It took a bit to check in, but the poor gal was swamped. When we got to the room I was impressed by the kitchenette and the cute little dining area. The bed however was uncomfortable and the two pillows on the bed looked comfortable but flattened down considerably when you laid on them. Enjoyed my stay. We loved the new TV's.

Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Room was average size and clean. Kitchen area well stocked and convienient. Towels were abrasive and stiff. Beds were as hard as granite and very squeeky. Should have brought our own pillows. We we in town for an event and only stayed 1 night, so for the price, this hotel was suitable.

No food but very comfortable and quiet

My family of 4 were comfortable in the King size bed with sleeper sofa. Great floor plan. We also brought our mini shnauzer and he was comfortable as well. Great for going to Knott;s, Disneyland, or going to Belmont Shore or Huntington Beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. Nothing but good to say about our stay. We will be back.. Gerry

One of the friendliest and cleanest extended stay hotel I'd stay in for a long time. Staff are there to help at any time. Well recommended.

This is a hotel we have stayed in on several occassions. This time, the bed was hard. The linens were so old, the elastic around the edge of the bottom sheet no longer holds. The pillows were awful and only 2 in the room. The bedspread had cigarette burn holds in it. This was suppose to be a smoke free room, which it appeared to be. So, why did the […] spread have holes? Basic, clean hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good value for the price.

Typical Homewood Suites. The carpets were a little dirty, but overall a good value.

It was just ok. Room was average. No shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. But close to disneyland.

This place is just what I need, but the air in the plumbing lines and the proximity of the laundry facility to the guest rooms made for many very sleepless and noisy nights

My soul reason for not recommending this hotel was that my husband flew in for a funeral and were late in arriving at the hotel. I had requested a non-smoking room, but we received a smoking one. They had the air conditioning unit blowing full blast with the window open and the bathroom fan going as well. As it was late, there were no non-smoking rooms […] available. We had to leave early for the funeral the next day and did not get time to change our room and move out stuff first. We left the room with everything going all night and day. We did not realize that we had to bring out dirty towels down to the main desk every day to receive clean ones - that was inconvenient. There is no cleaning of room until 7 days, so we had to empty our trash as well. I chose a hotel with interior entrances as I felt it would be safer than those with exterior ones. However, the hallways and elevators reeked of smoke, which I was afraid was going to get into our clothes (we had to fly to another location after this one). I would not take that chance again, I'm afraid. Both desk clerks we encountered were friendly, and we did like the full refrigerator and freezer. Perhaps if we had our kids and were staying longer I might risk this hotel again, but I'll look elsewhere for a shorter stay next time. Lisätietoja

I was very happy with the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and for me it was in a very good location. There were a few resturants within a 2-3 minute walk and overall I was quite pleased with my stay. I would recommend this hotel to others.

one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. all the drains were backed up with egg still in the sink. loud banging noise ,the staff denied there was a noise.finally after going to the front desk we were moved to a new room with the same problem ,backed up drains! rude staff , would not recommend to anyone for any reason.

Yes, the location is good and the price is right. However, the bed was not comfortable, and we booked a non-smoking room but the room stank of smoke. There were no rooms to switch to because the place was fully booked. My face and nose itched all night from allergies to the smoke. The morning receptionist admitted to me that the room was actually a […] smoking room and apologized but didn't offer any compensation. I was looking for a place to stay to attend my cousins wedding at last minute and i hoped on hotels.com and found Homestead at a reasonable price and I was happy with my stay. The hotel was cleaned when I arrived. The area was quiet and safe. I highly recommend it.

For the price the hotel was well Kept, the rooms are clean, the location is great and the staff was friendly.

In my honest opinion the rooms were great. I really enjoyed the size of the bathrooms, however the young lady that worked in check-in was very rude and did not seem very welcoming. She did not attempt to sell us on another night. Due to that I would never stay there again and would recommend my family and friends, especially when going to disneyland […] not to stay there. Stayed just one night here. Hotel is located near many restaurants, and stores. About 10 minutes drive to Disneyland. One thing I did not like was that our room was located on the first floor with our window looking out onto the parking lot. We couldn't really open our blinds or window, because anyone walking by our window could see into our room. Room […] had kitchen, refrigerator, stove, and big clean bathroom. TV was not flat. Bed was comfy enough, but the bedspread looked old and tacky. No trash can in the entire room, so any trash had to be taken out. Overall, the hotel was a comfortable stay for a very reasonable price. I give them an overall rating of 5, because I had left my eyeglasses in the room after checking out and they were nice enough to put it in a safe place. Good experience overall, the only but is that the bed it's a little noisy (screeches) with a little movement, but nothing I will say interrupted my sleep. Fair Price, quiet, big kitchenette. Clean Bathroom.

This hotel is clean and definitely worth the price. The surrounding hotels are at least 50% more. The only thing this room doesn't have is a flat screen TV and pay per view movies. Remember to ask for shampoo and other toiletries at the front desk. The only thing they supply without a request is bar soap but other things are available. One of the girls working the front desk was very rude for no reason. The room was dirty, had stains and had items missing.

everything was very pleasant. we did recomend another co-worker to stay where we stayed and they also had all good things to say about their stay a the hotel and tjanked us for recomending this hotel. even though our company destinatiin changed location we decided to stay at homestead once again because the price is right and the stay there is so wonderful. […] i have recomended several other co-worker to stay there also. we will be staying there every year as long as our event party happens every october. i lked the fact that whatever the room says it comes with it certainly did there was no false information this means alot. The room was clean and i enjoyed my stay. The property was clean and very quiet. Would definetly stay again, as well as recommend it to friends and family .

Room was awesome, but hallways smelled like smoke, Also was missing some utensils in room, It would be nice if they had housekeeping daily but only for stays longer than 1 week. Okay, it was cheap. That's what I was looking for. The room had a kitchen with full-sized fridge, a microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There were a few dishes, absolutely no silverware. Bring some plasticware. The area is surrounded a business complex so it's very quiet at night. I used to live in Orange County and know Cypress, which is a safe city […] and this is one of the safest areas in the city. Parking is free and there is lots of it. You can walk to several restaurants including Chili's, Wendy's, Quiznos and several nice non-corporate ones behind Chili's. Turn right or left on Valley View and within a mile find more restaurants, full-sized grocery stores and many other stores. It's about 7 miles from Disneyland. Don't stay here if you aren't going to rent a car. Because it's so inexpensive there is no housekeeping unless you stay more than 6 days. The bed was cheap and hard, but sleepable. The air conditioning sounded like someone was running a lawnmower through the room. Bring earplugs. The outside door at the back didn't latch automatically. There were blackout curtains but no sheers. They also take dogs, but I just saw them, I didn't hear them. It wasn't a problem for me. Overall, if price is your main concern, this is a cheap, clean, safe, convenient hotel. If you are fussy, picky or critical, don't stay here. It's utilitarian, not a luxurious stay at a hotel. Excellent staff!! Especially April Very clean rooms and very pleasant surroundings. Close and walking distance to Fed Ex Office, Starbucks, food, an excellent variety of restaurants within walking distance, and grocery stores. Hallways, Stairs and elevators very clean too. Nicely kept grounds.

Excellant Staff, Rooms, Location and clean good working stove and refrige -everything you would need when away from home.

Great parking, comfortable rooms, friendly staff!

You get what you paid for. Room is very aged but spacious and comes with a full kitchen. Hallways smell of smoke. No cleaning services if staying less than 5 days. Spent the night here for Disneyland so we were out the whole day. Bed not so comfy but as said above, perfect if you just need a place to sleep.

Needs pest control.
