Best Western Plus Windsor Suites - Greensboro

over all, the property looks nice, the welcome and dining area is appealing, but our room smelled so musty it was unbearable. The whole town was booked up, so we were stuck... the desk person very nicely gave me a spay bottle of something like febreze, which helped, but it was still musty. First and last stay for me.

The staff was very accomodating and the continental breakfast was very good but that's where the positive review ends. Unfortunately, the room was in poor condition, carpet stained and smelled. Bed uncomfortable. unable to control A/C and heat fan settings so needed to be kept off and window didn't open to allow fresh air in. Bathroom faucet broken […] and floor sticky! I actually canceled my second night and moved to another, much more satisfactory, hotel. I would not recommend staying here. Lisätietoja

This is a nice, reasonably priced hotel. I stayed one night while away on business. The rooms are on interior hallways which is important for a woman traveling alone. The room was big with a king sized bed, love seat, desk and microfridge... very comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was adequate. Usual breads, muffins, bagels, coffe, juices, […] etc. Also had a waffle maker (which I did not test). Nothing special about this hotel, but if you're looking for clean and comfortable at reasonable price... This is your best bet. Lisätietoja

place was great, the room was pretty cool. with the couch, big tv, loved the flooring, just the whole layout was sweet.

this hotel was a pleasant surprise the only problems noted was that the bathroom although clean was very small and the coffee machine for the room was on the bathroom counter,was happy with the staff at check in she was very nice and gave good directions to the local mall when asked. if ever back in town would stay at location again.

3rd time I have stayed at this hotel and by far this was the most enjoyable. Rooms have been recently remodeled. They were big before and very close to the UNCG campus so we continued to return even though the rooms were older. Now they are very beautiful and there is no more of the older hotel musty smell. Really enjoyed my stay here. Love the updates they have made since my last visit. It was quiet except for the guests who had dogs with them but otherwise a pleasant stay. I stay here every time I'm in Greensboro and I've never been disappointed. The staff was very nice and friendly as always.

The evening staff was friendly and helpful when we checked in. The breakfast buffet person could have been a bit more cheery and sincere.

Older hotel but fairly clean. Nothing fancy here, but nothing bad either. The rate was good for what you got and that included breakfast, but nothing fancy.

I was in town for a conference at the Koury Center. The Best Western was much cheaper than surrounding hotels. The hotel service was great, sheets and bathroom were very clean, the AC unit was quiet as well as the hotel itself. The workout facility was small with outdated equipment but it served it's purpose. Breakfast was not ready at 6:30am as advertised which was annoying since we had somewhere to be at 7am.

/My reservation was from 08/19/2010 i arrived on 08/20/2010 at 8.30 am told the agent that i was checking in and her reply was checking time was 3pm. The toilet seat was a swing they repaired it, only one room key worked. Had do not disturb sign on door on 08/21/2010 morning when leaving the room we switched it to house keeping got back at 3pm that […] afternoon no house keeping, mentioned it to the maid outside the room she said she would get to it. We came back at 11pm the night and the room was not touched, no clean towels the beds unmaid front desk said they would mention it to house keeping the next morning, when asked for a late check was told ten dollars an hour. Unfortunately I found this room to be far inferior to other rooms I have stayed in for the same price range. The concrete ceilings needed to be painted, they looked mildewed or stains or grey on old white paint. There was mildew in my coffee pot around the water container area. There were old cola drippings on the wall between the two double bed. I […] took a shower right before checking out and the water never got hot. Since I was in a hurry I told the front desk as I was checking out and they said all the rooms were like that and the only problem was the faucets have to "click" before getting hot water. I told her that I had tried to adjust the faucet to no avail and if they were already aware of that problem then they should have notified the occupant in advance or fixed the problem all together by replacing the faucets. Very good experience. The location was convient to downtown Greensboro, NC - about 5-7 minutes.

The location of this hotel is great for those visiting the UNCG campus only 5 minutes away. Close to major highway is great and plenty of food choices near by. Hotel room was large and comfortable. Free breakfast could have more choices but was acceptable. Would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was nice and clean. They had clen linens on the bed the carpet had a little wear and tear. the bathrooms were clean i didnt see any insects or pest. i enojyed my stay and i woudl reccomend this hotel to my friends.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel while attending a Miley Cyrus concert at the Greensboro Coliseum. I was very satisfied with the condition and cleanliness of the hotel, and the staff was great! I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was better than expected and the staff was very helpful and effective. Continental breakfast was about as expected in a US hotel, but in all respects the hotel was a bargain and well worth the cost, which was itself very reasonable.

I stayed one night at the Hotel for a business trip. It was in a good location, the hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

The personnel were all pleasant and accommodating. The hotel, however, needs upgrading. The room was comfortable, but I constantly had the feeling of staying in an old hotel.

We were in Greensboro for an event at the Coliseum - soooo close to the hotel and a GREAT selection of area restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and breakfast was very satisfactory

the hotel is a short distance from many food establishments and shopping. The hotel was very clean and the bedding and towels were of nice quality. There was a large mini fridge and a microwave. The breakfast was good and there was an attendant there to refill anything that was empty.

Excellent price for a sitting area, fridge and microwave. Went for a clinic and it was great for hanging out with the guys afterwards. near bunch of food, shopping, etc.

Stayed here to go to a concert and it was located minutes away. Staff was helpful in directions and the safety of walking there. Overall very nice place for the short stay there and friendly staff.

Was there for a conference and chose this hotel because of the proximity to my conference. I definitely got more than I expected. Clean rooms and bathrooms, breakfast each morning including waffles, and the staff was very friendly.
