Hyvä palvelu, erinomainen sijainti. Hotellissa ravintola, josta upeat näkymät Eiffel-tornille. Mielyttävä ympäristö niin aamiaiselle, kuin illalliselle. Huoneet siistit, tosin hieman uusimista jo kaipaavat. Erinomainen valinta niin lomalle, kuin bisnekseen.

Location, location, location ... for vacation trip. Eiffel tower was one of our destinations to be visited. There are also some other tourist spots to visit and "jump-in/jump-out" tourist bus will start by the Eiffel. The location of the hotel was very good for us and our room was good. Hotellin palvelu oli loistavaa: ystävällistä, asiallista ja nopeaa. Kaikki sujui kuin rasvattu, mikä ei ole ollenkaan tyypillistä Ranskassa. Aamupalatarjoilijat huolehtivat tarpeistamme erinomaisesti, samoin hotellin yhteydessä olevan ravintolan tarjoilijat olivat erittäin ystävällisiä. Hotellin […] aula oli moderni ja siisti, mutta hotellin käytävät olivat aikansa eläneet ja hieman suttuiset (tapetit repsottivat paikoittain). Huone oli siisti ja melko hyväkuntoinen, pientä päivitystä sekin olisi ehkä kaivannut (esim. flat screen tv). Ympäristö oli rauhallinen keskeiseen sijaintiin nähden, joitain ääniä kadulta toki huoneeseen kantautui. Parvekkeeltamme oli näkymä Eiffel-tornille sekä tien toisella puolella sijaitsevalle urheilukentälle. Hotelli sopii hyvin myös lapsiperheille: 1-vuotias poikamme otettiin erittäin hyvin huomioon mm. hotellin ravintoloissa (mm. syöttötuolit, lelulahja). Not a 4-star standard - The TV didn't work and was not repaired even though we informed the front desk about it and they promised to send somebody; the lights in the ceiling didn't work, the light bulbs seemed to hang a little loose; the door seemed to have been yanked open earlier because it was quite loose even when it was closed; a superior room […] should have had bathrobes and slippers and radio/alarmclock, but we didn't have those. Also, the sound insulation in the window was quite poor, luckily we were on the inner yard side. The location of this Hotel was great, down the street from both the Eiffel Tower and the Metro Stop. However, the Hotel is old and is undergoing a major facelift so to speak. Our room was OK, furniture was old, but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable, but the hallways were dark and they smelled, the carpet was dity and the wall paper was peeling […] off the wall. If you are one that likes to sleep in, forget it, construction started everyday but Sunday at 7am. I must say, the staff was so very kind. They were friendly and so helpful with everything that we had asked for. I would not stay at this Hotel again, until the construction was completed. Yes they are remodeling but the service, the room, the view, the location, all was amazing. Our room had a balcony where we could just sit drink wine and stare at the Eiffle Tower. The people who work there gave my wife and I 5 star service.

Fantastic location, able to park car opposite hotel - Euro30 per day. Currently undergoing renovation (not intruisive while we were there) room etc very badly in need of renovating but staff nice, breakfast very good.

We stayed in the deluxe room. We had an amazing view of the Eiffel tower, this is what really made the hotel worth the stay. I wish they had chairs on the balcony. There was only one inside the room which couldn't be left outside. We came back to the room one day at 3:30pm and the room hadn't been serviced. We tried to ask the cleaning ladies if they […] could service it after 7pm once we'd left but they didn't understand. One spoke no english and the other spoke very little. We called reception and they said that was fine. The cleaning ladies came back again telling us they need to clean the room. I tried to explain reception said it was ok for it to be cleaned later but she still didn't understand. She said she was finishing her shift and needed to clean the room. It was quite annoying they wouldn't go away, the room should have been cleaned by 3:30pm. The shower head also broke away from the wall. It was just hanging on by a nail. It was difficult to get a bottle opener, ice bucket and knife (we bought cheese) since they weren't in the room we had to go up to the bar (which is also a restaurant). When asked for a wine bucket and ice they acted as if it was an odd request. They said they could give us the ice but not the bucket. Don't know how they were planning on doing that but they came out with a bucket in the end anyway. When we asked for a knife we were told they didn't have one. 1St off the staff was FANTASTIC!!! It helped A great deal that my french was not great. They had know problem talking to me in english. If you need anything, ask for Fredrick. Great guy!! We stayed at the Pullman in London and had a fantastic experience with up to date rooms, tv, service, etc. When we got to the Paris Tower Pullman, we were surprised at the difference in standard. You could clearly smell smoke everywhere, even though it's supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. The TV's are the old big tube style, instead of the more common […] flat screens you have everywhere else and the screen itself was very small. The bed was not very comfortable and although we had a few of the tower and the neighbourhood was great, I would not stay here again. It is in serious need of some upgrades and renovations. Me and my partner are in our early 20's and we loved everything about this hotel. The service, location and rooms were all great. The breakfast includes a chef that whips up your omelettes, crepes, waffles and other specialities at your request as well as the pastries, sausages, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, cereals, yoghurts, fruit and much more available […] to grab buffet style. The metro and RER were about 50-100 meters away so it was easy to get around and the Eiffel tower was just as close. There is free internet computers downstairs in the lobby which helped us look for nice restaurants in the area which there are plenty. I would definitely stay there again if I head back to Paris. This Hotel is no way near 4*only the location is, I've just got back and let just say its the worse Hotel I've ever stayed in, very old and staff are not trained at all I wonder way because I needed to see a Manager and I was repeated told she's busy. The hotel is very centrally located and has easy access to the Metro. The rooms are larger than we had expected of a European hotel. There are plenty of nice amenities such as coffee, free WiFi, safe, refrigerator, and bath robes. The hotel staffs were quite friendly, although they seemed to be hard to reach. Excellent position, near RER and Metro stations. Comfortable, clean, quiet, pleasant staff. Like most hotels, the room was far too hot. Welcoming hotel, large and clean rooms, attentive staff though sometimes ineffective (we waited half an hour for our luggage to be brought into the room), and sometimes bills need to be re-checked (we did not use a bar but received charges for it)

I lost my money and small bag in my room. During our breakfast in the morning from 9 to 10 AM, maid did cleaning and I found my bag with my 200 Euro was disappeared. I reported to Hotel staffs, but they asked to me to go to Police stataion without anything. Finally, I spent my a lot of times and did interview with hotel manager for nothing. Why I spent […] my precious times in Paris with my family? I surely lost my money because I draw some money from my bag prior to leaving the room to buy some milk and something for my baby and put my bag on the desk with 200 euros. So I clearly remember I put my bag on the desk and I did't imagine maid will clean the room. Anyway, they didn't believe my complain and massed up our trip and did't show any reactions and responsibility. I heard and saw there were lots of steal issues, but they are trying to hide those issues and just considered tourist will leave sooner or later. It is a very nice hotel just next to the Eiffel Tower, beautiful place, the floors and carpets looks quite old, however the room was very nice, with a beautiful bathroom. Staff not able to communicate in English. Had to change room as room was different than requested. Exaust fans in bathrooms not working. Hotel rooms need repair. No body picked the phone when called reception from room. Broken old sofas in restaurant where we had poor quality but expensive lunch.

The hotel's lobby, restaurants, bathrooms in our room were very nice, but the hallways were absolutely nasty. The bed was lumpy making it unrestful. The concierge staff were not as informative as they should be. The staff in the restaurants (during breakfast) were very nice, helpful and bent over backwards to assist us. I would like to point out the […] some of the staff who should be rewarded for their excellence in service: Manager who worked in the bar on Friday night and Geoffrey who checked us in. The hotel's location was very convenient. It was steps from the Eiffel Tower and a two minute walk from the Metro. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast that they offer was very nice and tasted delicious.

As its name implies this is a clean, very modern, quality hotel, in a quiet street despite its proximity to the Eiffel Tower. That said the atmosphere is coldly businesslike and efficient and this applies equally to the staff. I have stayed at this hotel at least 7-8 times. The location and price are attractive. However, the place leaves a lot to be desired. The temperature outside was 5 degrees and the heater did not work. It took them two full days and always when I was in the room to fix it the night before I was leaving. Location was spot on. Great view of the Effiel Tower everynight. Very close to walk. Great access to two Metro lines. Down part to the hotel....wifi went down after our first night so the other 2 nights we had no wifi and the bed was not comfortable at all. Very hard.

The location of the hotel is excellent. We did not use any of the hotel's facilities, e.g. restaurant and business centre, so we will not offer any comments on facilities, The room was clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable although on entering each day, there was a musty odor which required the windows to be opened immediately after entering […] the room. The staff were friendly and helpful although our hot water jug switch and toilet roll holder were broken. There was no action taken on our initial report to the staff on the reception desk, however on our second report, the jug was replaced. The toilet roll holder was not fixed during our 7 day stay. Our accommodation was prepaid so our check-in/check-out was relatively speedy, however we observed that check-in/check-out for other guests was an inordinately lengthy process. Great location. Breakfast buffet had good variety with omelets and warm waffles. Staffs customer service was excellent in all stages of stay. What I would suggest is to request a Quentin size bed before arriving. We had 2 twin beds pushed together and they would keep on sperating. Difficult to cuddle .........

One block from the Eiffel Tower, this hotel was a good, comfortable place from which to begin exploring Paris. It was our first time in that beautiful city, and staying there certainly did not diminish our experience, but it didn't add anything either. If you want a more "authentic" Parisian experience, I'm afraid you will have to look elsewhere.

We had a Deluxe room which was roomy, havec omfortable beds and have a nice view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. The hotel is old and dated. Our booking was not processed properly so we had to move to two rooms on the eleventh floor which is supposedly the executive floor. Great loation, but this hotel is in serious need of a facelift. 30 years out of date. Very worn carpets and sofa in bar looked like it was 'second hand'. Reception needs more staff - queues 3 deep just ridiculous.....
