I was very disappointed this time. The room was dirty shower had a lot of hair, bathroom floor very dirty. Room did not smell clean.

This hotel was comfortable and clean. Exactly what was expected.

The bathroom in the room could've been cleaner. Found hair still in there that did not belong to my companion or I. Not enough pillows on the bed. Their were only two that were not very comfortable, so we had to request two more. Customer Service was very helpful and friendly, they made sure that we had everything we needed doing our stay, and we were greatful. My husband and I have to sleep with our heads elevated becasue of heath issues, we asket the Desk Clerk for more pillows and right away we received them. The room was sooo clean and beautiful, we are looking forward to […] visiting there again, it was one of the best that we have experienced. We rate them and the hotel a 5 Stars hotel. After driving 5 hours, I needed to refresh and head to an important meeting at 7:00 pm. I arrived at the hotel at 6:00pm, I was informed that my room was not ready. I was told I could check in and come back after about an hour to gain access to my room. I needed my room ASAP to make it to my meeting on time. The front desk was helpful as they could […] be and put me in a smoking room. The room had a lingering cigarette odor and was musty. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The counter top was pealing up, the AC/Heater needed repair, the bed was like a pool table, no shampoo, "creepy" feeling in the room, no drinking cups, bathroom sink would not drain, microwave was dirty, dirty bathroom floor. The area the hotel is located in is nice.

OUR STAY AT THE HOME AT THE HOMESTEAD STUDIO SUITES IN HORHSAM WA VERY PLESANT MY FIRST TIME USING IT THE ROOM WERE CLEAN AND IT WAS VERY QUIET I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN IF I HAVE TO GO BACK PHILLA,PA THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL I COULD GET ON THE 611 AND GO WHERE I WANTED TO GO IN PHILADELPHIA. THANKS TO THE STAFF.

This is an excellent place to stay, comfortable and affordable!

The only complaint would be I could have used a fluffier pillow.

I stay at hotels quite often and this one was in excellent shape. The bed was a King, and was very comfortable, the tv worked, and the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. The Clerk had canceled my room even thoughit was paid for but she corrected it quickly and was nice. Dishes were not very clean.

So I arrive at the hotel at 11:30pm. The hotel is locked and the lights are off at the front desk. The phone provides instructions for contacting someone and it doesn't work. I tried half a dozen times. Finally a guest comes down to get change from the front desk and opens the door for me. After several minutes, someone finally shows up. The guy in […] front of me asks for change for the vending machines. The front office person says they have no change because the cash box is locked up after 11pm. He suggests the guy goes to the 'local' grocery store!! What? Is this a hotel? I check in and ask the front office person where I could get something to eat or drink. The answer? "I don't know". Literally, "I don't know". I ask if I were to leave the hotel and right or left, which was more likely to land me in a place. The answer: "I don't know". I ask how he gets to work and when he's driving does he see anything that might lead me to get ANYTHING to eat. The answer: "I just drive straight here; I don't know". Believe the bad reviews! Dirty, uncomfortable beds, scratchy towels and paper thin walls. We only were staying for a night and thank God that was all!!

Bathroom floor was sticky and tub had hair in it. Rug wasn't vacuumed. Linens were changed, as well as garbage cans and amenities. I bring Lysol, bags for tv remote and hotel 'kits' no matter where I stay. Recommend w/ warnings.

I wasn't really paying attention when I booked and thought it was a Homewood Suites. I was surprised when I pulled up and saw the Homestead Studio Suites sign. I was a little disappointed that it was kind of an extended stay stay kind of place, but it turned out to be fine. Clean, comfortable room, no complaints.

This hotel is really geared to long term stays. It's a good value for the price and they were sold out the day I was there so the staff was running hard. They are very welcoming, but I didn't expect no shampoo in the rooms (standard hotel amenities are absent). There is a nice park across the street for running or biking.

The staff was very helpful and courteous but the kitchen drawers had crumbs in them and the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The linens were clean but bare thin and a bit worn and the mattresses were hard as cardboard which made for a less than comfortable nights sleep. The location was close to everything and there were some good shopping […] near by. The pet fee was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. We had a good stay! The Hotel was clean and comfortable. The associate at check in was very friendly and efficient. The cost was considerably less then others in the area and there are several nice restuarants in the immediate area. Also close to a shopping center with all the "must haves" while traveling.

The hotel was a horrible waste of money, we would have left if we could have gotten money back. Hotel was dirty and dated and staff unhelpful, building old and broken. There was 7am power washing right outside our window, then came back to window taped up and sealed from outside. Booked and reserved a crib, no crib was available....as they don't have […] cribs to reserve....''they don't have any to reserve but if a previous guest leaves one behind they've let people use it''!!!!!! That was said to us when we asked. You can stay in the area for the same money and get a far better value...and clean room. the room had no seperate sleeping room or living area, it was a bedroom with a chair. gross and outdated

I am very much satisfied with my stay! The front desk staff felt like family. Although there were a noisy group that came there at a late night and someone walking and stamping hard on the floor, I will return again

This chain of hotels bills itself as extended stay, but it's not suitable for anyone who really wants to save money by cooking your own meals. The kitchen has some dishes and utensils for eating, but practically no cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc., and no supplies for washing dishes. There was no daily room service at this hotel unless you spent 7 days or more. I did not know this until my last day here when I finally asked for more towels and soap and was advised of this policy. This is a very basic hotel, really meant for extended stays on a budget. The front desk is not staffed 24/7 like a hotel. The room was plain but clean enough. We did not need the kitchen area but for anyone needing one, it was adequate and clean. Having just stayed at Country Inn Suites, this was the opposite of that warm, fuzzy experience. No rocking […] chairs on the porch, welcoming lobby, cheerful staff or coffee and snacks to greet you. Booking last minute for our Willow Grove/Philadelphia stay, our usual hotels were booked. The hotel was fine, clean and a good value for the money, and the staff was very friendly. However, we were not alerted that there would be no amenities in the room nor extra pillows and that we had to go downstairs to obtain these items. By the time we went downstairs, the first night, to ask for pillows, the front desk was "closed" and we had no idea […] we could have phoned from the room and someone would've answered, so we slept with one very thin pillow each. Did not expect the greatest quality as I have stayed at this hotel in the past and always bring my own disinfectant. Upon checking in, we found urine on the toilet seat!!! Needless to say I was beyond disgusted and won't be returning to this hotel.

I woke up in the middle of the night and found 4 roches on the wall behind the TV, I killed them and called the front desk, I informed the manager and front desk person but their attitude was matter of fact.

The room wasn't too bad, but some of the carpet needed replaced, as there were stains on it and it was starting to come up. The bathroom door didn't always shut all the way and the heater smelled like something was burning in it (this is the second time this has happened). The room size and the features you get (stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc...puts […] this hotel ahead of most). Cheapest room in the area for your money. Needs freshened up, there are better options in the area at the same price

Extended stay hotels have a full kitchen but don't expect any type of room service or anyone on staff outside of business hours or maid service. But it is a very nice place to stay if you don't need these other amenities.

However, the location is really great... I won't place a total dermit against the property [it's just that a worker did not satisfactorily complete a task that made my arrival quite unpleasant].

Only problem I had was the billing - got billed even though I prepaid through this site. It was immediately rectified though. Staff was VERY accommodating and that should count for something. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. No walking distance food or beer though.

This hotel was very comfortable. It was very affordable. We only stayed at night. We were visiting Sesame Place for the weekend. It is about a 15-20 minute drive. The only problem encountered was we were on the 2nd floor and the smoking rooms are on the 3rd floor. We could smell smoke heavily in the bathroom and entrance walkway to our room.
