Tämä oli kohdallani mainio valinta, sillä saavuin yöllä n. klo 01 ja aamulla klo 8 uudestaan matkaan. Ainoa asia mitä tarvitsin oli puhdas peti ja suihku. Terminaalibussi tuo ja vie ilmaiseksi eikä matkaan tuhlautunut kuin ehkä 10min. Hinta-laatusuhde kohdillaan.

Erittäin näppärä sijainti rautatieaseman kupeessa Arlanda expressin lähtöaseman vieressä. Mukava ja siisti modernisti sisustettu hotelli, hauskasti valaistussa aulassa drinkkibaari, aulasta myös käynti turistien suosimaan jääbaariin (maksullinen). Ei liikenteen melua ainakaan sisäpihan puolella olevassa huoneessa. Ilmainen nettiyhteys aulan koneelta. Ystävällinen palvelu, monipuolinen aamiainen.

Kaupungin Tukholma sydämessä sijaitseva First Hotel Reisen, liiketoimintaan sopiva hotelli, on kävelymatkan päässä kohteista Stortorget, Tukholman pörssi ja Tukholman kuninkaanlinna. Lähistöllä ovat myös Ruotsin parlamentti ja Gustav Adolfs torg.

Hotellissa First Hotel Reisen on kuntokeskus, uima-allas sisällä, höyryhuone ja sauna. Tämän 4-tähden majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja limusiinipalvelu. Majoitusliikkeen (kylpylä hotelli) ravintolapalveluihin kuuluvat ravintola ja baari / aulabaari. Majoitusliikkeessä on tarjolla maksullinen pysäköinti. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: concierge-palvelut, kiertuepalvelut ja valuutan vaihto. Televisiossa on satelliittikanavat ja TV-Internet-yhteys (sisältyy hintaan).Huoneissa on työpöydät ja suoravalintapuhelimet.Vieraat voivat käyttää huoneessa ilmaista nopeaa langallista Internet-yhteyttä. Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku/amme-yhdistelmä, jossa on käsisuihku ja hiustenkuivaaja. Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat silitysrauta / -lauta ja avattavat ikkunat. Lisäksi pyynnöstä saatavissa oleviin palveluihin kuuluvat hieronnat huoneessa, allergiatestatut vuoteet ja lisäpyyhkeet / vuoteet. The Royal Palace, a Buckingham Palace look-alike, is in Stockholm's Old Town. While the royal family chooses to live in Drottingholm, about a half-hour away, there are tours available, as well as the changing of the guard. The area's major thoroughfare, Västerlånggatan, is a pedestrian area filled with shops and restaurants.

the furniture are old and worn, the room was dusty, small and dark, the bathtub is very unconfortable and the price is too expansive. just the position is good, i dont suggest to spent your money here...

Great location, superb breakfast with all service needed. Weekend evenings the nightclub noice can be disturbing if you are staying in the first floor. Not a problem for us though. Nice overall stay.

"Perfect location"
We found the First Hotel Reisen to be a perfect location for our 3-day stay in Stockholm. It was on the water, just down the street from the Hop-On Hop-Off boats, which we used to go everywhere. And it was in Gamla Stan, the old town, very picturesque, lots of charming little streets and shops. The staff were helpful and always available for questions […] and suggestions. The breakfast was magnificent, and the restaurant was great for an evening meal if you didn't want to go out. The hotel is not new but is very well maintained. No a/c, but a good fan. Excellent location in the Old Town of Stockholm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was most helpful in providing sightseeing info. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Expensive, but worth it, particulary for our first time in Stockholm.

We stayed one night in May 2011. Great location and great first impression with very knowledgeable staff at reception upon our arrival - staff went out of their way to help us find a romantic restaurant nearby for our wedding anniversary. Room was good (small by American standards but comfortable) but bed was way too soft and the mattress old - with […] two people you both pretty much rolled into the middle as the mattress springs had given up a long time ago. Morning breakfast was amazing with very helpful staff and great coffee. Late evening and morning reception staff were unsupervised trainees and gave a lot of wrong information about local transportation. Had we followed their advice we could have missed our plane. The First Reisen Hotel is in a great location on the waterfront, and the reception area was nicely decorated, perhaps renovated recently. But we were disappointed with our room right at the back in the corner, not only was it very small, but very dated too and not what we were expecting from a recommended previous stay by a friend. Excellent experience. Helpful staff, esp. concierge. Breakfast very good. The rooms are a little dark - because it's a converted old building with small windows; but are very atmospheric. If you must have a view of the harbour you'll have to splurge on a front room/suite.

"Recent Stay at Hotel Reisen"
The location is unbeatable. Right in the old town near the Royal Palace. Close to ferries to take you to other islands and hop on hop off tour bus. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and the room was wonderful. Highly recommended.

Great room for the money. There was some road work in front of the hotel when we stayed there, and I think they had lowered the prices on account for that. But overall very pleasant, very good staff, nice room, good location in old town and excellent breakfast.

Trevligt hotell med supervänlig personal, perfekt läge, fantastisk frukostbuffé. Enda besvikelsen var gymmet som inte är särskilt stort och att det var gemensamma duschar och bastu för både dam och herr. Fanns ingen info om det innan så jag blev lite ställd när jag kom ner.

Rummet, sevicen och frukostbuffén var toppen. SPA paketet var dyrt (1700:-) för massage, ett kurbad samt ett glas Champagne för två. Då någon hade fest utanför hotellet låg vi vakna halva natten men som kompensation fick vi en gratis övernattning vid annat tillfälle. Service i världsklass!!!! Vi kommer absolut tillbaka. "Helgvistelse i Stockholm"
Ett hotell med rum som för länge sedan sett sina bästa dagar. Rummen har eftersatt underhåll dessutom var ljudnivån från närliggande hisschakt mycket besvärande.

Bel hêtel avec un personnel très serviable et accueillant. L'équipement de la chambre était ok mais la salle de bains était un peu exiguë. Le lavabo empiétait sur les toilettes et il manquait une tablette pour poser une trousse de toilette.

Vue dégagée sur les quais de la vieille ville, joli déco, chambre assez spacieuse, mais salle de bains mouchoir de poche, copieux petit déjeuner, accueil attentif et bon concierge, calme. Les principaux sites sont à quelques minutes à pied (palais royal, opera, boutiques de la vieille ville, bons restaurants, bars sympa, embarcadère pour les iles et […] le vasa museum devant l'hotel). Hotellet ligger trevligt nere vid vattnet i närheten till Kungliga Slottet. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Jag hade några kortare affärsmöten i hotellets härliga Chesterfield soffor.

"Reisen hotel-vackert beläget i gamla stan"
Fint hotell med mkt god frukost. centralt läge till många sevärdheter. Närmaste tunnebana 5-10 min, dock utnyttjade vi bara den till centralstationen pga det centrala läget till det vi ville se. Enda nackdelen var det nonchalanta bemötenadet i baren på kvällen, där vi efter 10-15 minuters väntan, gick därifrån.

Riktigt bra läge, hög standrard, Magisk frukost! Enda smolket i bägaren var att rummet var i minsta laget och att det var en gammal tjock tv! Annars riktigt nöjd!

vi, jag och min 9 åriga son bokade hotellet för att det hade en pool samt att det var femstjärnigt. Vår plan va att mysa och bada. Poolen visade sig vara endast för spabehandling, 15 grader och att bada/leka i vattnet va inte lämpligt då det störde behandlande spa gäster. Detta borde stått tydligt på er hemsida att det i poolen skulle vara tyst, 15 […] grader samt inte lämpligt för badande barn. Ligger perfekt for besøk i Gamle Stan og Stockholm City. Gamle Stan ligger rett bak hotellet og City ligger 15 min unna i gangavstand (2 min med drosje). Hotellet er pent og har mange fasiliteter. Maten og betjeningen er god.
