The rooms were very clean.The hotel had very modern decor and the rooms were nice and bright.The bed was extremely comfortable.The continental breakfast consisted of eggs,hashbrowns,sausage,toast,bagels,instant oatmeal,yogurt,waffles,cereal,muffins,coffee,juice, milk,tea,hot chocolate.ITwas agood buy with the extensive breakfast.

We have had to stay in the Rochester area several times recently. The last hotel we stayed in a block away from St. Mary's Hospital was old & nasty. This hotel is new(er) with nice decor. The room was a studio with a king size bed. They were pretty full so we ended up with the handicapped room, which was obviously larger than the other rooms, but I'm […] guessing the other rooms were nice-sized as well. The room/kitchen area/bathroom appeared to be clean & the bedding was crisp white (the only way bedding should be at a hotel in my opinion!) I'm very very sensitive to smell and I did notice a hint of a woman's perfume on one of the pillows, which made me question if it had been washed, but I threw that on the floor and rested fine in the comfy bed. The rooms offer a DVD player which is a nice option to have available after being at the hospital all day. They also offer a breakfast in the morning that consisted of the usual scrambled eggs/sausage in the warming tray, along with assorted cereals, muffins, coffee, juice. It would've been nice to have some fresh fruit on the line (banana, apple, orange) and perhaps some yogurt for those of us 'on the go'. The coffee was just ok - I've had much better at other hotels. But, we didn't pick the hotel for their breakfast, we picked it for the newer decor, comfort & location. This is only 3 miles away from the clinic AND it's out of the traffic of downtown Rochester. It also has decent restaurants/shopping within a few blocks! If we have to stay in a hotel (not my fave thing to do - ever), this is a perfect place for us! This is the hotel we will be staying at every time we have to return to the clinic. Oh, and I almost forgot - the staff at the front desk is ah-mazing! We weren't sure how many days we'd have to stay, so the shift manager (I think?) offered to book us for a couple extra days with the option to cancel without penalty at a discounted rate! "Marriott Towne Place"
Loved decor! Friendly personnel. Little difficult to find hotel due to being off the main road. It was worth it for the rate. Only thing we did notice that was not positive was that hallways were very chilly.

"Great hotel at a good price"
My wife and I had to visit Mayo Clinic for some tests and a doctor consultation. The price of hotels near Mayo were ridiculous. We chose this hotel because it seemed to be nice and a lot cheaper than the hotels that were closer to Mayo. We were not disappointed. The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly, and pool and hot tube were great, […] and the fitness room was well-equipped and high-quality. Just one block away were some restaurants, including Appleby's, there was a Target. The only thing we would have enjoyed was a lounge that served wine at the hotel but we survived without it. :) The room had a kitchen with a refrigerator and stove. It's only 3 1/2 miles from Mayo, and traffic wasn't bad at all -- we got there very quickly with no problems. We both highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Lisätietoja

I loved staying here, although it was for a just one night it was nice. The staff was very friendly and had a crib ready for my son. The only problem was the bed for myself, the mattress was really stiff. But I dealt with it for one night so it was okay. Great hotel and I would recommend it to everyone.
