Excellent room. Helpful and considerate staff. Corridors very noisy. Woken at 4am by other guests heading to airport.

Family friendly loved the restaurant and especially the gift bag for our 8year old. Close to the airport. Staff friendly.

Room was great for what we needed as we were flying out the next day. Transportation from the hotel and return to the airport was very prompt. The restaurant was a little pricey but food was good. the service was excellent and the food was great we did have some extra time but there was not any shoping close to the hotel and very expensicve to go to town. Had we know that we could have had plenty to do at the airport out side of the restricted area we would have found plenty of shoping and dinning at the airport to fill our time. Only stayed overnight on layover, but very well run and got us to the airport promptly.

A very clean, tidy hotel in a great location close to the airport, the restaraunt is divine with a good range of meals, grat to have free airport shuttle

The hotel itself was wonderful; however, due to the nature of the hotel, it was not restful. People were leaving their rooms as early as 4:30 AM talking in the hallways, the truck loading center outside our window was making noise at 5AM and the sound of running water could be heard most of the night. Very nice /helpful shuttle driver with clean washcloths for face after long plane trip. Clean room, comfortable bed for a very fair price.

We were very comfortable and received pleasantly.

I found this hotel check in to be extremely slow and the staff not that helpful. For people with babies, this is not a hotel to stay in and I suggest that others in the vicinity are a much better prospect.

We had one night stay and it was lovely. The bed was comfy, the staff so pleasant, and the restaurant was amazing. Close to the airport with free shuttles at anytime of the day.

Ideally located near to the airport which suited us as we were on an early fluight out of Auckland. Plenty of free parking and staff all very friendly and helpful. Pity tariff did not include breakfast. Would definately stay there again.

We only stayed here one night but found it a very convenient . We were able to leave our car here for the 11 days we were away and only a phone call and a courtesy bus was there to pick us up and return us to the hotel to collect our car. Thank you very much. You could not have been more helpful.

Boring! Located in a remote and isolated area. The only reason to book it will be if you have to catch a really early flight

This hotel had many deficiencies. Our room had no closet, no room for even one large suitcase, poor lighting, no table, only one chair, and was very small. There was a frayed carpet and door handle falling apart. The hotel reeked of fresh paint! The airport shuttle was slow - waited 45 minutes at the airport for pickup. I have stayed here twice on visits to NZ and both times have found it to be a good handy hotel with great shuttle bus service from airport and back. Friendly staff.

We found our one night stay here to be excellent in every aspect. Friendly & helpful staff, extremely comfortable and a great dining experience. We have no problem in recommending this Hotel to anyone.

First class facilities and very comfortable for a reasonable price even though it was a one night stopover room. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful at all times. Very high standards of cleanliness and cuisine. Certainly would stop over again.

Great place to stay if you have an early-morning flight - shuttle service is available and location is minutes from Auckland airport. The Jet Park hotel is about as close as a person can get to the Auckland airport. It is made for people who are in transit. No closets, for instance. The restaurant service was reeeeaaaly slow, and the food came out overdone, but we complained and got our drinks comped. The room was comfortable enough and had everything we needed.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location near airport. Free parking. Well kept lobby and rooms. Good bed, bath and other amenities.

The room seemed very small but we had quite a lot of luggage. It had everything we needed and the bed had great linens and was very comfortable. A complimentary shuttle was a very nice surprise. We didn't eat there so I can't comment on that, but it looked like a nice setting.

Convenience to airport plus free shuttle service was the reason for our choice for an overnight stay. The room was incredibly small but OK for just one night. I would use the Jet Park again if we were in the same circumstances.

The hotel is excellent for it's intended purpose, a business hotel near the airport. I arrived in the evening and left in the morning. the staff was courteous and professional. It was easy to get to and from the airport and I was happy with the condition of the hotel. I would stay there again in a similar situation.

Excellent service and convenience when staying close to the airport is desired. We stayed at the Jet Park when entering (Midnight plane arrival) and leaving New Zealand (6:AM departure) and the shuttle & reception service was without fault. The hotel staff also allowed transport in the hotel shuttle to facilitate pick up and drop off of the rental […] car (a welcome service considering the hours of the arrival & departure flights and traveling with children). There are no signs directing travelers to this hotel's location. The shuttle bus driver to and from the airport knows his way, but those who are driving cannot find the hotel.

This hotel was sufficient, but not great. Very clean, and the staff was VERY friendly, just in my experience in terms and rating, the price was too high for the level of quality.

Como eu e minha familia so dormimos la por algumas horas devido a atraso de voos nao foi possivel conhecer a vizinhanca do hotel. Entretanto no curto periodo que estivemos la foi excelente. Adorei e pretendo repetir a dose..

到奥克兰已经晚上了，不到10分钟就有车来接，开车的曼彻斯特小伙子很热情。饭食不错，接待不错，到机场的大巴也不错。房间的枕头和床很舒服。

空港から近いとはいえ、タクシーには25ドルぐらい払った。ホテルからＣＩＴＹへタクシーで65ドルぐらい レンタカー利用者にはいいかもしれない。 夕飯のレストランは美味しかった。 クラムチャウダーに、牡蠣に、ステーキ。空港近くのビジネスホテルとしてみても合格レベル。 朝食は「なんでもバイキングの」と「サラダフルーツヨーグルトとコーヒーパンのみの」と「コーヒーパンのみ」の3コースの値段設定だったと思う。 7時に空港までピックアップも問題なし。 インターネットは1時間と1日料金の設定でちょっと高いかな。

シャトルバスが便利。チェックアウトのときに、財布に残った手持ちの小銭に親切に使ってくれて助かった。モーニングコールの有無も、チェックインのときに親切にきいてくれる。 すべて親切。空港利用客に配慮したサービス。部屋もコンパクトできれい。バスタブはないが、許せる。
