This is one of the best hotel experiences we've had. On this trip was myself, my mother, my husband and our 17 year old daughter. Valet parking was a breeze and check in was speedy and courteous. The room was clean and well stocked with Starbucks coffee and water was chilling in the fridge for us when we arrived. We didn't pay extra for a "water view", […] but we were there to sleep in between having fun so we didn't care. The blackout curtains are FABULOUS! I hate being woken up by the sun early in the morning and being kept up at night by outside lighting. These curtains block out everything. We could not hear any noised from either the hallway or the surrounding rooms. it was peaceful. We at at bluezoo in the Dolphin across the way and the food was amazing. There are plenty of choices for dining at all hours. The only complaint I had was that the bed was too soft for me, but it was perfect for others in our party, so it is strictly a personal preference. We intend to come back to the Swan on a regular basis. The boats take you to Epcot & Hollywood Studios where you can easily hop the monorail or a bus to Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom. Although this is considered a "disney hotel," it doesn't have the same feel. It has a lot less children and that's a plus. They charge for parking and that is a minus. But they do have the same shuttle service to and from all disney parks. It is also a convenient walk to epcot, the boardwalk and a short ferry to Hollywood Studios fka MGM. Loved staying on site at Disney! So close to Epcot. The hotel and grounds were lovely and the beds were so comfortable. The only problem I had was with my room key. I had to go the front desk numerous times during my stay to have it "rekeyed". Overall though, a great experience!

Like the hotel but found the additional charges beyond the advertised rates and not disclosed (parking, etc.) inappropriate considering our stays at Pop Century did not have such charges.

I originally booked for 2 queens, because I couldn't find a king in the choices online. The lady at the front desk happily gave me a room with the large bed. The resort is beautiful! The room was big and clean,people are helpful, taxi and shuttles are in front of the entrance, no distracting notice during the night. Loved my stay!!!

The hotel lobby and entrance were very nice, everyone was friendly. BUT The room and hallways are VERY outdated for the price. Beds are comfortable and rain shower head is nice but the room is a nice days inn and the bathroom itself is unremarkable. Television channels are hard to navigate and not many. Disney hotels are made to encourage you to go […] to the parks but sometimes you want to relax. Had to change rooms. Pray you don't have an adjoining room, you can hear EVERYTHING in the next room! I feel that the resort always had there hand in my pocket. Parking costs $20 per day, should have been free, $7 for a bottle of water was a rip off, and there was only internet access in the rooms. Hotel lobby is beautiful, restaurants were great, and staff awesome. My only complaint is the rooms and hallways were outdated and small. I guess for the price we expected a little bigger. All in all its good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was surprised to have $17 "resort fee" per day and $15 per day self park fee.

Great location, quiet and great views of fireworks displays every night. Pools and hot tubs were fantastic.Food was horrible and very overpriced. Staff were not helpful and slow with requests. Room was ok in size but bathroom was small and hard to maneuver around. You had to shimmy in to close the door to use the toilet.

Our room was glorious! On the fifth floor corner of the hotel with a lovely balcony that we could watch the fireworks at Disney from & enjoy our coffee the next morning too. The location of the hotel is perfect and the pools are wonderful. I was disappointed that our hotel room was not serviced and when we came back from a long day at the park it was not relaxing to head in to a room that was still a mess. We ordered room service every day for breakfast and my son's milk for the cereal was sour. We travel with the kids each year to Disney. We've stayed at the Swan in the past when we were dissatisfied with the place we had been staying ( Pop Century once and off site another time). I had a great time. We were greeted by Valet. Then when we went to check in they have nice refreshing lemon water. The Customer service was wonderful. Very nice complex - can use the Swan and Dolphin hotels- transportation to parks - great location. Only complaints are that the jacuzzi wasn't working and the hotel needs to be updated - some areas looked a bit rundown .

I am someone who frequents the Disney world area quite often. I usually stay in Disney owned hotels but this time decided to try something different. Wow what a mistake that was. The employees at the swan were unfriendly and acted like you were bothering them when you had a question. This hotel is clean and for location. They are "not" a Disney property! Do not be fooled. I have stayed here at a number of times but will rethink this option in the future. With the daily service charges for water and wi-fi I could have stayed at a deluxe Disney property that does not charge for these things. At first glance thr price of tge room looks […] like a bargsin but when you figure in the additional cost the room price works out to be about the same. The valet parking is also quite expensive. I have taken the brunt of these cost for the last time. I will look for a true bargain for my hotel stay or take advantage of the amenities at true Disney resorts. I am sick of being fleeced! This is a great hotel, great location and the staff was excellent. We were there to go to Disney World and the hotel price on Hotels.com was fantastic, however... There is a $15 PER EXIT charge if you self park. There is a $15 hotel fee that is charged which gives you internet access and 2 bottles of water. I was only disappointed with the PER EXIT […] fee. Perfect location and upscale hotel to enjoy the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival. Pleasant walk through the boardwalk to back entrance to Epcot. We had an amazing time and hotel was amazing as usual. We wll be back!

I give the service and overall rating low scores for the following reasons; The hotel is nice for convenience to the parks but I hate it because of the service charges. The outrageous service charges leave me thinking in terms of going to another hotel in the future. $14.00 a day for two bottles of water and wireless service which I do not use.. I have […] my own wireless service! In addition the fees are crazy for valet parking! This experience leaves me thinking of choosing a different hotel in the future. On the surface when booking this hotel it looks as though you are getting a bargain but in retrospect. The cost is about the same as a true deluxe Disney resort which this hotel is not! Do not be fooled! The service fees need to be complained about more! $14.00 a day for two bottles of water... Crazy! Oh, and I didn't even get my water every day of my stay..... Good Hotel for Disney but not Great for the money. The front desk is Excellent and the prices for room service are reasonable for the kids. However, watch out for the Valets at this hotel!

We were pleased with the Swan for the most part. We only ate at the hotel once. We had to go to The Dolphin for casual dinning. We ate at Garden Grove at the Swan for dinner. Aziz was our waiter, and was awesome. One piece of advice, don't book transportation thru the Swans online concierge service. Our ride from the airport to the hotel was great, […] but our return to the airport was a disaster. I called the day before our departure to confirm and they had no record of our return reservation. They did pick us up at the correct time but had not charged us. We were told that it was their mistake, so they would cover the charge. When I got home, the charged was on my credit card. I was disappointed because they didn't honor their word or own up to their mistake. When we go back to WDW, we'll probably stay at one of the 4 hotels that is connected to the parks. Lisätietoja

The Swan is Disney's conference hotel, thus the hotel's primary focus is the conference traveler. It's sister hotel, the Dolphin, has more family amenities. If you are in search of easy access to Disney property and a quieter location than the family friendly hotels, try the Swan. I greatly enjoyed the fact I was on Disney property, did not have to […] drive anywhere, and had a peaceful quiet hotel to return to after a day at the park. The Swan is part of a chain of interconnecting hotels that make up the Epcot Resort area, the Swan is within easy walking distance of the Boardwalk and more dining, shops, and entertainment. Great location.Easy access for activities.Our group ranged in age from 17 to 65.Hard to keep everyone happy but somehow we did.When checking out I noticed we were charged 15 dollars plus per day for two bottles of water and phone privileges.Everyone in our group has a cell phone,you have a cell phone,totally unnecessary fee.

While the Starwood Swan is a nice hotel, it is overpriced for the venue. The restaurant staff in some of the restaurants were terrible, however the higher end restaurants (Blue Zoo and Il Mulino) were excellent.
