Hotellin sijainti on loistava. Remontti oli vielä käynnissä ja muutoin siistissä ja hyvin tilavassa huoneessamme oli melko voimakas maalin haju. Muuten ihan ok, kivat näkymät kerroksestamme (11). Voisi mennä toistekin.

Lontoolaiseksi hotelliksi erinomaisessa kunnossa ja siisti pikkuhotelli rauhallisella sijainnilla. Hyviä ruokapaikkoja aivan vieressä.(esim. italialainen perheen ylläpitämä San Marco ja loistavaa ruokaa tarjoava pub Sawyers Arms) Lähellä Paddingtonin rautatie / metroasemaa (n.200m). Nopea juna lentokentältä 15 minuutissa koko matka. Pieni huone mutta huippusiisti ja nykyaikainen siisti kylpyhuone. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta.

"Great location"
I stayed here because of its very convenient location near to the Dartford Bridge - We had to go to Hertfordshire for a day. The hotel was fine - the rooms may be due for a refresh soon. Hotel swimming pool a real plus and excellent breakfast. Staff couldn't have been nicer!

"Great Weekend - May need transport"
Spent the weekend of 27th and 28th January at the Hilton Dartford Bridge. The hotel is very business focused but over the weekend has reduced rates with excellent service and facilities. Location is excellent just off the M25 at Dartford Bridge, parking is availble on the premises (You are charged £3 per night). Hotel is your normal Hilton standard, […] although I did notice some of the furniture in the lobby was worn and could do wiht replacing. Welcome was freindly and efficient at reception. Room was spacious and you could open the window for fresh air. We made use of the health club and again the service was good and staff friendly. Breakfast was excellent and included in our price, great choice of healthy food and a good fry as well. I would say you would need a car if you wanted to tour around a little as I dont think transport is that close. Lots of shopping centres near by and Dover and Brighton are an hours drive away. Overall a very nice clean hotel and a good stay. You do need a car if staying here. Food good. Check in and out fast and easy. Only downside is no internet in the rooms, only in lobby/public areas and not free. Apart from that 10/10

"Glad we got a deal"
The standard tariff is way too high for this hotel but as we paid considerably less by looking on line we felt it was good value for money. VERY disappointed the hotel bar was closed when we returned from our night out and that we could only order a drink via room service from our room. Very nice, have stayed before, but do not think the paying guests should be charged £3 to park your car here. Also the "voluntary " £1.00 charity donation added to the bill is a liberty. They should ask if you want to contribute not assume you do unless you ask for it to be removed
"Dartford Hilton"
On arrival there was a queue to check in. The room was cold as the heating hadn't been turned on. The room was large but fairly basic. The lighting was very poor being only 2 little bedside lamps with low watt energy saving bulbs. After 20 minutes we could see trhe bed! Bathroom had grubby water stains in the corners, bits of black mould in the grout […] around the bath and tile edging plastic coming off. The axctual tile had been poorly done in places. There was no full length mirror for my wife. Many hotels give you a courtesy bottle of water on arrival, the Hilton leaves a small bottle with a sign to say if you drink this it will cost you £4. The breakfast room didn't have enough capacity so many people were asked to wait in the bar. The one plus point was the staff at breakfast who worked at a run to keep everyone happy. "Handy location usual good standards"
As expected from Hilton, good standard hotel however room was dated. Gym area very small but wasn't too busy so didn't cause a problem at 7am! Only niggle is the £3 overnight parking - for this much, why don't they just include in the room rate? Just a bit of a faff.
I forgot some garments in a drawer but after I phoned they were found and mailed on to me within 3 days by the Head Housekeeper. Very good service !

"Lovely stat"
Hotel location, whilst convinient for travel was not the most idillic setting. However once in the hotel, the staff were friendly, the cleanliness of a high standard and all on all the perfect setting for a relaxed stay. Would definitely recommend.

Easily located and good parking. The hotel staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was a little "tired" although clean and tidy and a fold down bed was provided quickly and efficiently to accomodate my grandson who travelled with me in place of my wife. Breakfast was very good and the service again was first class.

Had a lovely stay in this hotel, very friendly and helpful. No delay checking in and out. For someone who likes to shop there is the Bluewater and Lakeside shopping centers close by. Would definitly stay here again.
"Much needed break"
Stayed one night on way home, to chill out after harassing day in London, sorting family affairs. Hotel offered good service, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. The leisure facilities were much appreciated and the breakfast was above average. All in all, a much needed break.

"Convenient location - great for a stopover"
We stayed at the Hilton Dartford Bridge after attending a wedding nearby. We could not check-in at the normal time but this wasn't a problem, just phoned the hotel to explain, they made a note so say that we were arriving very late. Staff were very friendly, the room was nice and spacious but the bathroon could probably do with a little updating. The room was a reasonable size but when purchased as a luxury king size room i was disappointed. I reported a problem with the toilet that would not flush and was not fixed during my stay and no feed back from the staff. The bed leaned to one side due to over wear. The Al La Carte dinning was a joke, I've been in higher class pub restaurants. The service […] was slow, the food looked and tasted as though it came from a microwave and was not worth the money i was charged. Found the staff plesant and helpful. reception area clean and welccoming. Did find the room to be slightly shabby - cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and carpet slightly stained. This is a really lovely hotel that's modern clean and friendly. I ordered a standard room but had a free immediate upgrade to a better one. Breakfast was fab, really tasty. The shower was powerful, I stay in a lot of hotels and it's rare to find a decent shower. Easy find from J1a of the M25, the Dartford Bridge Hilton did not disappoint. We had a lovely spacious room which was spotlessly clean. The view from our room overlooked the QE2 bridge (pretty at night), but the room was so peaceful and quiet you would never have guessed the busy motorway was a stones-throw away. Was amazed with getting such huge room, massive bed, lots of space in room, easy Internet connection in room. Used gym, jacuzi, steam room, all very nice and relaxing. Great the check out lime is 12 as made less rush and more time to use facilities. Highly recommemd

Do not go here near xmas as we did not get a table for eating. They had a lot of functions on and they were only interested in these people and not there paying guests. And there was no other place to eat. Beds also very hard.
The hotel was a great hotel, location was obviously perfect for us as we were attending a wedding reception in one of the suites downstairs. Room was a lot more spcaious then I imagined it would be and very comfortable. Staff in general were very accomodating. My only complaint is the bar/menu price.....I'm not kidding...if you plan on sending sending […] your children to Uni...stay well clear!! I asked for 2 bottles of 1.5 litre diet coke from the bar...and they tried to charge me £24. I was on business in Essex coming up from the South and this hotel was very convenient. Right by the Dartford Bridge, although the hotel was very quiet so you would not have known! Breakfast staff were particularly nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Overall experience excellent, however tried to call room service for 20 mins with no answer, called down to reception several times who just put us through to the number we had already been trying to call so still no reply. Eventually we got through to the kitchen and i spoke to a gentleman who couldn't speak very good English or at least couldn't understand […] it.... I TRIED to order steak baguette and chips with a seperate portion of chips and received the baguette with crisps and 1 seperate portion of chips!! I had also ordered the chocolate cake but got a chocolate cheesecake instaed!!! i have a nut allergy so my husband had to eat it... food came quickly but wasnt correct didnt dare complain as we had so much trouble getting through in the beginning! "Amazingly peaceful with great access."
Considering the Dartford Bridge is on the door step there was no traffic noise. Nice little pool, go early and get the pool to yourself. Great value buffet
