Staff very responsive. King room was apartment size with a kitchen essentials and a gas range. Cleanliness was above average. Cons-Room was not as shown. Hotel was not modern. The site should clearly state/show what rooms come with. We would have paid a little more to get what we saw online. Ex., it had a galley kitchen, not as shown. Appliances were old. Felt like we were in an old apartment. Pro's-The hotel felt very safe/secure. Tiny lobby so no one could enter the hotel […] unnoticed. Can't beat the location. Good work out equipment, not clean, though. Might go back if we can figure out how to reserve what is shown online. Very spacious room with balcony that looked over a very nice part of downtown. Bathroom very nicely remodeled. A nice kitchenettes in the room. Bed was a little soft for me. great location, was an apt building, may still have tenants so rooms are mini apartments -- something like this would go for at leat $4K per month in nyc! full kitchen and closets if you want to stay awhile wish they had more kingsize beds available and extra blankets. outrageous they should have to charge $30 a day for a guest to park

Internet is consitently useless. The provider insists it is working fine at 1Mb plus. Speeds during the high traffic times are 10 kbit! As long as you don't need internet thhis is a nice place to stay for the money

Everything was nice about this hotel except the parking costs - they are high everywhere in Philadelphia.

Amazing amount of space and great price. A little dated but to get that much room and a balcony is rare. Would definitely recommend and would return.

Overall good stay. Slight problem on day of departure, hot water seemed hard to come by, possibly due to high demand as I believe the hotel was full the weekend we stayed.

The hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. They helped me with the printer on their public computer and got us cabs and directed us around the city. The room is exceptionally spacious and very clean. I have stayed here 2 times and will stay again

I love Windsor Suites, and it is my go-to everytime I'm in town. The kitchen is a wonderful bonus (and saves us money on food during longer stays) and that staff is always pleasant and friendly. It really does feel like a home away from home.

Comfortable room, central location, parking is $29 a night. A restaurant and a bar attached though I tried neither. Walking distance to Walnut st and restaurants there.

The hotel was excellent and centrally located. It was clean and well kept. My only gripe was that the wifi sucked, making it hard to get work done.

All things considered, a satisfactory experience due to the location and price, but not deserving of its lofty 4+ rating on this website. You pay what you get for though, so I can't complain - I would consider living here again if I want something inexpensive. Pros: - Great location - 5 min walk from Suburban Station. - Cheap (30-40% less than mainstream […] hotels located nearby). - Complimentary in-room wireless internet. - Staff was courteous and professional, although I only interacted with them at check-in and check-out. Cons: - Cleanliness of room left much to be desired. The room itself was clean enough, but the upholstery of the living room furniture, as well as the bed linen were stained from use. Very good place to stay when you visit Philadelphia. The kitchen permit to do your own food. The room we got had some issue with the heating system so we need to open the windows to have a good temperature. But everything else was fine.

Hotel was very satisfactory, except the exercise room, where only about half the equipment worked. Otherwise, our stay was great. Excellent Asian restaurant in same building with hotel.

Stayed for the Thanksgiving day parade. great location. The sixe of the room was good. we had a monerd kitchen but our friends was pretty dated. Very friendly staff. only complaints are linens are a bit dated and the bed was very uncomfortable.

The hotel was in a perfect location for exploring the city. We enjoyed walking to shopping, dining and the theater district. The rooms were spacious, and we enjoyed the full kitchen.

I stayed here for a conference at the conference center (just a couple blocks away). Hotel was nice, it is also a live-in facility so there are long-term residents as well. Room was clean, staff was nice, and it was nice to have a kitchenette in the room. My only complaint was the painfully, and I mean painfully slow wifi (I stayed on the 14th floor […] and it may be different on different floors). The friendliness of the staff & customer service have gone down since the last time I was here in June. I was watching TV & then every channel started broadcasting in Spanish. When I called the front desk they told me that maintenance left for the night & there was nothing they could do. I had to argue with them to change my room I'm order to get what […] I have paid for. In the morning the valet took forever to bring my vehicle only to later find out that they left my lights on all night & my battery died. I knew this because the anti-theft switch on my radio was enabled & this only happens if someone's trying to steal the radio or the battery dies. Of course they denied this as well.
