Hotellissa HYATT house Houston/Galleria on ulkouima-allas, poreallas ja 24 tunnin kuntoilukeskus. Huonehintaan sisältyvä langaton ja langallinen Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä yleisillä alueilla. Tämän 3-tähden hotellin liiketoiminnan palveluihin sisältyvät liiketoimintakeskus (auki 24 tuntia) ja kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille. Vierashuoneet.
Vierashuoneissa on allas, puutarha tai piha-alue. HYATT house Houston/Gallerian 147 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on iPod-telakat ja tallelokerot (kannettava tietokone sopii). Vuoteissa on Select Comfort-patjat, ylelliset vuodevaatteet, kolme lakanaa ja untuvaselkätuki. Ilmainen langaton ja nopea langallinen Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä. 32-tuumainen LCD-televisio, joissa on parhaat kaapelikanavat, ilmaiset elokuvakanavat ja DVD-soitin , ovat saatavissa. Kaikissa huoneissa on työpöydät, ilmainen sanomalehti arkipäivinä ja kaiutinpuhelin, jossa on vastaajapalvelu; ilmaiset paikallispuhelut sisältyy huonehintaan (voimassa saattaa olla rajoituksia). Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä, hiustenkuivaaja ja hygieniatuotteet (sisältyvät hintaan).
Kaikissa huoneistoissa on keittonurkkaus, jossa on liesituuletin, mikroaaltouuni, jääkaappi ja astianpesukone. Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat kahvin-/teenkeitin ja silitysrauta / -lauta. Lisäksi pyynnöstä saatavissa oleviin palveluihin kuuluvat allergiatestatut vuoteet, lisäpyyhkeet / vuoteet ja herätyssoitto. Tarjolla on siivouspalveluita: päivittäin. Hotelli oli ihan mukava ja siisti. Aamiainen oli OK. Sänky oli hyvä ja TV kanavia riitti. Ainoa mikä puuttui oli golf channel. Ympäristö ei välttämättä ole hyvä kävelylle, paikalliset varoittivat rikollisuudesta. Mutta jos liikut autolla niin suosittelen.

Asuimme perheeni kanssa pari viikkoa hotellissa ja kaikki meni yleisesti ottaen hyvin. Aamupala kuului hotellin hintaan ja oli mielestäni hyvä. Ainoat mieleen tulvat miinuspuolet liittyivät epäselvyyksiin: jäi epäselväksi, onko hotellissa lapsille matkasänkyjä vai ei, sillä saimme asiasta kahdenlaista informaatiota. Loppujen lopuksi hotelli ei niitä ainakaan meille tarjonnut, joten otimme yhden mukaan. Lisäksi siivojat vähän liiankin innokkaasti poistivat lapsillemme tarkoitetut ylimääräiset pyyhkeet ja vuodetarvikkeet, mutta asia korjaantui kun sanoimme asiasta siivousvastaavalle.

My daughter and I stayed because of a two day shopping spree at the Galleria. Not only did we have a wonderfully clean, well stocked room but the "Quiet" was unbelievable. We have both traveled extensively on business but this was a real treat.

the staff was extremely nice and helpful. They even got me and my wife coffee from their employee breakroom at 3am since there wasn't any made yet in the breakfast room! "Hotel close to Galleria shpping mall"
The location is wonderful, close to the Galleria, nice neighborhood!. Pool was nice and breakfast was included it was very good, Parking was 10 dollars a day, in which i thought it said free parking when i booked on hotel.com, but anyways it is a secure parking inside hotel with a gate to get in and out, so im ok with charge. This was a great hotel. Clean rooms, efficient and curteous staff and very economical rate. What else is required???

"quiet little place"
dwarfed by the size of some of the other large hotels in the area but dont let that fool you, the rooms are huge. only 3 blocks from the galleria. covered gated parking which is actually free unlike stated on the website. The room was nicely furnished. Very comfortable bed. i will stay here again if in the area

The hotel was great. We had a nice studio room with a kitchen, walkin closet, living room and bedroom area (are divided by shelving that holds the flat screen tv that you can swivel and watch from the living room or the bed). Good location. This is a suite with kitchen, small desk and reception area. Affordable. Garage entrance is gated. Safe. Rooms very clean. Good price for location. Good breakfast.

"Hyatt Summerfield Galleria - convenient and cheap!"
This was my second stay at this hotel. I live in the Houston suburbs, but needed to be in town late for a few things. This hotel is very convenient and offers a lot for the price. There is a full kitchen, the bed is pretty comfortable, and they offer many other amenities. There is a parking fee, but for a safe, gated, covered parking option where you […] just drive up to the level that your floor is on, it's not bad. I haven't tried the food, but they offer many different food and social options. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. "Very Pleasantly Surprised!!"
We had four rooms for family during our stay. The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was what you would expect. The best part of the whole stay was that on Sunday the staff allowed us to take over the entire breakfast area, tune it to Football and watch the playoffs. We had an entire spread of food and drinks. They were extremely accomodating. Also, […] I left my digital camera in one of the rooms and after check out was notified that it would be sitting at the front desk waiting for me. We chose the Hyatt initially because of a special holiday rate and liked it well enough to stay again at the regular rate a few days later on our way back home. The suite was laid out well, so that everyone had ample space to read, use the computer, cook, or watch TV. The furnishings were modern, clean, and comfortable. It's conveniently located near the Galleria, but we prefer shopping at Highland Village or smaller independent stores along Westheimer that are also within proximity. "Great place to stay when visiting Houston"
If you are looking for a great place to stay that's like having a mini apartment, this is it. It even has a small, fully equipt kitchen. However, with all the free food they offer, a hot breakfast and drinks and food during the week, you don't need to cook. There is great shoping near by. We used public transportation to go downtown & to the museum […] area - $1.50 each way. If taking a bus is not your thing, you will need a car. Excellent hotel, quality fixtures and fittings and very comfortable suites with real crockery not paper plates in the kitchenette! Friendly and attentive staff.
It is well located near Galleria but it is sort of hidden. Parking lot is in the back of the building and it is in a dark area. Front desk was friendly. Hotel serves a nice and hot brekfast (we missed dinner). Room is small for 3 people and we had to ask for pillows and shower caps. Request was attended on the spot.

"Great value for the money"
Great location. I don't particularly appreciate having to pay separate for parking. This should be included in the rate, even if it is a little more expensive. Most people staying at a hot)el will need a parking space (!). Other than that, I specially appreciated the location, close to restaurants and convenient stores.
We loved our stay, we felt like we were at home. we will go back soon.

I stayed at this location for some training a couple miles away. The Hyatt was the most reasonable price, with the added benefit of being a suite. Breakfast was great, the staff was friendly, I had a great shuttle driver both days and was on time for my class without issue. My only problem with the stay was the wireless internet.
