellin ja kentän välillä. Sisältä hieman vanhahtava 70-luvun tyylinen.Lentomelua.

Varasin huoneen huomaamatta, että huoneissa ei ole omaa kylpyhuonetta. Asia harmitti kunnes pääsin hotelliin: todella kivat, modernit huoneet ja riittävästi suihku- ja WC-tiloja vaikka yhteisiä olivatkin. Aula ja yhteiset tilat oli sisustettu kivoilla vintage-jutuilla ja alakerran aamiaishuoneessa oli koko ajan tarjolla teeä ja hedelmiä. Lisäksi löytyi muita juomia ja pientä syötävää automaateista ja pesukone asukkaiden käyttöön. Aamiainen oli riittävä: jogurttia, hedelmiä, vohveleita, paahtoleipää, mehua, kahvia. Ympäristö oli täynnä pieniä ravintoloita ja baareja, joten valinnanvaraa ruoan ja juoman suhteen löytyi. Kaikki nähtävyydet kävelymatkan päässä. Liikennettä oli reilusti, saattaa haitata herkkäunista.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.

Most wineries here are open to the public for touring and wine tasting. Chateau Ste. Michelle, Washington’s oldest winery, is based here on property once owned by a timber baron. "Great one night getaway"
Hotel was wonderful, the staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the sound of the heating/ac system in room 208 that sounded like a dryer going all night. In all fairness though, I'm really sensitive, so maybe that sound wouldn't bother someone else.

Didn't have enough stomach for the huge meal at The Herb Farm, so can't comment on that. This hotel was awesome. Very central located so that you can walk to all the wine tasting a person could want. Very beautiful grounds and hotel interior. Had a great band playing, not too loud, on Saturday night. Great atmosphere and hotel staff was very nice. Rooms […] are amazing and the bath rooms will blow you away. The cider they served for free at night was fantastic and they serve great coffee in the morning as well. The barking frog is very good food, just wish they had some type of wine tasting like flights or some type. "Great spot!"
Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Each room has its own fireplace so wonderful amibience and Mon-Thurs happier hours are not to be missed. One block away from 2 big wineries and several smaller tasting rooms in the town. Want an unforgettable dinner: Barking Frog at $150pp is right across the driveway!

Tucked between winery's and the Red Hook Brewery it was a wonderful surprise. The lodge is beautiful. We loved the wine tasting at check-in, the hot cider in the lobby and the beautiful grounds.

I recently stayed at Willows Lodge and it was very enjoyable. The lobby and bar/restaurant area is beautiful and you are greeted with a glass of wine at check-in. The room is amazing with a large oval tub, comfy king-size bed and fireplace. They also use Molton Brown products! My only suggestion would be to stay on the 2nd floor. I stayed on the 1st […] floor and you can hear the folks above you when they walk. Also, the fitness area is under renovation right now, however, they did a great job of setting up the fitness equipment in one of the hotel rooms. Visiting seattle for 11 days, sought out a quick escape from the city. Definitely found it at the Willows. Located in the heart of Washingtons (west of the rockies) wine tasting district. The Willows lodge is walking distance to a great number of the 20 or more tasting rooms. We enjoyed our dinner at the Barking Frog, 1 of 2 on premise restaurants. "Great Find"
Although it is not an inexpensive accommodation, it is a treat to experience. The rooms are appointed really well - very appealing to the eye. The food at the Barking Frog was excellent. My wife and I will go there again on a special occasion or stay their the next time we go to a concert at the Chateau St Michelle Winery.

This lodge is absolutely amazing. It's small enough to be peaceful, and the quality of service is just perfect. The rooms were clean, spacious, and in the same range of quality of newer Four Seasons/Ritz Carltons. The food is amazing. And it's so close to other restaurants/wineries. The only downside is the spa area. I had two treatments here; and […] they were pretty decent. But I go to spas very often, so I've seen the best and the worst. The location of this hotel is perfect to just get away and relax from the hustle and bustle of inner city life, but close enough to be there in a matter of minutes, the staff are excellent and attentive, the 'Barking Frog' restaurant serves excellent food and also has an 'all day menu' however the all day menu is only available at the bar or patio, […] it's a pity that this is not mentioned in the hotel room information package. Luxurious room in WA wine country, close to small-yet intimate venue for concerts and performances. As long-time concert goers, we loved the proximity of our room to the stage! My only suggestion to Willows Lodge property Mgr. would be: lighting along the walkway for the return trip in the dark! Thanks, We'll be back!
The sinks are too high - for those of us under 5'4", it was very uncomfortable accessing the sinks - would have benefitted greatly from a foot stool if nothing els. Also - access to lighting was not intuitively easy, too many varied switches in inconvenient places. Otherwise a beautiful facility.

We would highly recommend the Willows. I stayed here on a business trip, but I'm planning to bring my girlfriend for a romantic weekend. Wonderful setting and grounds, the room decor is fabulous, and I enjoyed everything about the hotel. This hotel has all of the amenities of a luxury hotel at much less cost. We always stay here when we're in town, and it never disappoints. The staff is always gracious and helpful, the rooms have everything you could ever want...and some things you'd never think to ask!
