We were quite pleased that after traveling for a while with 3 children that they offered a get to know your guest social. It was great pleace to stay and knowing that you had a little drive to the metro did not make the day seem as long and drawn out.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and think it is adequate, but I was really bothered this time by seeing a dead bug on one of the plates in a stack of plates which guests would use for breakfast.the dining area; I took it into the kitchen and showed the kitchen staff who seemed somewhat ambivalent to the situation. I also (before I saw the bug) […] asked the front desk clerk to make a reservation for me for a stay the following week. I stayed in this hotel overnight for a business trip and loved it. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast bar included with the stay was also very nice. I honestly left wishing I had more nights to stay!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I've been to the Hyatt several times in the past when it was called Hyatt Place. This was my 1st time visiting since it has changed to Hyatt House. This visit started by the front desk rep denying me points towards my Hyatt Rewards program bc I booked through Hotels.com(this was never the case in the past). They put me in a room on the 1st floor and […] I didnt think much of it. The room was very cold, so attempted to turn the heat up and checked the windows. The windows were unlocked and 1 was opened. I tried to call the front desk, but found that the phone didnt work! By this time, 45 mins had past & the heat never came on. When we went to the front desk to request a new room, their response was "we can fix the heat, you've been in the room too long to switch." First I was greeted with a horrible smell on my floor (2nd) the moment I exited the elevator. I don't even want to mention what it smelled like (let's just say there may have been a few too many dangerous liaisons...). I then entered my room, which seemed nice at first glance; however, at second glance I noticed the counters in the kitchen were filthy, […] the bathroom floor and the tub were dirty and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. Also, the breakfast was cold and unappealing. Apparently they were doing some renovations in the lobby, so breakfast was served in a conference room (it would have been nice to have been told by the inattentive staff). The eggs and sausage were placed in trays with no warmers! They had a microwave available in which we could warm our food but, really, were they serious??? This place was horrible! We stayed at this hotel for a girls night out. We had a Two bedroom suite with one king in each bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. One tub one shower. There was a pull out sofa as well. The front desk girl wasn't very friendly. Most hotels in the area have friendly check in staff which makes you feel nice after a long flight or long drive. Our room was on the first floor and was ready when we checked in. We had the fireplace which was a nice touch. We went to outback for carry out which was very close. When we got back we wanted to heat up the bread from our order. We reached for a pirex dish and to our dismay there was a chunk of some food crusted in the pan. Then we needed forks...there was a sticky substance on the forks. There was a balled up tissue on the bathroom floor in one of the bedrooms when we arrived. The continental breakfast was biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were cold and hard. The gravy was hot. There were eggs and sausage as well. The eggs were good and the sausage was cold. There is a microwave but just didn't want to heat up breakfast. So we went to a bagel shop that was about 4 mins away. This hotel is very close to Dullas airport and DSW shoe store, Reston Town Center as well. Overall this hotel is fine. The dishes can be washed and should be washed anyways before use. The room was quiet for being on the first floor in the main section of the hotel. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room is like an apartment and can easily be used for extended stay purposes. Overall I would stay there again. Just wouldn't join them for breakfast and would run the dishwasher before we plan on eating. Lisätietoja

This hotel boasts an incredible facility, phenomenal staff and great add ons. The staff: Hotels.com did not get my information to the hotel. However, upon arrival the hotel staff made me feel welcomed and ran down the issue with only the obligatory involvement on my end (confirm my identity). Normally hotels give you a stigma for booking online- not […] here. I was made to feel exceptionally welcome. It was as if they needed my patronage, even though the hotel was obviously busy and popular. Furthermore, every interaction I had with the staff be it cleaning or the breakfast staff was noteworthy and enjoyable. The Room: This is the best equipped extended stay or suite style I have stayed in remotely near this price range. The room felt posh and has a great flow between the kitchen, sitting area, bed area and bathroom. The Services: The hotel obviously tries to make its guests feel at home. Monday - Thursday is a complimentary happy hour with snacks and free drinks (alcohol included). Every morning has decent buffet breakfast with your typical cereal, toast, yogurt in addition to eggs sausage, friend potatoes, pancakes and fruit. Overall, I had a great stay and I'll make this my primary stay. I did note that it was noticably less expensive to book through hotels.com than the hotel directly. I always check in case they are close since hotels tend to treat you better if you come through their own booking. Regardless, not an issue here. Lisätietoja

The Hyatt Summerfield Suites was a great place to stay and was very reasonably priced. The kitchen facility in my suite plus the continental breakfast made eating in a plus because it allowed me to save time and money. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful, pleasant, and concerned about our comfort. A shuttle to and from the airport […] was also a nice perk. Well worth the money. Not only was the hotel located close to the Towne Center where we had meetings to attend, it was clean, welcoming and open to our dogs.

The hotel was nice The service was pretty good. There was a person at the front desk called Dipesh who was very friendly and cooperative. The rooms were very clean and the housekeepers came every day. A great thing about the hotel is that it provides a shuttle service to any place within 5 miles so there was no need to take a cab to Reston Town Center […] or to the bus stop that goes to West Falls Church metro station. And although I checked out at 12 pm, the hotel provided me with shuttle service at 7 PM to drop off me at Dulles airport. Lisätietoja

Very pleasant staff and kid friendly!!!! Our room and all public areas were extremely clean and orderly!!! Grocery and other stores within a mile. Great complimentary breakfast options. Hotel gym has free weight dumbells in addition to treadmills, and a couple other machines. Paved and unpaved hiking/biking paths nearby, as well as a CrossFit gym. New building in a good area, very large room. There was full kitchen in the room, which is a big plus if you stay more than one night or have small kids. Hot breakfast included (omelet, hash browns, sausages, fruit salad...)

We usually stay at another suites hotel, (Staybridge) when we need a hotel with kitchen facilities, but we tried the Hyatt this time, due to a discounted rate we found online. We were happily surprised at what we got for much less! The hotel staff is incredibly helpful and courteous, and seem to work very hard to keep the hotel in such good shape. The […] buffet breakfast was very good and our kids enjoyed it a lot. The only thing I would add is a waffle maker, kids really enjoy that! We would really have appreciated a little bit more of a delay in check-out. At the other places we stay, they allow us to stay until 2 or 3pm, depending on how full the hotel is. At Hyatt, they told us we had to check out by 1pm because the hotel was booked. Whether you are looking for a place near the airport if you are visiting, or if you are looking for a place for a nice weekend getaway if you live in DC, its a great place to stay Perhaps one of the best features, other than the rooms themselves is the HOT breakfast served at the hotel, and the appetizers and free BEER...if you are into beer...that […] is served in the hotels dining lounge every morning, and weekday nights. Its my go to place for out of town guests that are flying into Dulles Airport AND if they have or are renting a car. If you do not have transportation, and you plan to do things in or close to DC the city, you might want to look for a place a little closer in as this hotel is about 25 miles from DC's center. The hotel was very comfortable! The staff are great, and they make every effort to make your stay wonderful! The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is situated close to shops and restaurants which is convenient. we did have complimentary breakfast which was good, also the hotel does provide free Wifi too.

Nice place to stay.. Everything perfect.. Well except the mattress.. May be coil spring mattress are never meant to be comfy.. But overall,, much better better than expected..

This is s jewel. Excellent service and rooms were wonderful and spacious. They keep the grounds in excellent condition and it is a pet friendly hotel.

We stayed for 9 nights and the whole experience was excellent. Hotel staff were very friendly on arrival and helpful thoroughout our stay. We were particularly impressed with the breakfasts each morning which had a great selection of both hot and cold options. Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Our suite was lovely with all our needs met. It was very affordable and only a about a mile from Reston Town Center. The only negative was that the staff did not seem very friendly, and the clerk who checked us out was a bit rude.

The hotel itself is in great shape and is very comfortable, but's it had two glaring problems. #1 - At 2:50am, the fire alarm went off and kept going till around 4:15am. Someone was overheard saying "It's the fire alarm again." Apparently, they had neglected to get the problem fixed previously. Obviously the night was a disaster. #2 - The management's […] response to the event was awful. First, I shouldn't have to hunt them down to find out what they were going to do for those of us who had our night ruined. They should have had a response immediately and contacted all of us who stayed that night. Second, points in the hotel program equivalent to half a night's stay is NOT an appropriate response. The hotel had a real opportunity to show themselves to be truly responsive. I've had very good experiences in similar situations at Hilton and Sheraton. Unfortunately, Hyatt dropped the ball big time. There are plenty of choices of where to stay. I will avoid Hyatt in the future, and I will never go back to this place. Lisätietoja

We had to find a place to stay while construction was going on at our house and we could not have found a better place. Everything was perfect from the room to the location. The kids enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning and the appetizer bar in the evenings. Plus, the hotel is pet friendly and our dog Tucker had a blast as well!

The hotel was really clean. The room was amazing and was perfect for my stay. The staff were very nice kind. I would recommend this place to anybody.
