Bathroom was not clean, hair in the trash can. Toilet did not flush and ran all night

This was a nice place for the price. I have no complaints except that the internet was quite slow; if you are there on business you would be frustrated.

We chose this hotel because of location and price, and were extremely pleased. It was a bit hard to find - no signage from the road - but the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfasts were quite decent, and all the staff were very attentive and kind. We would definitely stay again!

This hotel is about 10 minutes or less (depending on traffic) from Isle of Palms and maybe 15-20 minutes from downtown Charleston. LOVED the location ! The bathroom towels and shower curtains looked a bit well-worn and could use replacing. Also, housekeeping did not leave clean towels to replace the ones we'd used. Don't know if this is part of the […] "Save the Planet" program or whatever. I have no problem saving the environment, but had hoped if we had to clean a spill with one and left it on the floor, we'd get a replacement. My wife and I didn't have any trouble, but her family wasn't able to check in during the afternoon, and when we came back at 9:00 pm--their room hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests! The cleaning staff was gone for the day, so the desk manager tried his best to accomodate, but not an ideal situation. Great Location, next door to a great mall with all types of food to choose from. Close to Isle of Palms but not the beach high price. Will go back!!!!

Hotel is located in a Retail area that was hard to see from the road, the elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor with elderly guests, the managment did not seem to be worried about the hardship for these guests to take luggage down the stairs, did not apologize or offer to send someone to help. The breakfast was not appetizing.

The hotel stay was very nice. It's in a fantastic area, a lot of shops and restaurants. It's little hidden, but we found it.

My trip was for both work & pleasure. I wanted to have a weekend at the beach with my family and also handle some work issues in Columbia. The hotel was a perfect location for my needs. I had meetings near the airport and was close to Isle of Palms. The hotel is near the mall, restaurants, beach, and easy access to downtown Charleston. Check in was fine. The room was hot when we got in. The entire stay our room smelled like wet dog so you could tell that there were either pets or mildew in the room. The AC was a bit noisy but not untolerable. The elevator sounded like it was getting ready to break down at any minute with all the grinding it did. The black duct tape in the elevator […] to hold in part of the display was a nice touch. Not enough seating at breakfast time so we had to sit on the couch at the check in desk. Pool was nice enough although the chairs were like sitting on cinderblocks. ANd what was up with the square sleeping pillows? Four of them on each bed but who keeps their head in such a small area on their pillow all nite long? Was not a fan of those AT ALL!!! But the convience to the beach and the shopping was why we stayed there. That would be the only reason I would recommend it to another family. Lisätietoja

We were in town for a wedding at one of the beach front resorts. It was helpful to be able to stay here for much less and still have a great breakfast, pool facility, small work out room and be close to our activities. It was not easy to find in our GPS, thank goodness for the sign on the road. In town for work. I don't need anything special. Very very clean, comfy and awesome location. Less than 5 minutes to the beach. Restraunts in the parking lot.

hotel is no smoking and claims to charge a fee for persons who smoke in their room. We checked in and went straight to our room and it smelled of FRESH cigarette smoke complete with haze (obviously from the cleaning staff) They immediately gave us another room.

The staff were very helpful with directions and things to do in the area

The only complain, if you could call it one, was one afternoon after coming back from sight seeing the room was cleaned but the housekeeping staff forgot to put new towels in the bath. Other than that we were very pleased with the staff and condition of the hotel. The full breakfast was great.

Getting to the hotel was a huge inconvenience because it wasn't on my GPS. Then the guy at the desk was rude and not helpful in getting me directions. When I got to the hotel, I found cigarette butts and a beer bottle on the deck. I let the desk know about that and the ants, but they didn't care. Complimentary breakfast was gross-- stick with the cereal […] and fruit. The bed was nice and the room had plenty of towels and a fridge. I would stay at the Marriot across the street before staying here again. It's 5 minutes from the beach, but I expected better. Lisätietoja

Need to find a better cleaning company. Carpet and chairs were all stained and the room smelled damp and musty. Rooms are very large and the breakfast was great. But can't recommend because of the condition of the rooms.
