It is not the hotel's fault in the least, of course, but guests driving themselves should be aware that the construction on Hwys 114 and 121 is a nightmare! It was very difficult to find our way into the hotel parking lot. I'm sure once it is done, it will be just fine, but for now, allow a little extra time to find the place if you are not familiar […] with the area, especially if you will be arriving at night in the dark. Excellent hotel, staff and food. The only reason for the poor Convenience rating, tho was due to the horrendous constructin goin on all around it.

Location is close to all the locations we wanted to visit while in the area for the Cotton Bowl, which included Historic Downtown Grapevine. We did not fly in, but would be a perfect location if traveling by air. Hiway 360 was close which made for an easy access to Rangers Stadium and Cowboys Stadium which we drove to for a Pep Rally and the Game. Fort […] Worth was fairly accessible also from this location. For business travel this was a perfect overnight stay.

This a great place to stay. Multiple dining options with in walking distance and just over the freeway from Main street in Grapevine. Road construction outside on the Freeway is brutal though. Waite till its over or risk getting stuck in hell.

Once I arrived, my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Grapevine Tx.. was a pleasing experience. The rooms were large and comfortable. The hotel staff and facility were top notch. The road construction in the Irvine and Grapevine Tx. area is trying. Even my GPS had a hard time with the road work. (I think the Lady inside was getting mad at me because […] I could not turn where she wanted me too.) With a little patience one can have a very enjoyable experience. I would stay again. Lisätietoja

Great place to stay. I will stay there again

I had a very pleasant stay in Dallas, the hotel was crowded with teachers for a convention there, but, overall, it was quiet, nice and good for the time i was there.

Our room was well appointed for my husbands stage of disability---the bathroom was open and easy to use. We appreciated getting into our room earlier than the stated check-in time.

The only lounge chair in the pool area was broken.Pool and hot tubs were dirty and had leaves in them.The bathroom sink had mold or needed recaulked not sure which one as I didnt touch it.It smells musty there.Maybe its the carpet?

I stayed in this hotel while I was in town for a wedding. The hotel is located very close to the airport and even had a very convenient shuttle that ran to and from the airport every 15 min. We also took the shuttle to the wedding we were attending in Southlake, TX ,which was about a ten minute drive from the hotel. It dropped us off and picked us up […] later that night. Good location relative to Grapefest. Not quite walking distance but not far at all. Nice room, good pool although the hot tub was under repair at the time. Breakfast was good. There were several convenient options for dining in the larger parking area around the hotel (part of a hotel/shopping complex). Easy on/off from highway. Staff was friendly and […] helpful. I booked this particiular hotel because of it's proximity to DFW. I knew it would be late at night when I'd have to get out to pick up my traveler, and it was quite easy to get to the airport and back./ It is a little harder to find because it isn't right on the access road,,just set back behind the Hilton, but a GPS fixes that. Lot's of eateries nearby, […] a Verizon or Walmart if your traveler forgot their cell phone charger, a nearby place to get your manicure done while you wait on the plane to arrive if it gets delayed,etc. The room isn't elegant, but is clean and adequate. Enjoyed the continental breakfast , as well. They even had some fresh fruit in the lobby that nite at 2 a.m. when we got in if you want to nibble on something. No complaints. Lisätietoja

The most difficulty was finding and getting to the hotel. Signage is not very good and our GPS could not find the address.

The breakfast buffet was extremely good and always replenished. We came with out twin boys to be near the airport and yet to have the opportunity to swim. The pool met our expectations. It would have been nice to have been told about the roofers who were working and hammering on the roof above our room early on sunday morning.

We (4 adults) asked for a room with 2 beds and they gave us a king with a pull out sofa bed. They knew how many people we had and that they were all adults. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. There were also only enough towels for 3. If they ask us how many people we are going to have... they should make sure there are enough towels for that many people. […] When we called to get towels after 45 minutes we had to call again to get them. This was after I asked them in the morning to make sure our room had enough for 4 people. On a positive note, the breakfast was good. Lisätietoja

Very pleased with stay. Was only in town for two nights for a wedding. The hotel was a few minutes from the airport and the hotel shuttle was excellent. Very good deal for the money.
