Greatest boutique hotel in Palm Beach! Everything was perfect from check in to checkout.

great service,great location ,but something was missing-like a christmas spirit,no holiday decorations ,it was sad and grey,thanks for sun and other places with beautiful music and planty of Christmas decorations,it was a holiday vacation-but in the hotel it was luck of holidays!

The Brazilian Court is the best hotel in Palm Beach. I have stayed there 3 times in the last 3 months. I love the decor and the service is 5 star. Not to mention they have an amazing place to dine just down stairs!

I've stayed at this hotel before and really loved it. This time was totally different, and I will never stay there again. I called in advance to request an early check-in from Edwin at the front desk. He didn't even ask for my name, so I told him but didn't feel confident he would make a note of it. Sure enough, we arrived at 1 and were told (by Edwin) […] that our room wasn't ready and that they would send housekeeping there right away and call us. They never called. When we came back at 4 and had to wait again - they hadn't even put our bags in the room. The next day, our room was never cleaned. We called at 3 to request our room be cleaned. We returned to find no towels in the bathroom and sand on the floor. We requested towels, and they brought two bath towels - no hand towels or wash cloths. Dirty dishes remained in the hall for an entire day. When we asked the front desk to reserve chaise lounges at the "beach club", we were told they don't do that even though it is clearly stated on the hotel website and a brochure in the room. When we called the "beach club" to reserve a cabana, we were told that they are not available for guests at our hotel. We had also requested a late check-out (three times from Edwin). At 12:15, the front desk called to remind us that check-out was at noon. We reminded them that we asked for late check-out and they asked if we wanted to stay for another night. Considering that this was the off-season, it was ridiculous to act like there was someone waiting for our room. As a Palm Beach native, I was appalled by the lack of customer service and concern by hotel management. This hotel does not understand the experience its guests expect for the location and the price. To top it all off, this was my boyfriend's birthday. I was excited to show him my hometown, and became very disappointed by the lack of personalized and genuine customer service displayed by the management and front desk staff. I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice now. It is one of my all time favorite hotels. The rooms are beautifully appointed. The staff is professional, helpful and accommodating. Cafe Beloud is outstanding. If you want a quiet, refined and elegant small hotel in a beautiful setting this is the one for you.

A very nice little hotel, intimate and beautiful. Breakfast and room service were excellent. Staff was professional and very helpful. I loved this place.

Great hotel. Great service. Great restaurant. Horrible pillows. The Beach Club not all as built up to be. It's a different hotel. Because it was a holiday week-end, unable to get full access. But... I would stay there again. Just get better pillows!

An awesome 2 night stay at this fabulous hotel establishment. A boutique hotel feel, the courtyard inbetween the rooms, very picturesque, beautifully decorated rooms, and of course cafe boulud! the staff was exceptional! hard to believe this hotel has been around for more than 85 years! we will be back!

Mosquitos were ever present in the room everyday and every night.

We live in Palm Beach, but use the area's hotels for a romantic get-away from time to time. The Brazillian is a beautiful boutique hotel, and compares favorably with the nearby Breakers. Everything was perfect during our stay, except for the the valet and luggage service. Hello, Upon our arrival we did not have a smooth check in. The front desk kept putting us off regarding access to our room. We were early, but by 4:30 we still did not have the room. We were told there was engineering problems. Not a good explanation because that made we worry about bed bugs. There was not a bed bug problem, but the 2nd day the room […] reeked of smoke. When we mentioned this to them, they said they would send housekeeping in to remedy it, and they did. I feel as though, at those prices, they should have sent up a pot of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening to smooth out the situation. They knew the room stunk. Also, we ordered a cheese plate while enjoying the evening and the amount of cheese was negligible. I loved the hotel, BUT when I made my reservation, I had booked a 2 bedroom suite. Upon arriving, I was given a 1 bedroom suite, with an adjoining room. This was quite disappointing since my room was obviously given to someone else. Would probably not stay here again given what had happened.

Brazilian Court has a fantastic location, the rooms are very nice and well kept but a little to the dark side. We lacked a Gym but the hotel had a very nice small pool. The only real problem was the restaurant. We normally waited 45-60 min for our breakfast and on Sundays we had to book a table to get breakfast. We felt like the hotel and the restaurant […] were two different business and that the restaurant couldn't care less about the hotel guests. The arrogance from the head waiters and restaurant managers were unheard of. When we after 45 min asked about our order of fruit and poached eggs we were told that it was on its way but that we had to wait because the restaurant policy is to make everything go at the same time. Awakened by "turn down" service at 10 PM. Other than that, and a too hard mattress, everything was fine.

Snooty attitude and overpriced! Rooms were small and no water or coffee maker to be found. Had to pay $7 for a coffee from the restaurant in a styrofoam cup. Gym was tiny and uninviting. Restaurant brought us a bread basket and then charged us $12 for it on the bill! Nice location. Nice courtyard. Next year I will stay somewhere else!

I've stayed here before when The Breakers was full and was completely impressed. I had an opportunity to head back to the area and went straight to Brazillian Court this time around - I'll come back there as often as possible!

My husband and I went in the beginning of September and were greeted in such a welcoming fashion every time we passed an employee. Meget hyggeligt hotel, med en charmerende gårdhave og god mad. Værelset var lidt mørkt. Servicen er meget langsom og til tider uforskammet. Morgenmaden tog op til en time at få serveret.
