Uudistettu ja erittäin siisti huone, mukavat vuoteet ja hyvä suihku. Aamiainen o.k. Muita palveluita emme tarvinneet. Kartta hotelliin voisi olla selkeämpi. Jokapäiväiselle sateelle eivät hotellihenkilötkään mahtaneet mitään.

Säilytystilat huoneessa olivat onnettomat, vain yksi vaatepuukaappi. Kaikki muut vaatteet piti säilyttää matkalaukussa keskellä lattiaa. Laukku ei mahtunut mihinkään muualle. Televisio oli toimimaton lähes koko ajan. Muutama päivä ennen lähtöä, kun huomasin asian, ilmoitin, että tv;stä ei näy mikään kanava. Hotelli oli ihanalla peruslontoomaisella alueella ja metrolle oli lyhyt matka. Aamiainen oli yllättävän runsas, paahtoleivän päälle oli muutakin kuin juustoa. Sängyt ja tyynyt olivat kovat, mutta väsyneenä niissä nukkui. Ikävä yllätys oli hotellin aulassa veloitettu parikymmentä puntaa kortiltani pantiksi. Toivottavasti tulee takaisin. Loistava hotelli matkailijoille, jotka tarvivat hotellia nukkumiseen. Melko pieni huone, eivätkä viemärit oikein vetäneet, mutta siisti ja hyvä hotelli. Aamiainen oli kunnollinen ja sijainti ihan loistava!

Pieni huone, mutta hyvin siisti ja suht runsas aamiainen. Hyvät yhteydet kaikkialle.

Sijainti on oikein hyvä; vaikka hotelli ei olekaan aivan keskeisellä paikalla, kulkuyhteydet ovat hyvät ja hotellilla on helppo poiketa vaikka kesken päivänkin. Läheiseltä Queenswayltä, jolla sijaitsevat myös molemmat metroasemat, löytyy mm. ravintoloita, ruokakauppoja sekä hygieniatarvikkeita ja lääkkeitä myyvä Boots, joten kaikki peruspalvelut ovat […] saatavilla aivan kulman takana. Itse hotelli on ehkä hieman nukkavieru mutta siisti. Seinät ovat ohuet, mutta ainakaan me emme havainneet häiritsevää meteliä öisin (myöskään kadulta, vaikka nukuimme ikkuna auki). Huoneemme oli hyvin pieni, sinne ei mahtunut juuri muuta kuin yksi parisänky. Hotelli on täysin riittävä ainakin pariskunnan tai kaveriporukan kaupunkiloman majoitusvaihtoehdoksi, mikäli tarkoitus on lähinnä nukkua ja peseytyä hotellissa. Hotellin muut vieraat näyttivät olevan lähinnä kaikenikäisiä pariskuntia ja nuorehkoja kaveriporukoita. Hotellin aamiainen oli mielestäni hotellin hintaan nähden täysin riittävä. Noutopöydässä oli tarjolla kananmunia, paahtoleipää + leivänpäällisiä, jogurttia, muroja sekä kahvia ja mehua, joka mielestäni täyttää luvatun mannermaisen aamiaisen kriteerit oikein mainiosti. Kohtuuhintaiset huoneet hyvällä sijainnilla, kaksi metroasemaa vieressä. Paljon ravintoloita ja pubeja lähettyvillä. Rauhallinen asuinalue. Huone oli erittäin pieni, mutta kelpaa jos ei ole tarkoitus viettää lomaa hotellihuoneessa. Vessa toimi ja suihkusta tuli lämmintä vettä. Aamiainen oli aika vaatimaton. Suosittelen budjettimatkaajalle jolle brittihotellien taso on tuttu eikä ole väliä laatuluokituksesta. Itse voisin mennä uudelleen, mutta vain yksin, en veisi ensimmäistä kertaa Lontooseen tutustujaa tähän hotelliin. Lattia narisee, taatusti kuulee kun naapurihuoneissa ollaan hereillä, seinät hyvin ohuet, kokolattiamatot kaipaa vaihtoa, aamupala aika […] surkea. Huoneessa oli jäätävän kylmä jo elokuussa (ulkona lämpimämpi). Kolmena yönä herätys 2-3 kertaa palohälyttimellä, väärä hälytys ja soi vain muutaman sekunnin, mutta täysin hereillä sitä oli silti! Pieni hotelli, jota oli jopa taksin oli vaikea löytää. Ihan siisti, Tosi, tosi pienet huoneet. Huono äänieristys. Sijainti ihan ok, metroasemat riittävän lähellä ja Hyde Park myös.

Smallest room I've ever been in measured 1,6x2,5m in size. Single glazed windows made the room/ box very noisy. Room was also a bit smelly. In my case I had 3 separate rooms: Bedroom, shower and a toilet in three separate floors. Don't even bother about the breakfast; it sucked! Sijainti hyvä

Pembridge Palace Hotel oli hankalahko löytää, mutta loppujen lopuksi todella lähellä Baywaterin metroasemaa ja lenkkeilijän iloksi lähellä Hyde Parkia. Soveltui myös hyvin lapsiperheelle, koska huoneeseen sai erillisen vuoteen lapselle ja aikuisille ja suihkusta tuli lämmintä vettä juuri niin paljon kuin sitä tarvitsi. Muutama mukava leikkipuisto lähellä […] piti odotukset kaupounkilomasta toteutuneina myös alle kouluikäisille. Ravintoloita hotellin läheisyydessä on runsaasti ja jonkin verran myös shoppailtavaa. Ainoa hankaloittava asia on, että Baywaterille menevä metrolinja ei kulje kovinkaan myöhään yöllä, joten esim. saapuessamme lentokentältä, kesti matka toivottoman kauan, kun metrot eivät enää kulkeneet,, vaikka klo oli ennen puoltayötä. Hotellin henkilökunta oli vähäpuheista, mutta periaatteessa ihan ystävällistä. Kun etukäteen olimme yhteydessä hotelliin ja kyselimme mm. check-in-ajan myöhäistämisestä ja sänky-järjestelyistä, saimme erittäin asiallista, palvelualtista ja ystävällistä kanssakäymistä sähköpostitse. For this size of the room it was very pricy. Compairing prices in i.g. Helsinki and Paris a pricereduction of 50%, and even more, would have been fair.

Good price. Simple but comfortable room. 5 minutes from tube station. Quiet, safe neighborhood and the staff was excellent! Would have loved to stay longer!

Let me start this review by saying I did not expect miracles. Hotels in London are by right expensive, and normally offer less value for money than similarly priced or starred hotels in continental Europe. However, I would expect for the price that there would be some degree of service. The man at the desk was quite rude and other than taking a deposit […] he had nothing to say. The timing of the trip may have been poor also as the hotel seemed to be hosting a Spanish school excursion or such; this I have no problem with, but it did demonstrate the rather poor soundproofing of the walls and windows. Also there was no shampoo or standard amenities included except some coffee and tea. On the positive side the bed was comfortable and the shower worked well! Breakfast was quite a melee and I honestly have experienced better fare at 1 star hotels! Bayswater is however quite a desirable location, there are good bus connections and the underground is fairly close by. The positive aspects are: location, near the subway, several shops and restaurants and the parks; the hotel staff was friendly and always were nice. Apart from that, inferior breakfast, tiny room, terrible bed (all bumpy). I can honeslty say that the room was overpriced.

This is a cheap hotel, so I didn't expect many creature comforts and I wasn't disappointed in that regard. It's basic, very basic, and that's okay. What wasn't okay was being asked if I could wait until tomorrow to change rooms after water leaked through my ceiling and soaked part of my bed — because "it would be easier".

We stayed in a twin room, and with two medium sized suitcases we were barely able to move around. It's very noisy--you can hear other guests walking around upstairs and in the corridor. There were no duvets on the beds, only stained and dusty rugs. The room was however kept clean and tidy, with fresh towels every day. The bathroom was small, but ok. The […] staff in the reception seemed disinterested, taking personal calls on their cellphones and sitting in another room from time to time. The staff in the breakfast room were stressed and very rude when asked questions by guests--the breakfast itself was horrible. Although I'm told you shouldn't expect much from London hotels, I would not visit this hotel again. Will pay more next time to get some luxury. If you're looking for somewhere cheap to stay with your friends and you get a good price, it's bearable. I have stayed in this hotel recently. I had a room in the basement. I think there is 3 rooms in the Basement.The quality of the room, the bathroom was very very very poor. I cannot talk about the other room , but tthe room in basement are simply not acceptable. GLobally I do not recommend this hotel.

Good value for money, helpful staff, good location, breakfast was basic, but was included in the room rate. Keep in mind that you get what you pay for and you will find this hotel to be well worth it

I stayed in a tiny basement room, just barely enough for 2 people. The carpet was wet, the towels weren't clean, found a few hairs in it. The door trembled trough the morning everytime someone would close another door.

Walked round and round various "Squares" in the rain late at night before finally finding the Pembroke Palace. Had got the last double online which was very good value and ideal for us as close enough to Euston. Carpets very "tired" and lumpy beds sloping in sympathy with the wonky bedroom floor. Basically a youth hostel and run as such.More like going on camp ,no manners ,no smiles ,no wireless .All I have to do is remember never to book it again .

We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, easy to get to the places we wanted to visit. Room quite small, but clean and comfortable. Would have appreciated a supply of shower gel etc in the bathroom, and the TV had obviously not been updated. Breakfast adequate and plentiful. Compared to the price, the hotel was what we expected. It was place to sleep and not flashy in any way.

Every time I asked something regarding any service, I feel as though the hotel staff gave me an enormous attitude. In addition the internet I paid £7 a day for didn't even work. In addition on more than one occasion I found hair belonging to someone else in the towels. The room was extremely tiny. It had room for a twin bed and a chair, but barely […] more than that. For those with more luggage, this may be a problem as there really isn't any place to put your belongings, so they can't do much of a cleaning job. Not much of a continental breakfast, as I am not particularly a fan of orange-rind juice. In many aspects, the hotel was as expected. Pembridge Palace Hotel -Good location, Small Rooms and toilets. But not bad concidering what you pay for it. A good enought hotel if you going for a weekend or 3 or for 4 days and need to be near the center of London.

front desk staff english was poor. telephone in room was not working and front desk told us regret but maintenance gone home already guests do not follow hotel rules about quiet time after 11pm

Decent enough if your looking for something cheap in central London.

One night.. Internet is only working at the ground floor, and not free. The room was cold, even with heating.

lorraine from ireland. Location of hotel ok, the room we stayed in was very unsatisfactory, the mould on the walls suggested lack of air and heating in room, not very clean and for four people in a room, it was very small.

Booked a room with bathroom outside. Got a room with bathroom dowstairs.

The hotel is nice and clean, close to subway and supermarket. The Bayswater's Arm Pub food is nice just around next to the Bayswater's subway station!

I was a bit disappointed about the state of the room in this hotel. The carpet was dirty and the beds looked shabby. Really it is only a one star place.

Partially disabled. Lifts excellent, but no proper handrails from pavement to our room, only dado rails, inadequate. Unable to obtain extra needed bedding, in the evening, without personal collection from reception. Impossible when ready for bed. No toiletries, as is the norm, so I took none with us. Only sufficient sachets for one cup of coffee each. […] Breakfast toast was merely bread dried in a toaster, not even brown. Room warm enough TV limited channels but reception OK.
