The staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was simple, but good. They have afternoon/ evening snacks and coffee available in the lobby, which was nice. The bed was comfortable. We had a very nice stay (one night). Clean, very comfortable, quiet. The free breakfast was nice although a little light on fruit.

It was a very comfortable hotel. Very convenient and close to all the stores that I wanted to go to. Will definitely go to this hotel more often when I go to Eau Claire WI to visit my son.

Very nice hotel for the price. Nice big pool and room was very clean. The king size bed was comfortable and room included a frig and microwave. Had all of the feature and then some of much higher priced hotels. Definitely a bargain.

Pretty standard hotel. Clean and super nice service. The only disappointment was the lack of breakfast options; three cereals, no juice and no bread.

Heater a/c was leaking cold air so much that the heater had to be on constantly which made room very hot. i advised the manager the next morning and he apologized. They were in the process of replacing all the units but this room was not done and so shouldn't have been rented. D.Scott

My daughter had a tournament at the local high school. The rest of the team stayed in a different hotel and complained about their stay and how hard the beds were at their hotel. The beds were very comfortable and had a great night sleep. Quiet area. Very clean. Great stay for a great price.

We stayed here while we were in Eau Claire visiting our granddaughters that go to school there. We felt it was a good value for the price. Room was nice and breakfast was good. We also found a very nice Japanese hibachi restaurant right across the street. We will stay there again.

Stayed in King Suite which also has a very comfortable couch and a flat screen TV. I slept great in this room. Also located close to highway, stores, restaraunts. Friendly service when I checked in, I am actually getting ready to book 4 nights here again. Great room for business traveler.

I spent a night in one of the (what appeared to be) recently-renovated rooms... it was very spacious, and what I would consider a "mini-suite." The hotel looks dated from its exterior, but the room iself was very quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the bed was also quite good - neither too firm or too soft. Reception was friendly. Very clean. Quiet. Big room!!!

The outside of the hotel had various untidiness that made me question my stay, but once inside it was clean, quiet and nice. The breakfast was nice too. The front enterance isn't labeled, but you can figure it out by the "drop off" covering. Overall, I would stay again.

It was advertised that there would be snacks available at night. (popcorn) I went to the lobby to get a bowl of popcorn and was told snacks weren't offered since there weren't that many staying that night. Otherwise, we were given very good service.

The pool was too cold!!!! Kids did not like how cold it was. Price was good.

had some major dental work done and this hotel was the nearest to the dental office. The room was very clean and the staff was helpful. The went above and beyond for my needs. Thank you so much for a wonderful night.

The lobby was under construction because it had a make shift desk and construction boards all over.I asked the lady if they were under construction and she said it's been a year. Didn't look like they have made much progress. It looked like a motel from a horror movie where there is nothing but the desk clerk. I was also told that I was the last reservation […] at this hotel when i called reservations and when I got there the parking lot was empty. I asked the clerk if they had a full house and they laughed and said who told you that. I think I was one of maybe three people staying there. The rooms had paper number taped to the doors to tell us what room we were in. It was dirty and very scary. the windows didn't lock and the door kept rattling which may me think someone was trying to get in my room. The breakfast was pathetic. And the fan in the room was so noisy I had to turn it off which meant it was cold in the room. I would NEVER recommend anyone stay here. Lisätietoja

This is a little older hotel and could use a little updating, however, for the price it is still a nice place to stay and the rooms were clean.

The hotel Manager Robyn, and her staff we very accomodating. Very comfortable beds, I slept very well. Nice rooms after the remodling. The pool was also very clean. But for my hubby his favorite part was the Belgium waffles for breakfast. He loved them. I liked them too they were really good. Nice choices for breakfast to choose from.

Close to the expressway, free breakfast, close to restaurants and shopping, newly remodeled and reasonably priced. What more can you want? OK, a hot tub would have been nice. I'll forgive them for the fact that they had FOX News showing in the breakfast room.

Very friendly staff. Rooms recently updated. Construction was still in progress, but rooms were very clean. Nice breakfast in the morning.
