"Great Service"
We got to the hotel about 10:30pm and the front desk was very courteous. I still needed to work so he showed me the computer where I could come back to work on after I got situated in the room. The breakfast was good, didn't start until 7am though and we needed something a little earlier. The room was clean but the bed was very soft so our backs hurt […] the next day. "Great place to stay!"
We stayed here while in town for a soccer tournament. The room was clean, comfortable (aside from one side of our bed which felt like someone very heavy sat on it for quite a while), and we had everyting we needed or wanted. We have already booked this hotel for another tournament in two weeks.
"Extras were a nice surprise."
The free happy hour drinks were unexpected and quite welcome. The breakfast was excellent. Free sodas, tea and coffe 24hrs and popcorn were nice addtions to our stay. Friendly staff. "Decent Hotel - But Pretty Dated"
This hotel was generally clean and an "OK" place to stay. It's definitely due for a remodel and updating. Rather dark decor. Tired looking carpet. The room had an old tube -style TV. "Friendly service - poor cleaning"
The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good, the lobby was nice. However, the stairways were dirty, the room floor was poorly kept and it made me question overall clealiness.

Our room was great, as was the service. There were only 2 complaints. The first was that the alarm in the adjoining room went off at 5:30 am and stayed on until at least 8:30 when we went down for breakfast. We did not know if the room was occupied, but the alarm was very loud. Second, when we turned on the hot water for the shower, the pipes made a […] horrible pounding sound--as if they would come through the walls. Nice, quiet hotel two blocks off a major street and four blocks from an interstate highway, so with good accessibility to the metro area. Many restaurants within a short distance; reasonably priced. A good value.

We chose this Hotel for the breakfast and being pet friendly. Wow we were very pleasantly surprised. Room was very very comfortable. The staff was accommodating to us. The area around it was very nice with a large assortment of activities, stores and eating establishments. "Great hotel stay"
We were very happy with the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was full of choices and plenty of room to eat. I plan to stay there again when I return this summer. I liked that the rooms were easy access getting in and out.

Stayed two nights. Did not receive any bar soap or shampoo after first night. Had to go to front desk to get some. Coffee pot was not cleaned after first night, although new coffee packets were restocked.

We enjoyed having the extra space of a suite, especially at bargain holiday rates. The rooms and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast was ordinary, except for the strange egg patties.

The hotel was great: extremely clean, wonderful free breakfast, very nice staff, comfortable beds. My car window was broken and some Christmas gifts were stolen but I wouldn't say it is a reflection upon the hotel. The staff was extremely shocked and provided a cardboard box and some duct tape to fix it up. There were no cameras on the parking lot (only […] inside the entry ways) and no other vehicle was vandalized. The hotel is in a very nice area of town with other hotels around do I'm sure this was a totally random act of senseless violence around the holiday season. "A good time was had by all"
I was very pleased with our hotel. They went out of their way to be polite and always were asking how they could be of service. They even gave recomendations for resturants and routes to downtown. the breakfast was hot and good. We will stay there again.

"Good value"
This is our second stay here. Customer service was good. Our room had minor issues; loose toilet seat, a matress that needed turning, etc. On check out, I made them aware of these and they apologized and made a note for mainetenace.Considering its location and price, it is a great value. Breakfast was good.

We've stayed in this hotel many times but it has really slipped. Lamps with burned out light bulbs, tv remote didn't work (wouldn't turn off-on the tv, only changed channels in the down position, tv itself barely worked, parking lot was extremely dark as several lights were out, breakfast wasn't anything to brag about (it used to be very good), carpets […] were dirty, outside nothing seemed to be picked up. "Staff"
Hotel was great. Have stayed there before. This time we had a really dumb hotel desk person that could not figure out how to transfer us to another room. Cannot think outside of the box.
Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, good pillows, and breakfast was adequate. The hotel was full - our only problem was no hot water in the morning for our showers.

The breakfast that was included in our stay was not kept stocked, 1 waffle maker was not enough for the amount of guest that were there. There was only 1 person maintaining the area and was not able to keep up. However the rest of the stay was quite nice and we will stay there again. Clse to resturants and shopping.

This hotel for the past several years has been our place to stay as we came to K.C. for weekends about 5-6 times a year but I think we'll look for other places now as the maintenance has really slipped! "Not the best."
The light in our bathroom went out and when we called the front desk, we were told there was no maitenence people on, and we could fix it ourselves. When someone brought an extra blanket toour room, they did not bring the light bulb, so we were without a light in the bathroom all night. The next day We left for the day and when we returned in the afternoon, […] around4:30 p.m. our room had not been cleaned. and we again had to ask about fixing the light in our bathroom. it was finally fixed after about an hour and a half. Clean, relatively modern, wonderful staff, close to restaurants and stores, quiet, comfortable, easy to find, great breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was nice & comfy. I love getting the suite w/ living room...makes a week stay more home-y. Easy to find, stayed here before & returned a couple years later.
"Adequate hotel"
The location was great, the price was good and the lobby was very nice. Breakfast was fine but a bit tasteless. One thing that bothered me a bit was the fact that animals were running around (leashed of course) and I wondered if they let them in all rooms or just certain ones. All in all, I would stay there again.
