Sijainti loistava, kun halusimme ensimmäisen yön matkalla ennen Manhattanille menoa, viettää yön NJ puolella Newarkin kentän ja Jersey Gardens outlet ostarin lähellä. Jersey Gardens muutaman sadan metrin päässä hotellilta. Shuttle kuljetus EWR kentältä toimii hyvin. Huoneet hyvän kokoiset. Hieman kulahtaneet, mutta Manhattanilla saman hintaiseen hotelliin verrattuna suorastaan loistava. Ja pääasia, emme nähneet tarkankaan tutkimisen yhteydessä luteita tai muita "kotiötököitä", joita NYC ja NJ hotelleissa saa varoa.

Huone oli joka päivä siivottu ja jopa yöpaita oli viikattu nätisti peitolle. Hotellin shuttle ei liikkunu kovinkaan monta kertaa, tai ei ollut saatavilla yleensä koskaan, mutta hotellin läheltä lähti aamusta mukavasti busseja "isoon omenaan" ja illalla pääsi samalle pysäkille osasi valita oikean bussireitin. Aamupala oli hyvä ja ruokaa oli riittävästi. Ei mitään valittamista sen kanssa. Asiakaspalvelu oli kiitettävää ja joustavaa, jopa myöhäinen sisäänkirjaus oli ok, vaikka myöhästyimme reilusti ilmoittamastamme saapumis ajasta.

Siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli vähän syrjemmässä, mutta hotellin oma auto kuljettaa Secausuksessa minne haluaa esim. rautatieasemalle, josta pääseekin nopeasti "kylille"...

Overall stay was very comfortable. The hot tub did not work, which was a disappointment. All in all a good place to stay close to where our son lives.
Through hotels.com we booked a king study suite.when we arrived they put us in a standard 2 double bed room........

The rate is reasonable. The service is excellent. The staff is friendly and competent. Breakfast is delicious. What more could you want when you're away from home?

Had stayed here one weekend and was amazed by the service. I was greeted with smiles and great service going beyond what I needed!!! The only complaint I have is it took them awhile to clean the room during the day, and when I left, I realized I left alcohol in the fridge and they had a problem contacting me back. The location worked with access to route 80. My only complaint was the hallway floors were not vacuumed and looked dirty. Same with door glass, lots of finger prints. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and breakfast was terrific as always.

Despite some minor maintenance issues, the hotel was pleasant and very convenient to I-80. Fancier hotels in the area can match the price if you plan far enough ahead.

This is an excellent hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Service is excellent and they serve a very good complimentary breakfast in the morning. It has an excellent location. All in all, my wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay and we strongly recommend this hotel.

We were looking for hotel within 1 hour or less of NY City to stay for the night, enroute back home, after a day of visiting family in NYC; we didn't arrive at hotel until 7:30 pm and left the next morning. "Hampton Inn - Denville - so comfortable!"
Our stay was very pleasurable as your staff accomdated all our needs with a smile! Breakfast was tasty and the clean pool/whirlpool area was a treat as well.
As mentioned above...if there is no ventilation in the room like a FAN or the windows opening...then DON'T let people have smoking rooms. Very disgusting to clam bake a cigarette in a hotel room. Especailly when I walk in and it smells like the person right before me just left 5 minutes before my arrival.

staff were courteous... clean room, but a little tight we occupied 2 double beds.. pool was warm my kids enjoyed it.

The Hotel was nice, but if you are a dependent upon public transportation beware. Taxi from and to the NJT costs 12 to 16 dollars. It is a 3 mile walk.

This was a very nice quiet hotel. I would thoroughly recommend it to everyone.
"Great stay"
Once again we made the trip from Central Pennsylvania to NYC, and had another enjoyable stay at the Hampton Inn in Denville. Our travel time to the city through the Holland Tunnel to Canal Street 43 minutes. Also, we enjoy the hot breakfast with each stay....unlike other hotels, there is never a charge.
"Good Quality for Price"
Check in was prompt. Only problem we had was with the plumbing in the bathroom, which they ended up relocating us to another room. I am just curious why when booking through hotels.com that it seems the rooms are one of the least desireable spots as we are paying good money for a room, just like everyone else is.

New Jersey is a high cost of living area and finding a reasonably priced but nice place to stay is tough. This Inn was OK but not great. The room was acceptable. Lights all worked, AC worked, TV had basic cable channels and worked fine, all plumbing was in good condition. The bed was less than comfortable. We have stayed at this hotel on 2 different occasions and both experiences were excellent, however, most recently I was extremely disappointed with a false fire alarm at 2am. Located right off of I-80 this was a nice, clean room in a very convenient location.
