Would stay there again. Room was spacious and comfortable. Am a bit puzzled about how they can charged by the minute for a local call.

Staff were polite, pool and gym were awsome un-winders after a long day reception told me that request a pool view room if your after that extra bit of quiteness as it is parramatta does tend to get alittle noisey. and there's nightclubs just up the street for the more adventerous hope this helps

Our stay at the Mantra did not start off well. On arrival we were told that there was a conference and that the hotel car park was full so we had to park around the corner in another secure car park. I think the hotel car park should be for hotel guests and not those attending a confernece as we are the ones paying to stay there. The hotel itself was […] really clean and beautiful, and our room was compfortable and clean. However, we did not have a compendium, which im not sure if that is the same for all rooms but it would have been nice to see what the features of the hotel were. Also we had to ask for milk and tea and coffee as it seemed it had not been refilled for a while. A minor thing but annoying the same. The service we had on arrival was poor as we felt we were an inconvenience but later at night when we needed assistance the service could not have been more helpful. The location was excellent as it was quiet but only a 10-15minute walk to george st where we had dinner. I would reccomend this hotel to others but only if they had to stay in parramatta, and only because i have not stayed anywhere else in parramatta. Nice but could be better. Lisätietoja

Overall stay was great. One night in the executive spa room. It was spacious, clean and very comfy. Downfall l must admit having to wait for my room to be serviced but other than that it was great. Would recommend everyone else to stay for a night or two.

Room was average, fridge did not work, staff were slow during check in, were not organised so check in took forever... Then my credit card got charged twice for the room and had to wait days before refund was issued!

We have stayed here before and have always been impressed. The rooms have just been refurbished and look lovely. Position is handy to all of historical Parramatta and shops. The rooms do need to have information folders added though, we had to guess about such things as pool times and TV channels.

The hotel is in an extremely convenient location, close to public transport... trains, buses and ferries at the door step or short walk! Easy location to get into the CBD of Sydney! Customer service was highly regarded after an initial room mix up but this was sorted with no fuss at all! Professional staff! Clean and tidy room! Overall satisfied with the stay. The staff were friendly & welcoming & the room was clean & comfortable. I would have no problem staying there again.

Excellent service; superb location for business stay; breakfast bit disappointing, otherwise outstanding value for money

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, markets. Very clean and comfortable, will definitely be staying here again.

Settled in well, bed could of been better for the price (two singles is not a queen). Over all happy with the room service and staff service at front desk. Best part is location shops, food etc.. thank you, would like to come again. Melissa.

keep the car in hotel carpark for a fee and take train to Sydney. Available day pass and return ticket. Avoid traffic jam leave much time to explore city.

hotel was very close to westfield and the train station. had a lovely time and comfertable and very clean.

The room was very clean and comfortable...however the air conditioner was rather noisey. Would recommend to others.

the mantra hotel personal were great ,the holel was clean ,but having to $15 aday to pay for parking , was abit much ,the hotel service was nice ,the food was not bad,over all i would go back and stay again

Hotel is very convenient to the train station & the big Westfield shopping centre. We arrived too early to check in but we were able to park our car in their carpark and after checkout we were able to still leave the car in the carpark while we went shopping. Very clean, quiet & good value for money.

　パラマッタというシドニー郊外にあるホテルだが、とても快適なホテルでした。ミニキッチンがあって、自分で調理もできるようになっており、部屋も広々としていて、快適でした。 　お風呂もバスタブがあり、きれいでゆっくり疲れを癒せました。 　シドニー郊外ですが5豪ドル以内でシドニー街中のセントラル駅やタウンホール駅に乗り換えなしで行け、30分ぐらいです。しかも、駅が歩いて５分もしないところにあって、タクシーの運転手さんに近すぎるので乗車拒否されるほどの近さです。あたしは利用しませんでしたが、ショッピングセンターもすぐ近くにあり、フェリーでもこのホテルにアクセスできます。 　また、シドニーに来ることがあったら、迷わずここを選びます。今度は連泊します。

年末に市内のパブホテルを予約していたのですがキャンセルされていて、急遽空いているこちらのホテルを予約しました。 部屋に入って一人で大興奮！パブホテルと同じ値段だったのに、こちらのホテルはキッチン・バルコニー・浴槽・洗濯機・乾燥機まで付いていて、広いダイニングルームと寝室が別になっていて一人で泊まるのが勿体ないくらいでした！駅からも歩いて3分ほどです。ロビーも清潔で、スタッフの対応も良かったです。 悪い点は、私の部屋の浴室のドアの鍵が壊れており、浴室から出られなくなりました。浴室内に電話があったのでフロントに助けを呼び出れたので一安心。市内から電車で特急だと30分もしないで着きますが鈍行だと45分くらいかかったと思います。電車は同じホームでも行き先が違うのが来たりするので要注意です。（それで全 […] 然違う方に一度行ってしまいました。）洗濯のパウダーはメモをしないと補充されませんでした。 悪い点もありましたが全体的にとてもよくまた泊まりたいしオススメしたいホテルです。 Lisätietoja
