Staybridge Suites Orlando South - Orlando

I stayed in a one bedroom suite that was very clean and comfortable. The suite was bright, spacious and cheery and the front desk staff helpful and courteous. Very convenient to the airport. I will stay here again when in Orlando.

Our stay was average. I was a little disappointed considering the great reviews (which led me to book here). In a positive light, the hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. However, we had a number of maintenance issues with our room and had to be moved to another room, only to find additional problems in the second room. The breakfast was fresh […] and they offered a good selection, but after 4 days, the selection got very boring. Not having our room fully cleaned daily was also a surprise. Light cleaning is offered Mondays to Fridays (which literally means making up the beds and throwing out the trash). If you want a clean tub every day or a clean kitchen, you must request that in advance (what they call a full service). I am not sure whether we will return or not. Lisätietoja

Lots of room ! Two bedrooms, one with king bed and one with two queens. Plus, a pull out couch ! We had 5 adults, and three kids, plus a dog !!Very clean, well maintained. The breakfast was great, too, and the free ride back to the airport was a plus.

Comfortable stay with a delightful breakfast buffet!

Stayed here the night before our cruise. Overall the hotel was good and clean. We were on an upper floor and the water pressure was pretty poor. Shuttle to the cruise prot comes to the hotel but is not free.

Staff were really helpful and arranged transport etc Will use again.

We only stayed one night, the last of our roundtrip in Florida. It was perfect for the purpose of staying close to the airport in a comfortable environment. Less than 10 minutes drive to the rental car return site at the airport.

Clean, friendly staff, great space. Very convenient to airport. Well worth the few extra dollars. We are a family of 5 and even had 2 adults join us. Plenty of space !! The breakfast buffet (complimentary) and the free ride to the airport were a plus !! Highly recommended.

I had never stayed at one of these hotels before. I was very surprised to see it is very close to the quality of an Embassy suites at a better price. he staff was ultra nice, the room was great. It was a very quiet hotel. The breakfast buffet was awesome.What else I can say? I highly recommend it.

We stayed in this hotel the last day of our vacation in Florida. It was ok given its close airport location. It only took 10 min by car to reach the airport. I would not recommend this hotel for a longer stay.

We stay here April 2, 2012 - April 5, 2012. The hotel itself is nice but it's kinda far from the parks. When we got there check in was easy. We then got to our room and it kinda smelled and the air was not working so i went down to the front desk and told them and with it being late there was no maintenance on the clock so she called other hotels and […] tried to get someone to look at our a/c unit but unforttenately there was no one. She said she could give us another room for the night but we didn't want to move everything from one room to the next and then back to our original room the next day so we just stayed in our room. The next day the maintenance guy came and fixed the a/c while we were at Sea World Awesome Place and when we returned come to find out that the smell was gone and i felt better about staying there. The hotel was very close to the airport which is what I was looking for and the 24 hour shuttle service was very helpful. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time to get through security quickly and arrive at our Gate with plenty of time to spare. The Suite was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Had a great stay 4/2 - 4/5. The pool was out due to a storm prior to our arrival, but that was alright since we were at the ocean most of the time. The staff was polite and took care of anything we needed in a timely manner. I would recommend the hotel and will stay with them again.

The room was very clean and the location is just outside the airport which makes it very convenient. But the pool area was extremely disappointing. Both the pool and hot tub were green and filled with bugs and other dirt. The water was stagnate with no filter running in either. We had a good experience with this hotel. We travel alot and NEVER have a comfy bed. We slept really sound for the first time in a HOTEL. The walls are sound proof and beds are great. We had everything we needed in the room and plenty of space (felt like home). Would stay there again if we were extending stay. Only problem was their internet was not […] up to date. Excellent hotel and great value

The personal were extremely helpful and considerate of my needs. They made my stay comfortable and welcoming. The hotel is clean and within easy access to the airport and local attractions. I will recommend my friends to stay with them.

The Staybridge suites is a wonderful place to stay. Close to the airport and other attractions. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. My daughter loves the waffles.

This hotel was perfect for a family meet-up for our son's graduation. The two room suite provided ample accommodation for my husband and I plus our two adult children.Reception staff was friendly and helpful and the surrounding landscaping provided a pleasant jogging route. A gym open 24 hours was a pleasant bonus. The complimentary buffet breakfast […] was above average. This was my first experience with this chain and I would actively seek them out in the future. I arrived after a long flight from South East Asia and would have welcomed the hotel shuttle. But no one at ground transportation had the number and my paperwork didn't show it either. I learned that the days of picking up a phone at one of those hotel displays at the airport are over - reception told me it costs an obscene amount to be listed there! The room was clean and breakfast was great. Only negative is I was put in a handicap accessible room which means the bathroom had no sink surface space to get ready on so I had to store toiletries on the top of the toilet. Would have liked to been given the option to not have that room since others were open.

I love these hotels and am never disappointed with the quality of service i receive when staying in them. My only complaint relates to all three Staybridge hotels at which i have stayed, and the complaint is that the air conditioning is incredibly loud when it comes on in the bedrooms. Generally quite clean, but did find ibuprophen tablet on floor by base of bed. Housekeeping should make sure to clean along baseboards of bed platforms. Generally nice suite. Great location, about 5 min. from airport with lots of nice restaurants very close by. One thing, I had an early morning flight leaving on Saturday, and I had counted on the free […] breakfast which was touted on their advertising. However, upon checking in, I found out that on weekends, breakfast was not served until 7:30AM. No free breakfast for me then, which I had counted on to make the price more of a bargain. Lisätietoja

Good value for someone wishing to stay near the airport prior to an early morning flight. Friendly staff and prompt shuttle service to and from the airport.

Nice rooms but a/c wasnt really doing much. Also my reservation was for a king size bed with jetted bath tub but gave me a 2 bed with a regular bath preety disappointing.

We were staying at a crappy hotel on international drive to be close to all of the sights. The night before our flight we stayed here to be close to the airport. The airport shuttle was very quick and was very easy to setup. The room that we stayed in had a fridge, stove, a couple of television sets, etc which would have been nice for the rest of the […] trip. My only complaint is that the only thing it's close to is the airport. Universal, Disney, etc are all very far away. The staff was very accomodating and the room was wonderful. IF we were to stay in Orlando for a longer period, I would still stay here.

We are so pleased with this hotel, excellent customer service and very polite. Very clean and organized. We are planning our next trip and would love to stay here again.

This was a nice hotel. Near the airport and clean and nice staff. The only problem, but it is a big problem, is that when we tried to get the phone number to contact the front desk while we were away from the hotel, they were not listed with information and when we called the Staybridge that was listed they had no records of the hotel by the airport […] being there or affiliated with Staybridge. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who needs to stay near the airport but make sure you have a working phone number for the front desk as soon as you check in. Lisätietoja

Stay here close enough to everything and away enough from the clutter

I have a friend who frequently stays at Staybridge Hotels when he's away for work. He has told me a number of times "How Nice" these hotels are. Well My boyfriend and I decided to book a room in Orlando. Boy was I AMAZED... This place was FABULOUS!!! It was like being home away from home. ...It was very clean, the suites were very comfy and well decorated, […] the staff was nice, and the breakfast buffet was attractive and delicious! The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the location is great. I would deffinately put this hotel up against any Marriott, Hilton and the like. The only issue I would address, is the maintenance. We noticed some nicks and scratches on a number of the doors along the corridors and a sign in one of the elevators has been damaged. Things like this that go un-noticed or unattended to over time, is what makes such a nice place go downhill over the years. LOVE this Place!!!!!!!!!! Lisätietoja

Very nice looking,friendly front desk ,nice suite with full kitchen. Two HD flat screen tv with lots of channels. Very good wireless internet included in your room, no extra charge Parking included, no extra cost. Breakfast is included until 10 AM. Booked our room at a really good price, so we were wondering exactly what we would get. It was 1 king bedroom with a pull out sofa. Nice size room for our family. We spent more time out than in, but were comfortable while we were there. It was nice and quiet. The hotel defintely shows some age, but seems to be well maintained. We liked the complimentary […] breakfast as well. The only drawback for us was the location from the parks. We had to go through the tolls, which we didn't like. The whole family stayed for three nights at this hotel. My daughter who is a sophisticated girl was satisfied. Personally I can not complain, the room were clean and the beds are comfortable. I recommend anybody to share my good experience at Staybridge Hotel in Orlando.

This is a gem of a family hotel and Standard room can actually sleep 6. Only issue is that there is a single bathroom and the shower fixtures were loose. But for the price cannot beat it other than getting 2 rooms but that is not cost effective.

The stay was great and the shuttle was ideal, convenient and timely. We stayed overnight just to take someone to an early flight. We all thought the accommodations were great. We had three beds and this worked perfectly for our family of four.

Close to airport, friendly staff, clean rooms, prompt airport service. Would definitely stay here again.
