The staff were very polite and friendly from the moment we arrived. The parking garage was convenient and had a small walkway on the 2nd floor. However be prepared to pay $13 every time you leave the garage. Vallet parking ($28 a night) may be cheaper if you plan on leaving a lot during the day. The indoor pool was very nice and had a large hot tub. […] The only thing we didn't like about the pool was how shallow it was, little under 6ft. The room was clean and the linens were nice. My family and I were in Chicago to attend a family wedding. We were also able to visit some fabulous restaurants to enjoy the cuisine. The location of the hotel was convenient. We also took advantage of the breakfast buffet in the hotel which was good. The place to stay in Rosemont! Gibson's in lobby...clean rooms and great staff! Walking distance to everything! Love it!

The hotel was nice but it is not for children. We stayed on the 6th floor, the windows did not lock and there were no screens in them. The staff we encountered were snobby in an arrogant kind of way, with the exception of the maids. Has a nice skywalk to the garage but beware, the parking is 13 for each entry. I would rather stay here when I have a get away with my fiancé. People who work in check in are very nice. I would recommend anyone to stay here absolutely love it here.

My wife and I were in Chicago and had one of the best weekend trips in some time with this hotel. All State Arena in Rosemont was only 5 min away by car or taxi. Comfort and Cleanliness was perfect for what we have always expected and appreciated with the Hilton Hotel lines. The area had excellent movie theater, restaurant, bars, and L train all within […] walking distance. Gibson's Steakhouse was by far the best restaurant we ate at, movie theater had restaurant, bar and daycare if you have children. We upgraded to the 21 and over part of the theater which was pricey but allowed alcohol and the restaurant food in theater with love seats as the chairs if so desired. Elevator was not in service for both days. I was given a room on the 6th floor. 3 other people after me who checked in got rooms on the 2nd floor, this even after I stated being a Hilton Honors Dimond Memeber. My first night's stay was excellent. The second night I had very noisy neighbors then was awakened at 3:30 a.m. by people who were partying outside.

Nice hotel. Good beds. Nice bathrooms. Right next to Stephens Convention Center. Close to O'Hare. Good airport shuttle service. The buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant is NOT a good value. However, the nearby Gibson's steakhouse is great for lunch or dinner! (though a bit pricey). Also, there is a movie theater nearby, and a very good Mexican […] restaurant 3 blocks away (Maria's ) . Overnight stay on business to Chicago area. Wish there had been more options for breakfast, but that is a minor problem. Also, you must pay to park, and it is on the expensive side. But, overall it is a nice place to stay, and we had no problems.

Everything was excellent, the hotel, the staff, the food, I was pleased with everything except the parking conditions. I will definitely be returning for another weekend getaway.

Let's just say, I called 3 times for towels for the pool. Mold on the 9th floor ceiling... The good things is the entertainment district was right next door. It was a good time besides those couple things.

The hotel was quite pleasing. The room was very comfortable. The Gibson's restaurant that is connected to the hotel is a definite plus. Great food and atmosphere. The location is very convenient to O'Hare.

Very nice room, clean, air was very good, building in fine shape, shuttle to and from the airport was great. When I needed soap (someone forgot to place soap in my room) housekeeping brought it right away when I called the front desk operator.

The hotel is overall good. The staff at the front desk were very courteous and professional. The room was clean. The restaurant, Gibson's next to the lobby, had great steaks. Friendly staff, but for the money a guest should expect more. Ice machine not working on floor, No microwave on floor. Most hotels of this price range usually have more to offer. Over priced menu and drink prices.

Will be back there, night shift front desk could be a bit nicer on the phone, i did needed some help for directions to find the location, and they just couldn't wait to get of the phone, had to call them few times, instead just taking extra sec to walk me true( FYI: then i got there front desk was not busy at all), but that's just one person. We had a very enjoyable stay at the DoubleTree. The room was great (spacious and comfortable). We had breakfast both mornings which was also very well done, except that there was not any one working the omlette station, so we asked and the attendent made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. Other than that, we had a very nice time!
