Erityispisteet: kahvia ja teetä tarjolla koko päivän. Gluteeniton ruokavalio huomioitiin, gluteenitonta leipää jäätiin kaipaamaan. Jääkaappi huoneessa erittäin tarpeelinen ja mukavuustasoa kohottava. Kaiken kaikkiaan erittäin onnistunut hotellikäynti.

We booked St. Regis because of the good reviews, amenities and location. Overall we were very pleased to all what hotel offered. Here are some pros and cons: Pros: - Superb location. Walking distance everywhere in downtown area, Chinatown(15min), Stanley park(20min), seafront(5min), Granville Island(30min), skytrain to YVR(10min with baggages, this option to YVR is very convenient and cheap. At weekends with fare saver tickets only 2,10) - Great staff, especially the younger man who has studied in Europe (can't remember the name). Very polite and eager to help. - Free WiFi is in my opinion a must nowadays. And in this hotel, it worked smoothly. - Free long distance calls. As we live in Europe this was an excellent bonus to us. - Room (King executive) was nice and kept clean. As we read before the trip, the room might be noisy, if it is located to street, but we found it none distracting. Though our room was in 3rd floor, but still, located to Dunsmuir street. It was somehow nice to be able to watch nightlife from window just before getting to asleep. - Bed was superb excellent! I tend to have bad back, but this bed didn't cause any harm to it, quite opposite. - Checkin and checkout were undetectable. Cons: - No handshower, only shower that was mounted to wall - Breakfast service at weekends. We had four weekend mornings and three of them were lousy. Especially one of them. We got service after 20min waiting, then we got some coffee and juice and made our order. When dishes arrived, they were totally mixed up, we didn't get what we ordered, not even the second try... BUT, place were very crowded, stuff busy and weekdays worked smoothly.

Halusin vain yöpyä pitkän lenneon jälkeen ja palata kentälle aikaisin aamulla. Siihen hotelli on mainio. Erityisen hyvä palvelu aamupalalla heti klo 6:00. Arvostin ilmaisia lentokenttäkuljetuksia ison matkatavarani kanssa. Sain kuljetuksen yksin kentälle aamulla toivomaani aikaan.

The hotel was great. Clean and neat. Staff friendly and helpful. The only thing we didin't like is the view - overlooking the wall, and meeting/conference rooms (at the 2nd floor) all around us. It was quite noisy. Will go back again - only to different floor.

My family of four very much enjoyed our stay at the Listel. The desk staff was uniformly friendly and helpful, offering good advice on directions and places to eat. Room was comfortable and clean. The original artwork throughout the hotel is a nice touch. Definitely where we'll stay next time we're in Vancouver.

Travelling for business, solo, I found my stay at the Listel Hotel very comfortable. Staff were helpful and accommodating, rooms comfortable (tho on the small side) clean and to a good standard. Hotel is in a terrific location in the heart of the shopping district. It is an older hotel, looks like maybe an old Days Inn from the 70s or 80s. It has been updated, but the rooms are ready for another makeover. Carpet was worn, not nearly enough easily accessible power outlets, on off button on tv was broken, and wi fi service was spotty, at best. […] It is about a mile to the convention center, and a very pleasant, safe walk. I only ate one meal in the restaurant because I thought it was pricey, given all the great places around and my general suspicion of food from hotels. Something I didn't know about The Listel Hotel until I walked in is that it is the greenest hotel in Vancouver! I was completely caught by surprise and this fact made me feel a bit better about staying at the hotel. I loved this place; Small hotel feel & they gave me a great room. They had a jazz band playing in the dining room. Close to shops, but a distance from the airport train so take a taxi.if you have bags!

"Downtown Hotel - easy access to Robson St"
The hotel is easy to get to, and access. Its location is within walking distance to the water, and other local must sees. Hotel is pretty clean, and rooms comfortable. The beds are quite comfortable, and very warm. Bathrooms are a little small but functionable. Unfortunately we had some alley construction going on the next morning that woke us up. Not […] too pleasant. The service was really good. The only thing I would recommend is that the bellhop be more assertive on getting the luggage out of the trunk. "Better than expected"
I attended a large science conference, and all the rooms near the convention center were booked. I found the LIstel on the internet, and booked it based on reviews. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I loved my stay there. I stayed on the Museum floor, with art displayed in the hallway. Room was airy, clean, comfortable, and lovely.

We got the hotel for a really reasonable price so it was definitely worth it. We had booked one of the upper floors, but there was only the lower floor available with 2 queen beds (note: specify in comments what bed arrangement you need). The price difference wasn't much, and they still sent us the free room service French Press coffee which was mainly […] why we wanted the upper room. The staff was very accomidating and helpful. "Post VDay Weekend Retreat!"
If you're looking for a romantic weekend, then I definitely recommend booking a suite. The soaking tub was great and the bed was very comfy. The front desk staff and valet were quite friendly and professional. And if you're looking for a yummy dinner go to Sanafir on Granville!!

Really nice, clean hotel that has been nicely renovated. Courteous staff and quick check in. Set up to be convenient for the business traveler, which they accomplish. I got a great deal on the room and it included 2 glasses of wine and an appetizer at O'Douls for a $40 value, which made the deal even more spectacular. Would definitely stay again!

I guess because I got a cheap rate, I got a cheap room. My room was right beside an ice machine and above the Jazz bar. It was noisy till late. The staff at the hotel were great but I would not stay here again.

didn't care for the room. If you're going to have duvets, make them the kind that you can change completely between guest stays. The hallways were dark and the bathroom very dated. There was more light in the separate toilet/tub area than the adjoining sink and counter area and with no lit magnifying mirror, it's difficult for a woman to know what she […] looks like after putting on her makeup!
