Air conditioner had a very weird smell when we turned it on. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Shuttle service to and from the hotel was very convenient, as it ran until 11 pm.

This was a very "quick" trip and needed close turnaround to the airport. The shuttle service to/from was friendly and accomodating.

Satisfied with location & over all quality of your facility. Free shuttle service from hotel to airport was an additional bonus.

Good location. It's right along a major highway. They need to pay attention to detail. The back of the bathroom door and inside the shower curtain where you pull it back had black stains like the previous party had really dirty hands. The breakfast was good and the bed comfortable.

Front desk staff very helpful and friendly.

The furniture was falling apart. The desk clerk stood having a conversation with a visitor for over five minutes like we were not standing at the desk. The driver was a very night guy, thanks the only good thing i can say.

hall way smelled like smoke and gym was 95 degrees. No one could help turn the air on.

Wingate by Wyndham Dallas Love Field was a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay. We really enjoyed the indoor pool, spa, and the complimentary breakfast. I would give it 3 thumbs up if I had an extra thumb, lol...

and the shuttle is NOT available in the morning when you need to catch a flight.

Not to far from downtown Dallas. Cheapest and worth every low dollar! Most places were $200+ a night!

Great hotel if you want to party at the neighboring club. My husband did not sleep at all. People were running up and down the halls slamming doors after a night of partying.

I was told I could park my car at the hotel they would give me a ride to the airport and pick me up on my return. When I got to the hote the front desk told me what time to be at the front desk for my ride to the airport. Very polite and helpful. The next morning when I arrived at the desk for my ride the manager tells me they no longer do that , I […] told him that I called and specifically ask for that ammenity he said we have told hotel.com we no longer do that , to much liability . Very convenient to Love Field Airport. Enjoyed the indoor pool and spa. Nice hot breakfast and efficient shuttle to the airport.

Pretty much a dump. I paid too much for what I got. Not very clean or in very good repair. Desk clerk was hanging out in lobby watching tv, so calling the front desk with a request was not a good option. This is my second bad experience with hotels.com. There will not be another.

Good solid hotel, staff was generally indifferent and maintenance was obviously slipping on what has to have been a good quality property. Good central location for most uses, but not as accessible to airport as I expected. Next time I may look for less cost to get this level in Dallas.

I needed to meet someone to fly out the next morning so the location was convenient for both of us and that was the determining factor. I use to work corporate outings for Wyndham and I'm glad to know quality is still foremost in their operations.

Decent airport hotel, but only fast food within walking distance. Advertised shuttle service is not available on weekends so cabs are needed to go to decent restaurants. Shuttle driver did not show up for work on Monday morning but the management had a complimentary car and driver waiting to take us to the airport.

This is a nice property close to Love Field, Dallas. Found it to be clean and roomy. My son & I were here for the weekend for the OU/TX game. Found Breakfast to be adequate. Only downside was it was not convienent to all of the things we did. Had to take a cab to most places and they were expensive. This is a lovely hotel with outstanding staff. The room was clean and well kept. Excellent breakfasts. Clean exercise room. Clean pool area. It was perfect for 5 nights; then the Rangers were in the playoffs and the 24 hour partying began. The staff could not maintain the nonsmoking policy, or control the noise. Great place to stay for a good price. Went during the OU Texas game. Located rather nicely in regards to drive distances with the cotton bowl and downtown. Great beds and a nice pool/hotub area. Breakfast was the only thing that lacked great quality but that's not the most important thing when looking for a place to stay.

This property was not up to the standards usually found in Wyndham properties. The reason I booked this hotel was convenience to airport with a shuttle service. Description said this was an offer, but it is not. Location is not convenient. Property was okay, but could use some updating and cleaning. The breakfast was not good either. Only one complaint was noise of the highway traffic.Apart from that it was good stay.

Broken hot tub , non-working vents in shower, dirty pillow cases. Not enough secure parking. Close to sights, not enough amenities for newly updated prices. No weekend happy hour. Absolutely, love the staff, they keep me coming back because they are so kind. Please, fix your hotel!

Easy access to Love Field airport. Restaurants not within walking distance, but most will deliver. The hotel clerks were wonderful at giving directions. The computer in the business center did not work. There were cookies and apples on the counter at check-in. Nice touch.

Our family stayed at the Wingate for an overnight stay. We loved the room, it was very comfortable. Nice and quiet, we were able to sleep peacefully. The breakfast was light and perfect. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great breakfast. I expeced some dry cereal and maybe some soggy toast. I got scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, bacon, sausage, whole wheat toast, bagels, pastries, make-your-own-waffles (which I did and were very good), fresh fruit, milk, cereal, two kinds of juice, regular and decaffeinated coffee, cream, sugar, jelly, jam, butter, cream cheese and hot […] sauce! My husband and I flew in late to Dallas Love field, and needed a hotel close. It wasn't as close as I'd thought, but we checked in easily, found our room to be clean and nice, and just overall had a great night. If our final destination was close than an hour and a half away, we would loved to spend all of our nights in Texas at this hotel! Places to […] eat were not too far away (though, at the late hour we arrived we were a bit limited), and desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Only one suggestion - the trash found in the parking lot seems to be blown toward the stream in back instead of picked up. It could be really nice back there if it weren't so trashy! The hotel was clean and quiet. It is very close to the Airport and it was right of the highway so getting around was easy i would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay at a nice place on a tight budget. And the breakfast was great!

Although location couldn't have been more perfect for my needs, all we heard was traffic (off of a major freeway). The air conditioner was so noisy we hardly got any sleep. The bathroom could have used some maintaining, the faucet dripped and the handles were broken. The staff was friendly. Close to downtown.

We stayed there & got bite up by BEDBUDS.. the 1st 2 nights was fine until housekeeping changed the sheets then we got bit.. Hotel manager blamed us for bring them in, wont stay there ever again..

The Wingate is a great hotel close to the Market center in Dallas. The shuttle will take you to restaurants close by and to Love Field. There is no restaurant in the hotel itself, but it does provide breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are big. This is a super nice place to stay in Dallas! We got a great rate for our rooms, and the staff was overly friendly. The entire hotel was extremely clean and smelled clean. Great bedding, too! I almost didn't book this hotel because of some of the not-so-great reviews that had been left, but I would have made a big mistake.

The airconditioner was noisy during the night. Couldn't sleep well. Although the room looked clean, the bedskirt was rumpled and dusty. the bathroom door was dusty on the inset panels. Makes you wonder what else wasn't cleaned. The food at breakfast time was good. The eating area was clean and comfortable. The hotel environment was quiet.
