Pyysin varauksen yhteydessä huonetta ylemmistä kerroksista, mutta saimme 3. kerroksen huoneen, josta näkymä oli varaston tms. katolle. Yövyimme hotellissa 8 yötä, ja kaksi kertaa kävimme pyytämässä huoneen vaihtoa, mutta se ei onnistunut.. Huone oli perussiisti, mutta esim. pyyhkeet olivat selvästi vanhat ja kuluneet. Sänky, tyynyt, lakanat ok. Siivous […] toimi pintapuolisesti, wc ja lakanoiden vaihto ok, mutta pölyjä ei 8 päivän aikana pyyhitty yöpöydiltä eikä lipaston/pöydän päältä. Altaalle yritimme mennä ottamaan aurinkoa, mutta vapaita aurinkotuoleja ei ollut. Tuoleja oli hotellin kokoon nähden aivan liian vähän, ja allaskin näytti kuvissa isommalta mitä todellisuudessa. Yövyimme kaksi yötä ennen Karibian risteilyä. Sijainti todella hyvä Port Evergladesiin nähden, olimme satamassa viidessä minuutissa. Hotelli oli todella siisti ja näkymät 18. kerroksen huoneen parvekkeelta satamaan ja uima-altaalle hienot. Kuntosali ok, ja käytössä 24 h (kätevää kun herää keskellä yötä jet lagin takia...) Tähän hotelliin varatessa tulee varmistaa, että huone ei sijaiste tornirakennuksen alakerroksissa. Katutasossa on pääosin viikonloppuisin juhlakäytössä oleva "ballroom". Majoittumisemme aikana tilassa järjestettiin häät. Kovaääninen musiikki ja juopuneiden häävieraiden mekkalointi esti nukkumisemme. Kysyin vastaanotosta puhelimitse kahdesti (klo 22 […] ja klo 23:30), milloin musiikki loppuu ja sain kaksi eri vastausta. Kun metelöinti ei ollut yli kolmen tunnin nukkumisyritystemme jälkeen lakannut, pukeuduin ja menin klo 01:00 alas vastaanottoon. Vasta tuolloin hotellin henkilökunta sai juhlijat hiljenemään. Rauhallinen ja viihtyisä hotelli. Ainoastaan ärsytti, kun huonesiivooja yritti joka aamu ennen klo 8 tulla siivoamaan huonetta.

We only stayed in this hotel for one night (arrived late and left early). Hotel was very nice and luxurious. Pool area was beatiful. Parking was not included in the price. Self parking was very close to the entrance, no need for valet parking. Breakfast was included in the price and it was so delicious.

Wonderful way to start a great vacation cruising down the Keys. The Hilton was fantastic! Would go back anytime and stay longer.

Docked and stayed at the Marriott and only realized the name change when checking in. The hotel has gone down hill. We were very disappointed.

clean, comfortable room as all Hilton Hotels are. frustrating to have to pay extra for internet and parking, but nice otherwise

Great location to Port Everglades. Wish they had a shuttle service though.

THERE ARE OLD ROOMS IN THIS HOTEL. IF YOU ARE PUTTING IN THOSE OLD ROOMS, YOU WILL FEEL LIKE IN A MOTEL RATHER THAN A REAL HOTEL.

Very old hotel with poor service. The dining rooms, including buffet, added 18% without letting you know ahead of time. Very outdated hotel as far as decor, appearance, and architecture. On the plus side the bed was new and very comfortable.

We stayed one night at the end of a week long vacation in the Florida Keys, so although it was nothing to write home about, it served it's purpose. Plus is that it's convenient to the airport and dining. We self-parked which was a $21 charge and then had issues getting our car out of the gated self-parking lot the next day because we had already checked […] out and turned our card keys in. After 3 trips back into the hotel, we were able to navigate ourselves out, but it was a a pain. Also, the room had an unpleasant cleaning product smell so we had to open the door and let the fresh air in until we went to bed. The furniture is a little banged up and dated as well. This was my second time staying at this hotel It is in a great location and has wonderful views. The hotel is very clean and well presented, the rooms whilst not large are well maintained and comfortable, I especially lover the overhead shower fitting in the bathroom. There is a pickup point right outside the hotel for the water taxi which runs a fantastic […] and very economical service to all the places you may wish to visit. The elevators was dangerous and not maintained. The hallways were used to store the maids carts at nite. Hallways were dirty. The hotel did not disclose hidden charges like the cost of parking your own vehicle.

Very well located to tourist district with shuttle service to cruise terminals, airport and surroundsl. Pleasant helpful staff, though can get extremely busy especially due to large influx of cruise guests. Great hotel for pre and post cruises.

This is a hotel that caters exclusively to Corporate Guests and Conferences as it was overcrowded by these people. The occasional guests are placed outside the main tower since they are not part of the core business and that gives a bad feeling. They charge $10 a day for WiFi and $21 a day for parking and that was totally unexpected while any three […] star hotel has these services included in the room rates. That says it all... Lisätietoja

Right near the port, great rooms! This is one of the nicest hotels in the area we have stayed in. Definitely recommended!

The front desk was not friendly. The hotel is not that good. The rooms needs improvement. Carpet dirty.

I made this reservation off the web without seeing the hotel. I got great value for my money. This hotel offered all the accomodations of a resort except it was not on the beach, not a criticism at all I did not want the beach location. I was there for a fishing vacation. I was on the 8th floor over looking the pool, marina and view was north on the […] intercoastal. View up the intercoastal was just great I sat there for hours one day. Room was very comfortable, cleaning staff did a great job, tv was nice. Even the furniture on the outdoor deck of my room was good, comfortable, and in good condition. On several days I hauled tackle boxes and fishing rods thru the crowded lobby and was only greeted with remarks to the order of "what did you catch", no hassles period. Pool bar was nice atmosphere to sit after a day of fishing. Two dowsides were drink proces at pool ($24 for 2 rum and cokes) and beds were mushy but I like a hard mattress. This is a very nice hotel and located right down the street from port everglades for you cruisers. Our room was very clean and the staff was wonderful

Terrible service at this hotel due to large numbers of guests coming and going from the cruise ships. The hotel caters to the cruise lines and individuals do not get good service at all. Also one of the worst Pina Coladas I've ever had.

We stayed there before and after a cruise, both with "Oceanview" rooms. First time the view was actually into a porthole of one of the megayachts that park right next to the hotel. On the second trip we asked for more elevation and got a nice harbor view out of the 11th floor. With so much of their business coming from cruise ships, you'd think they […] would have a shuttle service, buy you need to take a taxi unless you have made arrangements thorugh a cruise line. Was very disappointed with this Hotel especially as a Hilton. Many people use this hotel as a stay over before there cruise. Therfore Friday night was very busy- but you would think the hotel would be prepared for this as it happens every week. I have been to this hotel for a get-a-way for three seasons in a row. I always love my stay and enjoy the service and sunshine. The only draw back is the cruises leave from right across the street and the hotel during a holiday weekend is completely packed. Everything was very good except the hotel doesn't provide shuttle to/from airport or port to cruise which a lot of other hotels does. We stayed at this hotel because our friends chose this hotel and wanted to be together.

The hotel was nice. Very convenient for people that are about to cruise. The bed was very nice, but the shower situation got out of control sometimes. The water got all over the ground due to the one door on the shower. For the amount of money that we paid for the hotel, I expected more. That's all.

Great view from our room and balcony and wonderful service and very comfortable, nice modern feel and decor the marina side bar was a great place for a drink after dinner...Try Market 17 resteraunt for dinner just down the street awesome!!!

For me the only negative was no hot tub. Great fitness center for the workouts I do. Good cardio equipment and the right machines and dumbells for a good weight workout.

We had drove from Key West expecting to check in at 3PM We were told we had to wait for the intermet service was down. We waited til 6PM we had been told they would call us on our cell phone or come to get us we waited at the outside cafe/bar. We had to ask the bar-tender to check for us @6pm told us we were set our room was ready, when we got to the […] lobby we waited in a line for another 15minutes. Dirty dishes was left outside our room from prior guests even when told the front desk they still did not remove the dishes. We left by 4:30am for an arly flight. We were charged for water in the room that wasn't there when we checked in. Refrigerator did not work, we reported it, no one ever came to fix it. We pulled it out and it wasn't plug in. Front desk was very rude. They ascted like they were doing you a favor to answer any questions. Room was clean and hotel maids were the only employees that were nice. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean and we loved the views of the water and cruise ships. The balcony was both nice and large, which we throughly enjoyed. The bathroom was nice though a little on the small side. I loved the large removable shower spray. I've stayed in less expensive hotels and received much better service. Very expensive to eat in (ridiculous). No shuttle service although it seems that they offer one.Having water taxis and bus services nearby is very convenient. I would stay in the same area again but would try another hotel.

i asked for a rm with a view and got a rm that was supposed to have a view of the pool... , but all I saw were palm fronds. the receptionist was snobby. they had no shuttle to the cruise line across the street, or airport-- that was my reason for picking the location. you were not within waking distance of any restaruants aside from their pricey hotel […] one. the calamari I got at the poolside bar was HORRIBLE. the rest of the staff were pleasant, the rm was very tasteful, and I did make use of the local water taxi, but the other hotel I stayed at while in Hollywood, florida was much much more satisfying for the same price.And it had a wonderful jacuzzi, which the Hilton did not have.
