The "Free Internet" did not work and the availalbe IT tech support person was of no help and was only guessing at what the problem may have been.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel and it was perfect for a one night stay. During our first few hours were followed by various interruptions from hotel staff thinking out room was supposed to be cleaned. But besides that it was perfect for our one night.

however after my friend stayed over night for one day, he smelled like a smoker!@ and then i asked how was the sleep--and i get the reply that next door was sort of playing musician instrument while after that, the refridgerateor started with a large sound... i really did not expected all those, specially he just stayed for one night. the other thing […] i would like to know is why the check out time which usually suppose to be 12:00pm - 2:00pm shifted into 11:00am???? also, if it's fixed then fine, the clients already knew that--do you really have to knocking the door around 9:00am to wake up the client??!!! I have stayed here 3 times and the rooms always appear clean, but have odors that are definitely noticeable once you leave. They remain in your clothing.

My non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray and had cigarette burns all over the countertops. When I went to close the window curtains, the rod came out of the wall. I was also told that if I wanted maid service that there would be a CHARGE!!! Elevator?? None. Parking?? Good luck after 9:00PM...you will walk quite a distance to your room. I needed soap […] and had to go to the office to get it since no maid. No one a desk. Dialed "0" for assistance, NO ANSWER. Called main number on my cell, got man who works/lives there and waited another 10 mins. for him to come to front desk This was at 9 P.M. Used same towel all 5 days of my stay. Lots of traffic in and out of other rooms. PAY AN EXTRA $10 AND STAY AT MARRIOTT COURTYARD IN CHANTILLY!! This place is NASTY................ Lisätietoja

Reasonable for the price in the area

Staff members are friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The facility is clean and well maintained. Easy access to highway. Good value for the money.

The staff and room were fine for me. I had to change Plans last minute, and they handled my situation gracefully. No elevator to second floor , so they gave me a handicap room. Would stay there again, as long as I can get a room on first floor.

This hotel was an adequate value for the price. The room was clean and the kitchen appliances were clean and in good working order. The exterior areas of the hotel (stairways and halls) had trash on the ground and were not well maintained. This hotel is not what it seems when you research it. We got to our nonsmoking room it smelled like a smoker just left, we had to switch rooms. Next room was nasty, hair everywhere even plastered to the walls in the bathroom. We wouldn't let our kids on the floor. Hair was all over couch and bed.We took our dog with us and this hotel wasn't up to par […] for a house pet. It was too filthy and nasty. Why put people in nasty rooms when traveling with pets!! Our house pets aren't nasty! Our poor dog refused to sit on the couch. Not a good hotel, not worth all that money, you think the more you pay the better the hotel.....not this time...stay by the airport, they have better cleaner cheaper hotels. I HAD A COMPLAINT TO THE FRONT DESK OF MY AIR CONDITIONING UNIT NOT BEING COLD ENOUGH. MR. ALAN M. DID OFFER TO SWITCH INTO ANOTHER ROOM THAT YOU COULD NOT ADJUST THE THERMOSTAT LESS THAN 69 DEGREES.IT WAS 100 DEGREES WEATHER OUTSIDE YET MY ROOM WS NOT COLD ENOUGH.THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND CONSIDERATION.

No one's at the front desk at night....

The kitchenette area was dingy and the bathroom tub area had a little mold. The pillows on the bed were uncomfortable (I'm a back sleeper). The channel selection on TV was slim (very basic cable). On a good note, the ac system worked very well considering we were in a 3digit heat wave.

For the price it was a really worth it..the rooms were pretty clean...hotel seems to be in a safe location with secure parking...lot of guest the parking lot was pretty full but had enough parking to get one close to my room...for there at 4am (really late check in) and they were totally O.K with it and nice.

The hotel was relatively newly renovated. For the price, having a kitchen was a benefit. The counter for food and stove surface was not clean when we got there. Gross. I still would recommend it for the price because it had a kitchen.

This is a adequate room for two for an inexpensive stay. My time was one day. It is 2 blocks from major fast food and short drive to department store and other eatery.

Room was good. Bed was a bit worn out.

The only issue I had is that it didn't look like the cutting board was moved in a while. Other than that the room was wonderful

I've seen Motel 6's and Super 8's better than this place. Extended Stay hotels should review this motel and make changes. I give this motel 1 star just for location and being barely within the D.C. metro area. And that's generous. I knew something was wrong when I pulled up and saw a sea of trailers, RVs and electric power company trucks. It felt like […] a campground or a construction site, not a motel. City contractors must be getting a long-term rate there with so many trucks on property. Then there were the abandoned vehicles on-site. Right next to my car in front of the motel was an SUV with a blown-out side window and back tire. Leaves collecting on it signaled that this vehicle had been there since the last winter (i.e. at least six months). No effort had been made to tow the vehicle. Lighting is horrible so I would not want to walk around at night. Shared Wifi was extra which is ridiculous considering cost of room, and even shared wifi means bad internet service because everyone is on it. Dedicated wifi for yourself in your room was even more expensive. Note that most D.C. motels and hotels do this to squeeze extra dollars from tourists and convention attendees. No supplies like shampoo in rooms, it was only at the front desk after you realized you were in the shower and there was no shampoo. Nothing was said about this at front desk when checked in. No maid service (unless you want to have that at an extra $5 or $10 a day). Nothing was said about this at front desk when checked in. Great location and price for staying overnight for a show at Jiffy Lube Live/Nisssan Pavillion. Would reccomend.

Despite other reviews of this hotel, it was actually very clean and safe with courteous staff. They even called me after I checked in to make sure everything was okay. The room smelled a bit stale as we walked in, but that passed and the kitchenette came in very handy.

This hotel was comparable to what I am use to but the mattress in our room was quite firm. I'm a lightweight so it usually doesn't matter to me but this mattress was really firm to me. I only had one pillow and my head sank practically to the mattress!

I reserved one night in a non-smoking queen room. The bed was a full and the room had clearly been smoked in. It was an OK hotel/room for one night for the price in that area.

WATER ON BATHROOM FLOOR UPON CHECK IN LAMP AND TV DID NOT WORK STAINS ON BEDSHEETS BROKEN BATHROOM SINK

I booked this hotel for officers attending a local SWAT training. The rooms were dirty and there was mold in the rooms, a "ram" mark on the door (from a previous forced entry by a SWAT team executing a search warrant) and the hotel was removing the carpet from a room two doors down where someone had been shot.
