Recently stayed for skiing trip. Hotel was clean and comfortable and clearly caters to skiers at this time of year. Breakfast was great as commented on by previous reviewers. Very convenient for skiing ALTA but within short drive also of Park City, DeerValley etc. Hotel has shuttle to Salt Lake Ski Bus with stops nearby though didn't use. You'll need […] a car to get groceries (about a 10 minuter drive). Several restaurants within a half mile. Nice to have fully stocked kitchen. Wide screen TV's in living room and bedroom. Staff was very helpful and polite

Fabulous hotel. A "True Suite" with two full rooms and a bathroom. Outstanding Memory Foam mattress. Great furniture. I will stay here every time I come back to Utah other than ski season when the hotel gets very pricey for good reason. This is very honestly the best Marriott Residence Inn I've ever stayed in. Great value, good location, good services, & Great Breakfast. Rooms are nice, full kitchen with everything you need. Services and activities provided that most other hotels don't do. It was a great stay.

We live in SLC, but recently had to be out of our home for a night while they worked on our sewer. We made it a family night away at this hotel. We loved it. The room was clean and comfy. The pool is, by far, one of the nicest and cleanest hotel pools I have ever been to. It even has big cozy cushions on the deck chairs. The breakfast was amazing. Plenty […] of food, nice staff, huge selection. Honestly, stay here. It's totally worth it. Our kids kept saying, this is nicer than our hotel at Disney World, and they were pretty much right. This hotel had EVERYTHING that was important to us. First of all, the children were very comfortable and had a very good time in the pool. Our pets were welcomed, too, with a nearby walk area and staff that was glad to see pets. The pool was very clean and easily accessible from the third floor. The kitchenette was well stocked and proved to be a money […] saving point, as well as very convenient when we used the grill that was by the pool to grill steaks IN. Much better than eating out for three or four days. The continental breakfasts were FABULOUS and new each day, another money saving point of our vacation. The hotel was conveniently located by our reunion area. Last, but far from least, the staff was incredibly charitable when helping us. Will definately stay there again when we visit Salt Lake City. Good service, clean & Quiet - serve a wonderful breakfast - great find we go to Salt Lake City all the time and will stay here again!

It was a great hotel for a nice weekend hitting the slopes. conveniently located and easy to find. The hotel is near quite a few nice restaurants, however, they are all closed on Sunday due to the fact that they're all run by Mormons. This was a huge bummer... but not the fault of the hotel. The one annoying thing is that the hotel is across the street […] from most of the hotels, but it is not easy to access the restaurants walking because of a large gate. It would have been nice if they offered a walk way for guest to get to the restaurants on foot. But then SLC is a car culture, so it probably won't happen! Lastly, the first room we were put in smelled like smoke even though the entire hotel is non-smoking. For the price, this place was very good. Our two-room suite was exactly as advertised. Clean, modern, and comfortable. Free Internet access was a very nice plus, since I had to work one day while I was there. I couldn't get the wired connection to work, but the wireless was fast enough for my purposes so I didn't worry about it. Nice flat-screen TVs […] in both rooms were an unexpected luxury. The outdoor hot tub looked good, even in the winter (there were people in it every day), but we didn't use it. The only issue we had was with the sink in the bathroom (stopper was broken, so it drained very slowly and could not be stopped up completely). We had a one bedroom suite for thirteen nights. We chose this hotel because of its location in SE Salt Lake City, close to the access roads to the Cottonwood Canyons. For any skiers wishing to stay in the city, this hotel is very well situated and unless it's storming, the drive to the ski areas is pretty easy. The staff are really friendly and several […] times a week there was a small après-ski buffet offering plenty of good food and complimentary wine. Breakfast was also very well presented with a decent range of hot and cold items to choose from. Our suite was comfortable, but the furnishings and fittings were slightly dated. The fridge/freezer was a bit noisy and although it was supposed to have a full kitchen, there was no standard oven, just a microwave. However, it was quiet around us and we slept very well throughout our stay. There are a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance, but with a car it's a very easy run to Fort Union Boulevard or to the Belt Loop, so there is plenty of choice to be found within a few minutes drive. However if you are looking for active nightlife close to the hotel, this is not the area for you. The big test is - would we go back if/when we decide to ski in Utah again? I'd have to say the answer is yes. The hotel offered good value, and the bonus offerings of evening receptions & good breakfasts were a huge plus. We'd definitely stay here again. Lisätietoja
