Hotellikäynti sujui hienosti lukuun ottamatta sitä, että sunnuntaina kaupungilla olomme aikana huoneeseen oli päästetty (annettu avaimet) muita ihmisiä. Ei ole kiva palata huoneeseen ja löytää pöydältä vierasta villatakkia ja paria ylimääräistä opasta. Hotelli oli sijainniltaan loistava ja uima-allasosasto oli ahkerassa käytössä.

Yllätyin positiivisesti. Hinta/laatusuhde oli hyvä. Erityiskiitos erittäin ystävälliselle naisvastaanottovirkailijalle. Valitettavasti en huomannut ottaa hänen nimeään ylös. Muutenkin asiakaspalvelu oli erittäin mukavaa ja ystävällistä. Sijainti oli hyvä, kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta ja metron vieressä. Voi suositella jos tyytyy vaatimattomaan mutta mukavaan. Ota kuitenkin oma hiustenkuivaaja matkaan, sitä huoneessa ei ollut.

Very large hotel in the business district near the diplomatic area. We were on vacation and picked it since we got a good rate. Service was very good. The desk was friendly and efficient. I mentioned a minor problem with the room to a waiter. He contacted the desk and took care of it. Room was comfortable but furniture showed some use. The flat panel […] TV was viewable but had snow on most channels - strange. About a 30 minute walk to the Brandenburg Gate through Tiergarten park. 30 minutes in the opposite direction to the Ku-damm shopping district. Restaurants in the hotel are not special. "Berlin Berlin Hotel is a very good deal!"
I recently stayed at the Berlin Berlin. I am very satisfied. Staff was very helpful and corteous. Location is not perfect but you can still walk to many of the city atractions. I strongly recommend this hotel for family and business.
"Great Location, we had a great time"
This was our first visit to Berlin (with my wife Carolina and our little baby Andy), we stayed there for 3 days and 3 nights and the hotel has a very good location. Right across the street you can take any of the Sightseeing City Tour double deck buses, or should you prefer you can walk a few miles from the hotel to most of the major and most popular […] attractions and places to visit. We actually walked from the hotel to the Berlin Zoo, the Victoria Statue, Kufurtersdamm and Potsdammer Platz.. Front Desk staff is very friendly and gentle. We only needed to ask direction by the time of our departure and they were very kind explaining us how to get to the airport (without taking a taxi cab) The room was nice and it was always clean and in great conditions. Only minor complian would be the bed pillows: they were too soft, but usually most of the people liked them that way. In my case I find it hard to sleep with such a soft pillow (awesome for those who like it like that). We did not spend too much time at the hotel; due to the short of our trip we practically left around 10 am and get back late at night. Make sure to have a map and you would not get lost. Hotel is modern and very clean. Decor both in the lobby and inside the room is modern but overall a bit cold. Some details are somewhat schizophrenic as if management can't decide whether to make them traditional or modern. Staff is very helpful and nice, but they can smile a bit more. We get a very large room facing the back, which makes it a bit quieter, […] but the bathroom lacks a bathtub, which doesn't seem to be a standard item in Central Europe. Furniture in the room rather worn and old (Couch showed tear on cushion). Bus stop right in front of hotel makes it very convenient, but U Bahn is a block away. "Nice Hotel"
The hotel is located in a business area and there aren't that many restaurants close by, but within a 10-20 min you can walk to a shopping center where you will find places to eat. The room was good for European standards. The lobby is large with a lounge and a cool spot to relax. Also, the breakfast is large and has a good variety.
We arrived early morning and the staff was able to get us room. Although it was a down grade from the room reserved, they add complimentary breakfast for two the entire stay. The room was ok, a little smaller then what we are used to, but the breakfast was delicious. WIFI was horrible in the room, it kept dropping connection. Overall the stay was good. "Cost of Breakfast"
Where we did enjoy our stay in the hotel and the convienience of the No.100 bus and the underground was great,but the cost of the breakfast at €21 is more than you will pay for Dinner on the high street. "Clean, large room"
This is a very acceptable hotel. The room we had was clean, large and well-equipped. The front desk was helpful. Good restaurants within walking distance. Only low point was the inability of the staff to facilitate my continuous use (paid) of the internet. For some reason, each time I wanted to use it, I had to engage in phone calls to the front desk […] and then trudge down there. I gave up on the second day. Very nice hotel, and overall we enjoyed our 4 night stay. The venue would be especially great if you were hosting an event, since they have fantastic conference spaces. During our stay, we were staying in a more budget part of the hotel (or so we assumed, due to the price) and keeping this in mind, we were confused when some of the services that we […] thought would be provided with the room rate were not. The wifi internet access was the most frustrating. We had assumed that internet would be free of charge (like it is in the rest of Berlin, it seems!) but we were asked to pay an exuberant amount for it. "Different kind of hotel"
I stayed in a few hotels, all similar standard, on a recent trip to Berlin/Dresden. This one stands out because of its slightly funky colouring, mainly in the lobby and open and bright bar area. Slight negatives: corridors that seem really long, similar policy to Internet access to the other hotels (a fairly pricey extra).

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helped us with all our questions. The rooms were big and comfortable and I really enjoyed the music channels on the TV (being an english speaking person they were the only channels we understood). 25 min from airport Berlin Tegel Very clean rooms. even though room was next to main street, it was no problem to sleep. --> good acustic insolation. Shortcomings: Breakfast not included in room price and with 21 EUR expensive. We went for breakfast to some cafes. No free internet.

we stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and enjoyed the size of our room (superior), the cleaniness, location, and service. The only drowbacks are the mattress which was a bit too soft for us and also the high cost of the buffet breakfast (21 euros). Lovely hotel, great location - only downside is breakfast is not included in the cost of the room and if you want breakfast its quite alot extra. In saying that there are lots of eateries in the area where you can get a wide choice of food for next to nothing.

Hotel Berlin, Berlin is in a quite neighbourhood about 10 mins walk from the nearest underground stop Nollendorf Platz The Hotel is modern, spacious and clean and staff are extremely helpful. We didn't eat in the hotel as breakfast was expensive at 21 euros each so we found cafes nearby where we could sit outside and people watch. Stayed at Hotel Berlin from Thursday till Sunday. Thurs / Friday we did most of our touring around, Sightseeing bus tour as on Saturday it was extreamly busy, even in March. We had a Superior room on the 6th floor. The room would be the equivelent of any other classic room in a 4 star hotel that we have stayed in. No bathroom extras, shower cap, body […] lotion.
