"Could be one of the budget choices"
Compact but rather clean apartment. Very efficient appliances. Location is fine, free city shuttle stops right at the front door. Parking spaces around the building are available most of the time. The night shift receptionist, however, is particularly unfriendly for no known reasons.

OUR BOOKING STATED 1 ROOM BUT WERE SHOWN A 2 BEDROOM UNIT WHICH SHOULD HAVE HAD THE DOOR LOCKED ON THE SECOND BEDROOM AS WE WERE CHARGED ANOTHER $20. THE WASHING MACHINE DID NOT DRY AND A MAINTENANCE MAN SAID IT WAS MALFUNCTIONING. THE SECOND NIGHT WE HAD ALOT OF DISTURBANCE AROUND THE APPARTS UNTIL 2.30AM. chech in service was very helpful. rooms are small but have all essentials. beds were okay. the road noise particularly in the morning was a problem but other than that our stay was brief but enjoyable.

In centre of Adelaide perfect for walking into town. Only downfall was noise from fellow guests arriving back to their rooms making lots of noise in the early hours. Otherwise an excellent value hotel.
"Just beware construction site nextdoor is noisy"
We booked online , then arrived to see a huge construction site next door. Thankfully there was a room avail on opposite side of complex and we only heard noise one morning at 6-30am because it was the weekend. The room had a patio where we dined in the late afternoon sun. Modern facilities in a super location. Friendly staff.

Car parking is extremely expensive and I think should be free to patrons.Found the carpets in the room require steam cleaning as our feet turned dark brown after an hour in the room. Room and service ok. Some outstanding maintenance issues evident including electronic keylock not working properly and shower/bath fawcet system not working correctly
The two bedroom apartment was spacious enough for two couple however there was only one bathroom. Plenty of tea and coffee and the room was cleaned every day. Negatives included no free parking, no free wi fi, and no instructions for the washing machine (which was complicated). The surrounding area was not the flashest, but felt relatively safe.

Location good. kitchen cosy rather than practical. Would have helped the eggs for breakfast if there had been pepper in the pepper container. A powerpoint in the bathroom would have been great. Otherwise good stay and suited our requirements.

We had a roomy 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment at the Breakfree, with a separate desk for our computer, a dining table, a couch and loveseat in the living area - it was very comfortable. The building was in good condition and clean, and every unit appeared to have a balcony. "Good for family stay"
My family has five people, including myself. This hotel was very good for us. Reasonable price and confortable room service. Good access to the Central Market or Rundol Mall. Advisable to others.
